ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! AJMG ContractorsJason at JMG Contractors was pure class. We hired him to get my parents house ready for sale which is a truly emotional thing for anyone selling a home that has been in the family for 20 years. We knew this would be a big job and knew we didn't want to use a solid stain on this cedar siding. I asked is there anyway to bring the cedar back? Jason did the research and said yes it is called sand blasting. I said lets try it. He got to it, rented the gear and started blasting the house and the results are amazing. They worked tirelessly in extreme heat during covid and took all the precautions. In the end it looks better than I could ever have imagined. The video and results are truly amazing. We had some issues with other things with the house and he tackled everything we threw at him swiftly and professionally. He is worth every penny and guess what he was extremely reasonable on price and timeline. I know how hard this outside project was especially since the house is around 6500sqf. He was always reachable and that is hard to find these days with many contractors. The work is beautiful and I am so glad I hired JMG Contractors. They can do general contracting from kitchens to baths to decks and blasting cedar back to new. Don't think twice about calling them and getting a job done right.- Brad H.

ABasic Basement CoWe used Totally Basments to finish our basement this past fall. While it did take a little longer than the originally estimated time of 6 weeks, the basement was completed in a professional manner and all work completed went above our expectations. Every employee showed up at the expected day and time as planned. The teams were very knowledgeable about their specialties and our main contact Bob helped us every step of the way. Thinking each decision through was a breeze because of his experience and knowledge about the business. And his input was very helpful based off of his other customer’s experiences. Gail was also extremely helpful in scheduling/organizing all of the components and keeping our project moving along. AFrancis X White Builders IncAnother excellent job by FXW Builder! We have had work done by them in the past and have always had our expectations exceeded. This project was no exception. We were having a home sauna built and even though FXW had limited experience with constructing saunas we worked together to make sure the design and installation were done just right. The team worked with us closely and we now have a beautiful in home sauna and personal gym. The guys are excellent craftsman and always polite and clean. That is an important factor when they are in your house for weeks. I highly recommend FXW Builder inc. You cannot go wrong with their work.- Regina P.

ABasic Basement CoBasic Basements made this process extremely smooth and easy. We were seriously not inconvenienced at all despite having pretty major work done in our home. You now how you get an estimate of a timeline and a bottom line cost and you figure in your mind "ok double that - it'll take twice as long and cost twice as much"? That was not the care at all. Both the price and timeline estimates were exactly right! Gail made scheduling so easy and even helped me communicate with the township about permits and an outside HVAC company and Bob oversaw that everything was smooth. Whether it was the painters, floor company, inspector or family, everyone has commented how clean and beautiful the work looks -- smooth lines and attention to detail. AMr. Contractor IncWe were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. AI hired Adam and his team from Sipe Construction to redo my mudroom. It involved removing an old linoleum floor and replacing with tile, replacing my drop ceiling with drywall, adding a pantry closet and installing a new washer dryer and sink. The end result was amazing and the Sipe contruction crew was great. They were highly professional and very courteous when they worked at my house. They always arrived on time and cleaned up thoroughly after each day. I would highly recommend hiring them for any remodel/construction needs.

AThese guys are great! They are skilled at all aspects of home repair and renovation. For me they replaced my basement window with a block window, tore down my old deck and built a bigger and much nicer deck, stained the new deck, and for me most important they redid my basement which I had had to essentially undo after it was damaged by flood water. The job I had for them was honestly a mess, much harder to do than to just start from scratch. But it looks great now, with all new drywall, new floors, new baseboards, and new paint. You would have never guessed the state it was in. They also re-installed my drop basement ceiling which I had had to take down to take out some soaked insulation. They took a huge problem which other contractors did not want to touch and not only took care of it but gave me a beautiful space that is even nicer than before. They take pride in their work, they work diligently, they are very flexible in what they can do, and they have a sincere desire to be helpful. For example, during the work one of their workers noticed that my kitchen sink had started to leak down into the basement. He diagnosed that the cause was basically I needed a knew fixture, and because he noticed I had alot going on that day he offered to go to home depot to buy a new one, then came back and replaced the old one with the new one. He also put in a new electrical box that I needed. The owner helped me pick out a shade of paint that really brightens up the basement and gives it a whole new feel. Finally, I found the owner easy to work with throughout the process of discussing the work and the estimate, and their pricing is entirely reasonable.

The shade arrived within a matter of weeks and was installed by friendly craftsmen who did a meticulous and beautiful job. They made sure everything was done to my total satisfaction. They were very patient and careful in their work. The shade works flawlessly and we are very happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone as they are honest, professional and competitively priced.

AEd (owner of the company) far exceeded our expectations. He took the architect's blue print and proceeded to work with the township and his team to tear off the upper half of the house (upper duplex unit) and rebuild it into a far better building than was there previously without damaging the lower half of the house (lower duplex unit). He did a phenomenal job of removing the upper half of the house, having a new half of a house framed on top of the lower section. He worked closely with my wife and I in the design of the unit, selection of materials (flooring, cabinets, countertop, lighting, etc.). My wife is very particular and Ed did a great job of working with her to select colors and material that was both cost effective for a rental unit, is durable and looks current. Ed also worked on making improvements in the lower unit that is older. He managed the electrical re-wiring, code upgrades, redesign of the kitchen, replacement of ceilings, floor. He also took the initiative to have his team clean out the basement as I discussed with him my desire to clean it out when I visited the construction site. The basement was cleaned out and he made a number of surprise improvements to the basement. He installed multiple flourescent lights to brighten up the basement, put down interconnected rubber mats to make is easy for the future tenant to go from the bottom of the basement steps to the washer and dryer, moved the washer and dryer to a location in the basement that was brighter and had greater head room clearance (previously you had to duck under an air duct pipe), he moved the hot water heaters to make them more efficient getting hot water to both upstairs units. Ed also surprised us by replacing the traditional lights in the front and back of the house with LEDs. These were pleasant surprises and improvements that Ed did without charging us additionally. I could go on sharing was a great experience it was working with Ed. This was a big project and living out of town, it takes a lot of trust and communication. I can only restate that Ed exceeded our expectations and we have a newly built upper duplex unit (2 bedroom and one bath) and a greatly improved lower unit duplex (also 2 bedroom and one bath). My wife and I are happy to be a reference and share pictures.

ADavid Wagner and Team from Iron Space Designs are truly amazing. After seeing his kitchen remodel at a neighbor’s house, we gave David a call. He and his Team came out to meet with us, reviewed all details and what to expect in remodeling our kitchen. Since remodeling was new to us, he went over all aspects of the job in great detail but in terms we could understand. He was clear on what to expect from him and what he needed from us. He will provide you with provide you with contacts for cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc, however, you can use your own. If you need help choosing flooring, backsplash, paint, etc, he will help you choose by providing options. His team is very professional and friendly. They were prompt, do amazing work and clean up daily. Very professional. In addition, his billing is itemized and easy to understand. Very transparent. We were also impressed at his response time when we had questions. He (or a member of his team) were available in person, text, phone or e-mail. I highly recommend Iron Space Designs. They did an amazing job, great service, very professional. We love our kitchen.
