    When I booked the service, I was told that they would clean and make any repairs to the strapping or loose nails on the gutters. The company does not make appointments, but at my insistence, I was given a date for the service so I could be home when the work was being done. The workers who came out to clean our gutters did not do the repairs that were promised. I could see on some of the lower areas, that the nails were still protruding. The workers did a poor job cleaning up my deck when the job was completed. They used a leaf blower to blow some of the debris off the deck, but left the deck surface, deck furniture and barbecue grill dirty. Later in the day I found a tag, left by the foreman, hanging on the front door. The tag said, "If this box is checked, our foreman found a problem. Please call us for details." The foreman did not mention any problems to me while they were working on my property. When I called the company, I was told my gutters need to be replaced. I asked why the foreman had not told me about this. The representative said that all customer service is handled out of the main office. The representative was nothing but a sales person who tried to sell me an expensive service with a hard sell and scare tactics. I was told that the repairs that were included in my service (but not done), would not correct the problems with the gutters. I was told that I needed to replace the gutters immediately or they would overflow and cause damage to the foundation of my home. Although they claim to have a local office, this is a large company that operates out of a main office in New Jersey. There is no local office or representative to help out if a problem arises. If you prefer to work with local businesses and develop a long term working relationship with your contractors, as I do, this is not the company for you.

    It went really well. I was waiting for another company to clean out my gutters and was being told that they were very busy and weren't able to schedule an appointment. After about 4 weeks of waiting, my neighbor recommended Jay at Ups and Downs Services. Jay was out within 5 days of my calling and quickly determined that there was a birds nest on top of my gutters that had caused the blockage and promptly removed it. I was very happy her was able to fit me in that quickly. He is very friendly and shows up exactly when he says he is going to.

    Terrible customer service. Technician said he would come to home to give estimate. My husband took off from work. Technician never showed. He didn���t even call until my husband went on line and typed in a message to see if he was planning on showing up. My husband left a vm earlier in the day but no response. Technician called around 3:40 pm immediately after on line inquiry was sent. Technician said he got tied up and wasn���t going to make it. He then requested pictures to be texted so he could give a quote over the phone. After pictures he said he didn���t think it was the gutters. Asked my husband to run a test to check for clog. Seriously? We���ve had 2 other companies come to the house and give quotes. They agree the 4��� gutters are not wide enough to handle heavy rains across 40 feet. The rains just flow over like a waterfall! There are no clogs! My husband totally got impression that Technician just didn���t want to come out or didn���t want the job or both. Why didn���t he just say that the day before? Save everyone a lot of wasted time. There are a lot of people who DO want work and who do know how to treat customers. Obviously this company doesn���t need work and doesn���t know how to treat customers. Whatever you do, don���t take off from work to wait on a technician from this company.

    No problem with the actually work done. It was done well and fast and price was fair. But getting them out here turned out to be problematic. First they got the address wrong so did not show up on the agreed upon day. Then when they got the address right they did not show up for a number of days later (in fairness it was raining several days). Originally they wanted me to be present but since I never knew exactly when they were going to come it was problematic. In the end they agreed I didn���t have to be there (though it turns out I was) and I had no problem with the work.

    Fantastic! Kenneth called me back the next day and performed the service an hour later. Very responsive and professional. He took pictures of before and after. Cleaned up everything afterwards. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years and this is by far the best experience I've had with someone cleaning out my gutters. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Jimmy (the owner) talks a good talk on the phone, but when I checked my gutters after they supposedly cleaned them, they were still full of debris. When I called to complain, Jimmy would not believe me until I sent him pictures of the residue remaining in the gutters. They eventually returned to redo the cleaning like it should have been done the first time, but what do you expect when the workman spends 15 minutes to do the job the first time? They use a blower to blow stuff out of the gutter, but any debris that is caked will not be removed by the blower and they don't seem to remove it by hand, especially in hard to reach places.

    Beyond Gutters
    First, you need to know this: the owners, Patricia & Rick, came out and gave us a proposal/estimate in October of *2016*. We had circumstances change and decided to hold off on the project, and I contacted Patricia in November of *2017*, a full YEAR later, to see if they might still be able to do the job, not sure if they price would have changed or not. Patricia said they would honor their proposal, and as soon as we could give her some dates to start, she would put us on their schedule. Well, we are a busy family of 6 and life happens - so I didn't get back to her w/dates for another month, and by then (December) the weather was freezing up. Lo and behold, however, after a few warming days in February, Patricia left me a message that her worker would be out within days and we did not even have to be home during the work. Scott came out, did the job and was as pleasant as could be. Within days, we had a very heavy rain - normally, our gutters would overflow and I'd see sheets of water pouring down my kitchen windows - not any more! It's been a week and we are very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beyond Gutters.

    They did not show up for their first appointment and did not tell me that they weren't coming. Then, when I tried to set up a new appointment, I was told by email: 'you don't need to be home, they will be there early to mid- next week'. They then showed up unannounced on a Saturday, which would not have been my preference, but it worked out OK as I was home. I don't think it's appropriate to keep the customer guessing about when you will arrive to do work, even if 'just gutter cleaning'. Quality of work was very good.

    Upon getting the quote, I was told Pressure Wash King could come out in 2 hours to clean my gutters! They came out promptly and did the job quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned my next door neighbor's gutters while they were there for the same price! I will definitely have Pressure Wash King back again to clean our gutters, and recommend them to others.
