They went above and beyond. They gave me money-saving alternatives to fixing issues, and even gave me a ride home when it turned out my car would not be ready until later, which it was that day despite the unexpected extra work!

Very pleased with the persistence shown in resolving the problem. Had previously taken the truck to another auto repair shop and was told they could not fix the oil leak due to a broken bolt in the intake manifold. D & R's had trouble with the broken bolt as well but didn't give up, and was able to fix the oil leak.

Anyone buying a used vehicle should have it checked out by a mechanic who has your best interest in mind and not the dealerships, and this was even more important being that we were buying a car 2 hours away in another state! For under $100 we were not only given peace of mind that the car was overall in good condition, we were able to get the dealership to replace a leaking component that not only would have cost us $$$ to fix, but could have possibly caused the car to break down on the 2 hour drive back. Also, the money paid for the pre-purchase inspection can be used towards fixing what is found wrong during the inspection should you choose to bring the car back to this shop for work. So glad we found a great mechanic/shop in an area we were not familiar with. If I lived in the area this would be the place I would go!

This has to be the most friendly and courteous auto business I've ever visited. And on top of that, their service is reasonably priced, thorough, and speedy. Can't recommend them enough for your auto service needs.

Don't show too much interest in a car or you may get robbed.

One of John's people called me last month because the car will be paid off this year. They wanted to know If I needed any help with another vehicle. That reminded me of how aggravated I was with John and took another look at my sale contract. It's too bad he ripped me off or maybe I would have gone back for another car. Last night, John called to ask me about my initial review which I have now edited to provide more detail.  He wanted to "rectify" the situation.

I went into John's in October of 2012. I wasn't interested in the first couple cars I went for a ride in. At the last second when I was leaving, he told his people to pull out the BMW I had been looking at.  I went for a ride and clearly expressed too much interest in
the car.  Over the course of my visit and after stopping back home to grab a couple things, John had come back several times saying "we're going to need another $1,000.  Aaron, we're going to need another $1,000".  Before the deal was done, I paid $5,000 in cash and received $1,000 from a trade in.  In the end I paid $17,360 for a 2004 BMW 545i with 94,000+ miles on it.  That's after stripping off the sales tax, tags, doc fees and finance charges.  I ended up financing the transfer title fee, encumbrance and doc fees.  With the finance charges and everything else, I'll pay $25,029 by the end of this year (that includes $1,895 for the warranty I financed).  Also, the car did not pass inspection when I bought it.  He had to replace a sensor and said it would pass after driving it around for awhile.  I drove it for a couple weeks.  It did not pass inspection the first time I took it which was a hassle.

I did have bad credit though and was happy to have the car.

It's a good dealership but they were a little expensive.  The tires have held up fine so far and the techs were very helpful.  They helped me figure out how to use the computer.  The wait time was pretty good and they were very professional.

I've been buying cars from them for years.  I have a program with O'Neil that I started in 2007, when I purchased the car, that costs $180.00, and all oil changes are free.  They have a nice setup when you need an oil change and the wait is just under an hour.  The person who greets you when you come in is very pleasant and nice.  My daughter even purchased a car from them.

I had to find a new place to take my son's car for a state inspection. It is always scary to go to a new mechanic; I'm always wondering if I can trust them about repairs and added costs. The reviews on Angie's List helped me to choose Kevin's Auto. They were able to take us within two days, and they completed the inspection with no issues and at a reasonable price. There were no added charges or surprises! I will absolutely continue to use them.

I have used this provider since approximately 1992 when the business was owned by Bob's father. I have always had prompt and efficient service. Bob Montgomery is honest and explains everything that he finds on the car and shows you any parts that are replaced. His prices are reasonable. Several times, he has fixed my car on short notice when I've had an emergency need for the car. He and his staff are always courteous and concerned. I have had Bob check out several cars before I bought them and he has always given me good advice. I will continue to go to Bob and recommend him to all my friends.

Eimports4less has a huge selection of late model high end luxury cars. Most are off lease low miles vehicles still covered 100% by the full factory warranty. Talk about eye candy this place has it all. What peaked my interest was a 2012 BMW found on their website. Just off lease with ultra low miles in pristine condition. I went for a visit and it was as nice as advertised. They have very aggressive pricing which is non negotiable. Typically they are far less than the rip off dealer prices. Example: Thompson BMW right up the street wanted $3500 more for almost the exact same vehicle with higher mileage.

FYI: This dealer sells 80% of their cars over the internet where the buyer never sees the car. They ship worldwide with no complaints. They have a 100% positive feedback rating on eBay motors. They are honest and don't rip the customer off. Highly recommended.

Conclusion: This was a very smooth stress free buying experience. No game playing with the typical dealer tricks. They didn't try to up sell me to increase dealer profit. The car was detailed and serviced making it look new in every respect. I saved over $13K  compared to new. For more info and ratings check out Google Reviews and Dealer Rater.

P.S. The car only came with one key which is how it arrived. This dealer can't give you something that they do not have. A new BMW key fob is $400. I addressed this and they got me one at dealers cost for $230. Yes I would have liked it included but I bought a great car not expecting a spare key.
