    I first contacted Dolan in April 2018 to repair my grill. They told me I was on a list for grill repaid that would start the beginning of May 2018. At the end of May 2018 when they hadn't contacted me or come to repair the grill I called them back. No explanation given as to why it took so long. Then the repair person came to my house to evaluate the parts needed for the repair. They would get back to me in a day to provide a quote. I didn't hear from them again for a few weeks until I called back to learn that they didn't have the all the parts located. Remember Dolan's advertises themselves as a Viking certified repair shop. Finally all the parts are located, approximately 2.5 months after first contacting Dolan's but there is going to be a delay in one standard part for the grill. Again I dont hear from them for week and I call and finally request that I speak to the owner. He informs me that they will try to do better. I ask for a discount on the cost since they have not met my expectation and he declines and tells me to go find someone else to do the work. Remember this is months into dealing with this company. I ask him to please do the work since I have a few events coming up where I need my grill and he agrees. He doesn't understand how I could request some type of concession given the terrible experience I had to date. It is now August and I am hosting a large group of people at my house for a BBQ and really need my grill. I contact Viking and conference in Dolan and the part is going to be next day aired to Dolan so the repair can be completed 4.5 months after contacting Dolan. I ask Dolan to expedite the repair since I need the grill the following weekend. Dolan owner blows up on the phone with me and tells me to find someone else to repair my grill, at this point he finally has all the parts needed to fix the grill, one day prior to my hosting 30 people for a BBQ. To say the least, the owner of this business is clueless in terms of how a business should treat a customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would not even use them if they were 50% cheaper than the competition. Terrible experience is an understatement.

    Technician was excellent. Arrived on time. Was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Quickly diagnosed the problem and spent time explaining the options available to us. Checked into status of warranty. Resulted in determination to purchase new machine rather than repair. Very expensive service, but at least Sears was able to send someone within 3 days of initial call. All other services could not get anyone to the house for a week or more.

    I called Appliance Repair at 8:20 this morning, and by 12:20 the job was done! No muss, no fuss. Don't call anyone else for Subzero repair! We had used them previously a couple of years ago, and also an excellent job. Recommend!

    It has been over two weeks since I reported this problem. The repair has still not been done. The company says the part hasn't arrived, and they take no responsibility for parts or manufacturer! Frustrating! Poor call-backs. We have used them before and were pleased with their service, but they have failed this time.

    I received service the same day as my request. Michelle called to advise me Eyal, the technician, would be arriving in 20 minutes. He arrived as scheduled. Eyal was very professional. He took the cover off the dryer and checked the outside vent. I needed a new thermal fuse and thermal thermostat. He replaced both and the dryer is as good as new. He also took the time to go over instructions to keep both my washer and dryer working more efficiently. He did not charge me for looking at my SubZero Refrigerator and also gave me some maintenance tips on it as well. I will definitely use Aviv Appliances in the future.

    John is an individual service provider and it seems like he works alone so you have to be patient when you call him in that he is the only one that comes out to provide the service, but it is worth it in terms of price and service. John is definitely one of the good guys and no commercial company will be able to beat him in terms of price and service. When I first called him, he told me when he was going to next be available and, on that day, he told me when he would be coming and came exactly when he said that he would be there. He took the dryer apart to trouble shoot it and then determined that it wasn't a circuit board burnout, but had to do with the hose and the spinning of the dryer. He took it part to fix it, determined what the problem was and told me how much that it would for him to fix it, fixed it and then cleaned out 10 years worth of lint that had accumulated in the dryer. The whole job took about 2 hours or so and the dryer works great now!

    The temperature was dropping in my refrigerator around the holidays...Dec 21. I called several places (including Sears) and no one could come immediately or the price to just walk in the door was outrageous. I called Quick Fix and they came out that day, exactly when they said they would. They found the problem, (fan motor), had the part in the truck and replaced efficiently. Thanks to them, no food was lost! The cost was very reasonable. Fast forward to Jan 25. Motor was very loud and screeching intermittently. I called and they told me to try a few things, but if it continued, I should call back the next day. I did what was suggested and it seemed ok, but then the same thing happened around 10 at night. I took a video so they could hear the sound and texted them. The next morning, I called and someone was sent out right away. They replaced the motor, explaining what was wrong...AT NO CHARGE. So impressed that they stand by their 100% guarantee!!!

    My washing machine broke down. Jeff came quickly (next day) and identified the problems (the pump and a belt needed to be replaced). He even informed me that it was a toss up whether I should fix it or replace it with a new one; Jeff clearly wasn't interested in pushing me to pay him for the job. I will definitely use him again!

    It's not that great. Even after they replaced it, it was still making the grinding sound. So, we tried to contact them. In the meantime, my husband finally just fixed it by himself, but basically it was grinding when the guy checked it before he left and he kind of just said that's the way it's going to be. The guy was really reasonable as far as pricing goes. He was like, you can get this from here, and I could order for you now, and it would be a lot cheaper. My husband had pricing pricing around and that definitely was. They were responsive, but I don't know they were responsible as far as what they did.

    Took two half days off work. Thought it was fixed. Since the refrigerator is essentially built in as it is surrounded by cabinets, I did not immediately notice the waterfall that was occurring below in my basement just below the refrigerator because nothing was visible in the kitchen. Four hours later when by chance I went to the basement because the internet router from Fios is constantly not working, I learned that the repairman had damaged the waterline to the refrigerator and water from it had been falling into my basement. The service folks were difficult to reach, outright condescending and unable to assist. Said I would have to figure it out because 4-12 days was the best they could do. The guy who did the repairs could not come back and fix the mess. So, Sears is selling defective kitchen aid products and unable to handle calls when they damage your property.
