AFrancis X White Builders IncAnother excellent job by FXW Builder! We have had work done by them in the past and have always had our expectations exceeded. This project was no exception. We were having a home sauna built and even though FXW had limited experience with constructing saunas we worked together to make sure the design and installation were done just right. The team worked with us closely and we now have a beautiful in home sauna and personal gym. The guys are excellent craftsman and always polite and clean. That is an important factor when they are in your house for weeks. I highly recommend FXW Builder inc. You cannot go wrong with their work.- Regina P.

ADMC CONSTRUCTIONWorking with DMC construction was a dream. We had no idea where to start with a project this large and Dominic and Matt walked us through each step. They guided us through the blue prints and the permit process. They coordinated all aspects of the building. Their workmanship is nothing short of perfection. During construction, we were given suggestions to improve the layout of the interior that we never thought of and it made such a difference. The finishes on each room are only found with high end construction. We are ecstatic with the results. We plan on booking DMC on future remodels to the main house. The entire project was all handled during COVID delays in materials and they still finished on their projected timeline. DMC Construction is a five star business!- Vince C.

AHousing Solutions, Inc.Excellent work by Neal and his crew! We hired Housing Solutions, Inc. 2 years ago for a complete bathroom remodeling and some drywall repair. We did not hesitate to contact him again. This most recent bathroom repair, unexpectedly, became much more involved due some unknown, structural issues behind the walls. They handled expertly, fairly, neatly and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend this group!- Tim G.

AFunari Public AdjustersWe are first time homeowners and had a clogged pipe that resulted in water damage in the basement and damage to our roof from a storm within a few month period. We've never had to file a claim before or deal with this level of damage, and I didn't know where to start (do I call the insurance company, how do I navigate the process?). A friend who had worked with Funari in the past recommended them to me. I'm so glad they did! They did all the work, talked me through the process, and handed me a check at the end. ADabney General Contractors, LLCDabney General Contractors started the project by taking the time to brainstorm ideas and options so I was left with exactly what I envisioned. They showed up on time and were professional everyday. If any unforeseen costs came up (which is usually inevitable) Dave would walk me through my options and allow me to make the final decision before moving forward. AFrancis X White Builders IncThis was more than just a routine roof replacement as there was damage to the roof trusses that needed to be addressed. Contractor provided a detailed repair plan which was validated by a professional engineer. Contractor also provided a detailed work schedule. Work was completed as planned. There were no surprises. Work crew was professional and courteous. Clean up was impeccable. Quality of work appears to be top notch. I would highly recommend Francis White for any home contruction / repair /remodeliing work. No BS, no games - just good quality work at a fair price. I might have been able to find someone a bit cheaper, but I would not have gotten a better value.- Walter K.

With very few calls during construction and most issues worked out in the field, they were able to transform the details shown on paper into a well crafted building. After hearing how pleased the client was of his skill and competence, I knew that we had to do more work together. I not only had them do work on my own home, but recommend them to friends and family - to get honest hard work and exceptional craftsmanship for their dream projects.

AExcellent work. John was the consummate professional and his work was excellent and had an eye for detail. He always made sure things were done with right way. Work included installing a box for a ceiling fan, installing a light in a downstairs closet and running new wire to the new fixture, installing a light in an upstairs closet and running new wire to that fixture, and remediating an issue with basement pipes. He was very responsive and always gave good suggestions and advice.

FWe contacted Legacy Construction for an estimate back in December 2020. We had a few phone meetings, and even drafted up everything we were looking to have done to our home. Measurements were included. Gary came out on site to talk with us and see everything. I just received an email Feb 2021 stating that they cannot accommodate us. I would not recommend this company. I felt that Gary was insightful, but he also didn't seemed to be focused on what we wanted done for the work we were asking for, and we did our research. He even asked us to demo more after his visit and send him pictures (pictures he would never use apparently). Our email requests for a status on the quote went unanswered. Legacy eventually emailed me saying they declined the estimate request after 2 MONTHS. It was such a waste of time. They wasted 2 months of our time and could not even give us an estimate, even after multiple phone conferences and an onsite visit. Do not bother.
