AMark Shoup General Contracting IncWe recently bought a house and noticed water sitting in the gutters and overflowing when it rained hard. We thought we might need to have the gutters replaced. Mark came out and recommended instead that we repair the downspouts and drain connections first to see if that resolved the problem. We agreed with his recommendation. While working on that task, Mark discovered that the underground storm drains were clogged. He contacted us with a recommendation to have a drain cleaning company come out to resolve that issue. We agreed and Mark made all of the arrangements with the drain cleaning company and over saw the work. Once that was complete, Mark finished up on his work. Mark was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. By arranging for and overseeing the drain cleaning company, Mark made the job (from our point of view) seamless. Mark is a very competent and personable contractor. We will certainly call on him again should the need arise.- Marjorie E.

AGEIGER CONSTRUCTIONFrank Geiger was able to give me an estimate during first inspection of the work needed done. He and crew showed up on time everyday. They were able to get everything done in the time they had said. I even added a chimney enclosure right before they were done, And it didn't throw them for a loop! They seemed happy to do it, even if it kept them on the job site longer then planned, and then only charged me cost and $15 to install it. They were all polite, worked all day, then cleaned up everything when done. Plus most importantly my roof no longer leaks! Thanks GEIGER CONSTRUCTION!- Kim M.

ACopar ConstructionOf our 3 projects with Copar we can say everything was first rate A+. The estimates were meticulously prepared and the projects brought in at or below estimate pricing. The quality- superb, seams line up, things fit, and all done with a smile from every worker. An important thing to remember with Copar is that the workers are on yearly payroll. You get the same people and the same quality each time. This is not spot labor that can be very hit or miss. If you are looking for quality that will save money in the long run, Copar Construction is the way to go.- Karolyn S.

CB & W CONTRACTINGAfter contacting B&W to dig out my crawlspace and finish the foundation around my house (approx 48') with concrete block, one of the owners came to my house and we discussed the project. He had actually done work to a neighbors house and came highly recommended. After inspecting the crawlspace and further discussion, he told me that they would send a bid in a week or so. The bid did not actually come for several weeks, and when i received it, I looked it over, found that it had covered the points we had talked about and was fairly satisfied with it. The price was at the high end of my expectations (I am a former General Contractor) but not out of the ballpark. I contacted himabout a week or 2 later and asked if we could meet to finalize the agreement. After several weeks, he finally returned and we started to discuss the project. When we got to the point of fully digging out the crawlspace, he balked and stated that we had not discussed that previously and that he would need to review the bid to see if there was money to do that. I never heard from him again. We had DEFINITELY discussed the complete excavation (and only half of the crawlspace needed to be excavated) and even talked about the fact that he would be able to leave to dirt onsite thereby saving removal costs. I have no problem with this gentleman or his company as I dont know the quality of their work except by what I have seen, the issue I have is that he never got back to me to even talk about going forward or cancel the bid.- wayne h.
