    We were so happy with Tri-State! I reached out to Brad when we needed help assembling a portable basketball hoop. He was courteous, professional, worked with my timeline and offered us a competitive price. I really liked that he asked for the specific model and reviewed the manual prior to sending us a quote. He arrived promptly with his associate on the scheduled day/ time and put me at ease with the his professionalism and friendly personality. He kept me up to date via texts and sent pictures once the project was completed. He walked me through safety precautions, gave me tips on use/set up and followed up with material suggestions to keep the base of the hoop weighted down. I highly recommend Brad/Tri State. We had a flawless experience!

    It was seamless. Chris and his helper arrived, carefully removed the furniture, secured them in their van, and followed me to the consignment store. They unloaded the furniture and placed it in the store. Chris was so nice that because it was such a small job and easily done he charged me less than his typical hourly rate. He felt the usual fee was high. I really appreciated getting a break on the price and both he and his helper were professional, careful and of course, considerate. He also does big jobs including long distance. Give him a call- big or small.

    Clockworks made a house call and spent a great deal of time cleaning & re-setting but unfortunately, they could not get it to chime again. This was our fault for not keeping the gears oiled, etc. They tried their best. They offered to take the "innards" of the clock back with them for further work, however at the moment, I just can't afford any more repairs.

    We used Blue Bell Driving for our 20 year old who still didn't have her license. We moved from FL and driving is much different up here. We did the 6 lesson plus test package. Marcus was very patient and kind with her while working to build her skills and confidence in the road. He was thorough and honest in his discussions with me after each session. He prepared her well and took a genuine interest in her preparation rather than just teach and run. We will use them again with our son who just got his permit. I highly recommend this program. The office was also very easy to work with and was responsive.

    BJ and his assistant were prompt, courteous, and professional. We had all of the parts ready to go when he arrived for the service. We also purchased a new set of slates from BJ since our movers broke one. They put down moving blankets to protect their work surfaces and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend BJ.

    I took my watch to Peter on February 22, 2014 because the stem was broken. Peter noticed the crystal was scratched and needed to be replaced. I agreed and per the receipt I have, the work order was to repair and/or replace the crystal, stem, crown, and battery.  My watched was not returned to me until June 11, 2015.  During the almost 16 months Peter had my watch I stopped into his shop a few times to see how the work was progressing.  Peter once explained he was having difficulty getting replacement parts.  I understood his difficulty.  Once he never mentioned my watch and only wanted to talk about a concert he had attended at Hershey Park.  At last, at the urging of my husband and my daughter (who happens to be an attorney), on June 6, 2015 I again visited Peter at his shop.  During this visit he was very arrogant and very rude.  Peter told me unlike his previous customer, a man looking for a very expensive but out of production watch he wanted to purchase, I was not a regular customer.  Peter said he had thousands of watches to repair and intimated fixing my watch was not a priority.  After a lengthy look for my watch, Peter admitted he was unable to find it.  He promised to call the following week with an update.  Miraculously, not only by the end of the next week  had he found my watch, but it was repaired.  I am happy to have my watch back, but as reputable as Peter imagines himself to be, his arrogance and lack of customer care are reason enough to never use him again.

    Overall, I'm disappointed the service.  The resume was delivered on agreed on timelines, so I have no issues from that perspective, but the effort put into my resume was not worth the fee.  She made some formatting changes, which frankly, I don't care about.  However, the content wasn't substantially different than the sample resume I provided.  For perspective, my husband recently used a resume writing service, and they asked for much more information from him than what Resume Road asked of me.  I'm fully aware that I could have provided additional feedback and had her revise the resume further, but given the initial pass, it didn't seem like that effort would be worth my time, since I would basically be doing it anyway.

    This company did a great job.
    I selected them based on their high marks in Angie's List.
    Their office manager was easy to work with and very flexible to schedule an appointment (I had to change the date once).
    They set a convenient time (based on my needs) and the driver, Steve, showed up a few minutes early (and politely apologized.) which did not pose a problem for me.
    He set up the truck (took five minutes) and shredded five large boxes in about 10 minutes.
    The truck has a closed-circuit TV so you can watch your papers being shredded.
    They gave me a bill on the spot and I called the office an hour later and paid by credit card over the phone.
    Overall, a very easy and customer-friendly experience.
