  Gravely Hockessin did an excellent job fixing my Gravely zero turn mower. Another dealer tried but failed to fix an engine oil leak on 2 occasions. However, Gravely Hockessin quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. They also fixed the front tires on my Gravely zero turn mower. The front tires had been mistakenly left in the shipping position by another dealer, from whom I had originally purchased the mower. Gravely Hockessin's workmanship and customer service are superb. They remind me of the old school approach where shops do great work and provide excellent customer service. I could not be more pleased with their service. Also, they fixed my Ariens snowblower's heated grips quickly and at a very fair cost. From now on Gravely Hockessin will get all of my Gravely and Ariens equipment business. The staff is very pleasant, courteous, and professional. Their mechanic (Jim) is one of the best mechanics in the business.

  Faust Repair

  The hydraulic pump blew a seal. Doug told me which parts I needed. I found them at a dealer, brought them over, and he fixed the mower in a couple days, adjusting all controls and making it like new. Not bad for a 12 year old machine! The charge was minimal considering the expertise required.

  Excellent! Very polite and professional. Dropped off my mower and had a call back within 24 hours with root cause. The whole mower was serviced/tuned up and I had it back the next day. Power washed and looking new. This type of honest service is very hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

  Foulke is the best. They had the new John Deere tractor I wanted, delivered it promptly and fully briefed me on how to operate it. They were responsive, honest, and professional from start to finish. Shopping around I considered the big home center stores and am so glad I bought from a dealer, and Foulke in particular. It is a good feeling to know the excellent service I will get when it comes time for service. My highest recommendation for Foulke, and that is rare.

  BOWERSOX EQUIPMENT CO

  Nice people, but the workmanship was very poor. Bowersox Equipment failed to fix my mower after having two bites at the apple. I purchased a Gravely zero turn mower from Bowersox Equipment. They tried but failed to fix an engine oil leak on two occasions under warranty. On the second occasion they kept the machine for more than one month. Also, they failed to fix the front wheels, which floated in the air and wiggled side-to-side frequently. Subsequently, I took the mower to another Gravely dealer who quickly diagnosed and fixed the oil leak by replacing the oil drain plug. The second dealer informed me that the mower had not been put together properly. The front wheels had been mistakenly left in the shipping position by Bowersox Equipment. The second dealer placed the front wheels in the correct bolt holes. Now my mower is perfect. Unfortunately, Bowersox Equipment has lost my Gravely and Ariens equipment business due to this bad experience.

  RPM small engine repairs

  The response was immediate. Dropped off a snow blower and had it back in a week running perfectly. Dropped off a portable generator and that was repaired in less than a week. Professional, courteous and a real value. Quality work at a very fair price. Will certainly use them again.

  I'm never going anywhere else again! I priced out several services to see if it was worth repairing or scrapping my 2 ride on mowers and leaf blower. One mower is 18 plus years old the other over 13 yrs old. other services wanted much more for pick up and delivery and also wanted up to $70 each vehicle for an evaluation.The Faust's charged $10 for pickup and $10 for delivery total. the estimate was free and the one 18 year old tractor was repaired, tuned up and running perfectly when I received it back. Unfortunately the 13 yr old tractor and leaf blower weren't worth repairing. Total cost for everything $195. These guys are fantastic, Friendly, honest, and really make you feel like an appreciated customer. I was away the day when Walter dropped off my tractor and he even said I could pay him Later!! Don't ever go anywhere else. Honest caring folks like these are impossible to find.
