The work was excellent. I was treated with a cream and every other day I'm changing the dressing, prescribing antibiotics and getting some cultures. He referred me to a hospital wound care center. He's extremely informed and intelligent. He has certifications and his staff is well trained, professional and responsive. We have been his patient since 1980.

When I arrived at Bryn Mawr's Emergency Room, I was really scared. My first nurse was Lindsay, and she was knowledgeable, sweet and very compassionate. She was really wonderful. She let me know that my next nurse was also named Lindsay. She was equally knowledgeable, sweet and very compassionate. She was great. Their tech. was Bridget, and she was very pleasant. My radiologist was Bret. He had a delightful sense of humor and made me laugh. I definitely needed to do that. Dr. Borgese came in and checked my breathing and asked me a number of questions. He was pleasant. The Physician's Assistant was Ryan. He told me what test I would be given and gave me a physical. When the test results were in, he let me know everything was fine and recommended a endoscopy. He said everything might be occurring in my throat and upper tract. He gave me a prescription for something to help me with my discomfort. He was great.

Nurse did her job well. Then I told her I'd my first time visit and want a whole visual check for anything possibly suspicious. The doc came in just to confirm if I wanted to remove some problems, no suggestion, no full check, simply did his job in 2 minutes and left before I could ask any question.

Don't give The Wayne Dental Care your business. Alicia – the Office Administrator - double bills! This questionable and unethical practice is wrong and should not be done by any reputable practice. I am on Medicare and therefore have a very limited income along with very basic dental insurance. My regular dentist was away on vacation last summer when a Starburst candy I was chewing pulled out one of my crowns. Having used Dr. Handel at the Wayne Dental Care in 1998, I (foolishly!) returned there for assistance. And was warmly welcomed by Kristin I explained my financial situation to her and she had the Office Administrator – come around to ‘help’ me. I explained my insurance situation and asked for the price. She retorted that there was a practice price of $1,692 for crown reattachment. I pleaded my financial case again - and she 'reduced' the price to $846. I was thrilled and paid it all upfront by credit card, and had the procedure performed by Dr . Avi Weiner at the practice. The fun started when I received an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my dental insurance company. I saw that Alicia had indeed billed the company for my crown repair - and had indeed received a payment for it!! Some $847.80 So with the $846 she got from me, that made the total reimbursement of $1692!! The price that they usually charge for a crown! However: when I returned to the practice and confronted Alicia, she refused point blank to reimburse me ANYTHING!!! She claimed that that was the regular fee for a crown re-attachment - despite me pointing out that regular dental insurance would only reimburse the practice the fee she charged me!! The paid $846!! They would normally have to swallow the remaining balance - as is customary for medical/dental practices. She still refused to credit me for th fee I had paid - seeing her chance to milk the disabled patient! So go here at you own peril!! You have been warned to find other more honest dental practices!!!!!

On this last visit I came in with so much pain after having slept awkwardly while sitting in a chair (I know - really dumb). First they fit me in same day thankfully - that she could immediately see my pain from the look on my face...after 30 minutes with her it was truly like night and day as I had thrown a few things off in my upper back and she gave me tremendous relief. Now after my second visit I am pretty much pain free. She has also helped my husband with relief from discs that were putting pressure on nerves in his lower back area. Highly recommend!

Here is a summary of what I think of them: 1) The costs of my physical therapy sessions provided by this provider were “hugely inflated” (quoted from the medical insurance company Aetna’s representative when I complained this matter to Aetna over the phone). For a standard and simple physical knee therapy session, Good Sheppard was charging between five and ten times more than the average cost of the industry. Worse, I only found out that this rate was determined as “hospital rate” (even though no disclosure is given to the patients of their affiliation to the hospital until after the treatment) that was negotiated between the insurance company and the service provider without knowledge or input from the patient (though the patient is the one who receives the treatment and pays the bill). An obvious rip-off from the patients, isn’t it? 2) The quality of the service provided by Good Shepherd is no better than other providers. The therapy procedures and exercise I received from my other therapist I later switched to were almost identical to what I received from Good Shepherd. But the cost was 10 times less than theirs! What justification is there for Good Shepherd to charge horrendous amount for a simple therapy session? 3) Throughout my seeking the treatment by calling both the provider and insurance company, no one told me or was willing to disclose Good Shepherd was affiliated to a hospital and their rate will be many times more than other service providers. The patient was totally left in the dark until it’s too late for them to find out that they were being ripped off. From the time when I made the appointments with Good Shepherd and verified the status with the insurance company, I asked about the cost for the treatment, no one was giving me the answer and I was told that I would not have that information until after the treatment. This lack of transparency of the treatment costs and special treatment by the insurance company to the hospital affiliated services is extremely unfair. Unless you are 100% covered by your insurance plan. Find another place for a therapist for a much valued service.

Bounce Back is an awesome place to go for physical therapy. Everyone is super friendly, you are seen in a timely manner, and they custom every exercise to your ability. They incorporate yoga, balance, strengthening skills, etc.... to help you on your way to recovery. They even have laser services for those extra sore spots. I have been with them now for a while on and off. My PT actually helped me get started in a weight loss program with a nutritionist after I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Now I am off my Diabetes meds and I am getting stronger by the day. They are helping me regain the strength in my back and knees so I can continue to do my workouts and strive for excellence.

i have been going to this practice for a decade and my son for about 8+ years. Andrew (the owner) is a constant in our lives. He has helped us through numerous chronic issues and anything new that pops up. We always leave feeling better, happier, healthier. My husband has seen him and various members of his staff through the years and whether it's a joint issue, jaw issue, neck pain, nerve pain, headache, etc- he leaves with his issue remedied. We call Andrew and his staff miracle workers because we don't know how we can walk in feeling pain and walk out feeling so much better. I have recommended countless friends and aquaintances to Synergy and I have only received positive feedback. I would highly recommend Synergy for anyone who is looking to improve their health, maintain good health, and/or looking to relieve any kind of pains be it mild, moderate or severe.

Dr. Londer used a wide variety of treatment methods. I found the variety helpful, as well as her advice about steps I can take on my own to help alleviate my back pain. Very satisfied overall.

My doctor referred me for a procedure called reclast infusion.  I only have to do this procedure once a year and it makes my bones much stronger.  My nurse, Joanna Horne, RN and BSN, was fabulous.  She explained the procedure to me and answered all my questions.  She was friendly, sweet and very attentive.   She offered me crackers or a cup of coffee.  I felt very cared for.
