One never showed up and two never gave us estimates. We scheduled the work with Maria and the experience was terrific. She communicated with us along the way and was very professional. AExteriors By Mariawhen I met Maria, the owner of Exteriors By Maria, I was shocked, I thought surely, this women isnt going to do the work, and I was a little worried honestly, simply because everything I mentioned that I needed done, she said she could do it, even the roofing part. She came with refrences and also a portfolio , insurance and so I trusted what she told me. I have to say the most amazing part was she said it would onliy take her 4 days if she had access to the building throughout the weekend. I didnt want to go back and forth with payments, so i paid her upfront and in full, I know that sounds crazy, but she really seemed trust worthy. I gave her the keys to the office and Monday morning I was amazed when I walked in, incredable, the bathrooms were perfect, the yard looked great, building bright and clean,this women is a honest hardworking contractor who went above and beyond what she promised.no mess left behind, no little details that need to be finished, and since then she has stopped by twice to ensure our happiness.All I can say, is we love it! Oh, and this I couldnt believe, but when we came to the agreement to have the wrok done she gave me her home phone number so that I could get ahold of her at anytime, I called just to see if it was a working number and she answered, so I just asked her if she had anymore questions about the plans, lol. Perfect choice, and so nice , considerate, and comfurtable to be around- Glenda B.

AWe were extremely pleased with the entire process of having a new roof installed. Ron was very pleasant and promptly came to our house. He gave us a very fair estimate, from which he later subtracted the promised discount for mentioning Angie's List. His crew was prompt, pleasant, and professional. They worked steadily and cleaned up the surroundings not only after the first day, but after the second and final day. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend the company.

BI did receive other bids and theirs was in line with others and they had a good reputation. The man who ran the job was quite professional and I had a good relationship with him. I did have to move out of my home during the work and they completed the job in about six weeks. I had some nice gardens around my home. Part of the contract involved them digging up the flowers, moving them, and then to re-plant them once the construction was completed. They actually hired a local landscaper to remove the plants and then landscape and replace them the following year. I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth it went and my gardens turned out wonderful! The fill that they used around the house turned out to be rubble field clay. So, when the landscaper and I had to dig down, we have run into chunks of concrete. If you have to dig down deep, it is pretty difficult to do. There were only a few small issues, but with a project that large, you would expect that. They communicated well and stayed in good contact with me. I felt that they were a good choice and I am glad I chose them for the work. I was pleased with their job.
