    It could not have possibly gone any better. From the first phone call, they were incredible, they communicate well, they are straightforward, they properly manage expectations and they care about what they are doing. The installer Maurice, was a very hard worker, and used his time efficiently, while also being respectful of my property and answering any questions I had. He was also very polite and took pride in what he was doing. This is the kind of person you want working in and around your home. He also cleaned up after himself. Ed- the "top dog" came to do training with my 2 dogs and explained everything from top to bottom, also taking time to answer questions. I am very critical of having people around my place to work and I would have these guys back- no problem at all. The system and this company are exactly what every dog owner should have.

    Dr. Bob and staff have compassionately cared for our pets since we moved into this area. Unfortunately it came to a point in 2013 that our cat had to be put down. We were heartbroken. Dr. Bob and his staff tried their best to make this transition for Harley and us as easy as possible. But this week was the worst....a freak accident forced us to decide to end the life of our beloved dog, Shadow. The unexpectedness of the incident was more than what we could deal with. Dr. Bob and his staff were right there for us. Let us stay as long as we needed to, comforted us as much as humanly possible. We were devastated. Nothing would take the pain away but it didn't keep Dr. Bob and his staff from trying. I will always trust this man and encourage anyone with a pet need to do the same.

    No animal was ever boarded with them. A reservation was made on 4/15/2014 for two weeks for two cats--time about 3:15 pm. Because of circumstances beyond my control I had to cancel my vacation and also my reservation for my cats. At about 3:15 pm on 4/16/2014 I canceled the reservation. It was explained that the $50 was forfeit as a matter of policy. I was aware that there was a fee of $50 to confirm the reservation on 4/15/2014. However, I was not made aware that it was not refundable. While I expected to pay an administrative charge, I believe the total $50 was excessive. If Town and Country had turned down confirmed reservations during the 24 hours between 4/15 and 4/16 then the charge may have been justified---that was never given as a reason.

    Although they may take good care of the animals they board, be aware they are a business and the bottom line is money. The price per cat was to be $13 per day. You do the math.

    We really like them. They are awesome. Their staff is really cool. They take the time to explain things to us. Their vets are very, very nice. They truly honestly care about what they are doing and that is why we use them. They are truly that good.

    The date I listed above is not the correct date of the service's that were provided.  I used this vet, stupidly for many years & wasn't able to remember all of the dates I went there for a visit.  I can tell you that even though her prices are very reasonable, don't go there!  Dr. Kerr is so cold & has no bedside manner.  She is the same way to the animals too. 
    We moved about 3 yrs ago & were trying to find a vet that was closer to us.  I found one that I love (Brush Run vet clinic) & have since been going there.  The first time I took my cat there they found that she had a heart murmur &, after further testing, heart disease.  The doctor performed a thorough physical exam & was very sweet to my cat.  My cat really liked her too.  If doctor Kerr had taken the time to perform a physical exam, like she should have, she would have detected the heart murmur a long time ago & perhaps something could have been done to help my cat.  
    After learning about my cats heart murmur I called my previous vet, Dr. Kerr, & was very polite & asked why she did not find the murmur.  They proceeded to be extremely rude to me on the phone, blamed everything on me & yelled at me for taking my cat to another vet (even though I moved, she told me I still could have continued to drive to her office.  The nerve!!).  I could go on & on but its really not worth it.  All I can tell you is do not use this vet!  For the sake of your animals take them somewhere else.
    All you have to do is Google her name & you will find a ton of bad reviews on this vet.  I hope people will wise up, quit going to this vet, & she has to close her business for good.

    The care my dog has received there has been amazing, but most recently, my dog had a life-threatening event and were in not for Dr. Rubin and her wonderful staff, he would have died.  They saved his life and got him stabilized so that he could be transported to a speciality veterinary hospital where he had emergency surgery done.

    I loved my experience with this vet!  Dr. Foil saw my cat, Oscar, and was very gentle & sweet with him.  She spent plenty of time with me discussing options for treatment for Oscar, tips for his overall health, & myths & facts related to cats.  She was very informative, professional, & nice.  I am very pleased with my experience here & will be returning.  On a last note, for a full, first time exam and a seven day antibiotic my bill was only $44.00.

    All About Pets Veterinary Hospital
    I will not be going back to this vet. It is absolutely ridiculous how much they charge for services and my one cat was not even cured of his illness. They are not very friendly nor is there much compassion. I will say that, Erin, who answers the phone and accepts payments was always very friendly, supportive, and understanding. She was the only reason I returned to this vet several times. I also returned several times to make sure that I was not judging the doctor or office too harshly. It makes me sick to think that from 9/17/12 to 11/13/12 my cats had been to this office 5 times and it cost a total of $930.75. I am really not sure what else to say about this vet other than don't go! I have a new vet now that I am very pleased with.

    I will never ever go back here again and I hope you wont either. I brought my dog in because he was going to the bathroom in the house (which he never does) he was having problems breathing and he wasn't eating. I knew something was wrong with him. They told me he had a bladder infection... The lady in the back totally manhandled him and used her TEETH to open the package the syringe was in. When she gave him a shot, she rammed it into him with no compassion what-so-ever and he almost fell off the table... I took him home and the next day he seemed even worse. I went to an emergency clinic because of the behaviors he was exhibiting. Turns out, he had pneumonia and was seriously ill. He had to stay for 3 days in the emergency clinic because he was so ill.  Turns out he never even had the bladder infection that they said he did. They listened to his lungs during the visit and said nothing about his breathing issues. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing there and tried to sell me worm medication, which I also found out he didn't even need. The 2nd clinic I went to told me had this went on even 24 more hours I could have lost my dog. I would never never ever recommend taking your sick animal to Banfield. They also talked me into signing up for their "care package" which is supposed to make services cheaper... Well when I realize the completely misdiagnosed my dog, I wanted to get out of this program immediately since I would never be taking my dog back. It was going to cost $250 to cancel plus all the vet fees were going to DOUBLE from the visit we had just had. All they want is your money. They don't care about your animal, just the profit they can make from you. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Find somewhere else to go!

    We had a wonderful vet before we moved to the Washington, Pa but here we couldn't find a vet that suited us here. So we were forced into a vet @ a local Pet Store. That vet situation did not fit us or our pets. Our pets are just that .... pets. We love them, care deeply about how they are treated. The Pet Store thought nothing about sticking out cat into a cage next to a dog. He was stressing out to begin with but that really did it. Same with the dog ... he wasn't treated with care. Then we found Steel & Dr. Bob & we got some peace of mind. They talked to my pets as though they were their own. Treated them with gentleness & kindness. When my cat had to be admitted, I talked to them about my concerns of how my cat was treated before @ the Pet Store Vet. They listened .... they paid attention. They put him where he wouldn't get stressed out by surroundings and said I could visit as often as I wanted. The staff also visited with him, played and talked to him. As far as the dog ... we're still working to find out what is going on with him. We haven't received the news we were hoping for but we're dealing with a sick pet and I feel very good about him being in the care of Dr. Bob & staff. The office girls and assistants are great to deal with. We're still hoping for a positive outcome. At least we're not being gouged by bills! This clinic is very reasonable. What a beautiful new facility, very convenient for this area. If you need a vet .... try Steel Vet & Dr. Bob & great staff .... you won't have to look any further.
