Dr. Hionis has been my internist for several years. I first saw here in her old location in Newtown Sq. Note: She is now at the Wayne office on Conestoga Road, not in Newtown Sq. any more (in case you look her up and find a Google map of the old location.) She is first-rate, caring, thoughtful, reliable. Highly recommended.

The experience was very good. I thought they were efficient. Everything was on time and I didn't have to wait. I thought they did a good job as well. Sometimes doctors can be a little bit sloppy but these guys were thorough. It is a little bit difficult to get an appointment.

I love this practice. It is always easy to get an appointment. They see you promptly. If you need blood drawn, you can do it right there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take their time.

I have been going to Dr. John Bruza for around eight years. He practices internal medicine. He is very much in tune with his patients. He is very patient, he listens to you, discusses your concerns. I've never felt hurried in his office. He used to be late to my appointments because he doesn't rush his patients out of the room, but in the last two years I haven't had to wait for him during my appointments. He's a very good partner in managing your health.

I am a patient there for 10 years. It's a huge practice and it includes every fancy medicine. It's very convenient and they have very good doctors; there are probably about a 100 doctors. I will continue to use this practice in future.

I love her. She has an excellent bedside manner and takes time to listen to you. She does a thorough examination and does not ask you a couple of questions and you are out the door, but will check everything. As far as her care goes she is excellent, but she does not accept any kind of insurance and also gives my pharmacy a hard time when my prescription runs out and if they try to fax the prescription over to her, she won?t accept it. She is doing very well and I actually tried to get my mother-in-law and she would not take her because she is not taking new patients. She does not give referrals and that makes it difficult.

She is very confident, compassionate and straight forward. She also communicates well with me. It takes a long time to get an appointment with her. Her office staff is friendly and her office environment is pleasant.

I do not question Dr. Oler's medical competence. However I found her ability to relate to me as a patient worse than any I have ever experienced with a medical professional. She never introduced herself to me, she gave me almost no eye contact during my visit, and she asked me almost no questions about my personal background. As a primary care physician at an intial appointment, I would think the information as to whether I was happily married, had children, held a professional job or even whether I exercised regularly would be pertinent to her understanding of my overall health. While I did not expect her to re-diagnose or treat my previous conditions, I would have thought the fact that I am both a two time cancer survivor and a Lexapro user for anxiety might have warranted at least a question or two. My arthritis, while not Rheumatoid, has required treatment. She never asked me how I manage it. She gave the impression that she was very busy and not sufficiently interested in me as a patient to address those aspects of my total health. If a doctor does not establish even a minimal personal relationship with her patient it is difficult to believe she is able to evaluate and address medical problems adequately. Perhaps she just had a bad day. However, when I wrote a very professional letter asking her to contact me about my concerns, she failed to respond in any way. I followed up a month later with a letter to the Medical Director of Penn at Radnor and again, got no response. Both courtesy and professional standards would mandate that someone at least contact me. I have since transferred my medical care to a physician at Main Line Health. While it took me 6 months to get an initial appointment with Dr. Oler, I was able to meet my new doctor to review my medical needs within two weeks. The University of Pennsylvania is an excellent medical facility where I have received wonderful medical care in the past. It is a shame that I have had to leave Penn at Radnor with such a negative experience.

She has an excellent bedside manner. She listens to you and she spends time with you. When you go into her office there is never a wait time. I am taken in almost immediately. All the people who work for her are very professional and polite. I can call her day or night. She takes good care of me. The only drawback with her is that she does not accept any insurance. When my children are old enough I will switch them to her too.

They are fantastic. They get you in and they are very friendly and good with the diagnostician. What I like about them as an organization is that it is like one stop shopping because you have all the specialists that you need there.
