AKapllan cleaningWe had a very large area of tile and grout that we wanted cleaned (large kitchen and dining area, foyer, 3 bathrooms, 2 walk-in closets), along with 6 dining room chairs. Paul was very prompt and the estimate was clear. He explained the process in great detail. The job started at the agreed upon date/time and was done professionally. After the job was done, we decided to color seal the grout. The color match was perfect and our entire tiled floor looks like the day it was installed! We will definitely use Kapllan again. AEd's Cleaning ServiceEd's team is amazing. They come every other week to clean our house and are on time and thorough. He is quick to respond if I need to change days and is flexible with my schedule which is good because with two little ones, you never know if someone is going to get sick! The staff, along with Ed, are very friendly and do an excellent job. When we moved in, we asked them to steam clean the carpets. They did a great job but the carpet was wet when we came in so we tracked dirt. Ed came back and re-steamed the carpet and made sure we were happy at no extra charge.- John H.

DAngelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct CleaningI was surprised by the poor service considering the good reviews on Angie���s list and Yelp. The guys who did the service were nice and answered any questions I had. After the guys left, I realized that the under side of my mattress was not cleaned and the carpet underneath a few small pieces of furniture in one room was not cleaned despite them saying it would be. I also saw dirt coming out of my air ducts that were supposedly cleaned (see picture). I called Angelo���s and thankfully Cindy was very responsive on the phone and agreed that she���d send people out to do the job right. However, I had to spend yet another morning away from work to have them come out and do what they should have done the first time.- Margaret D.
