  • I am not very pleased with them. They do an adequate job but, they're to costly. I would love Angie's List to recommend an agency that would be able to take care of me in a much more reasonable way. I thought the price was too high. They do a superior job.

  • I made an internet inquiry to see a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland Edition with V6. I spoke with Pete Shelton on the phone and upon my arrival he handed me over to Bryan Bell. Bryan started out well, working diligently to pull the vehicle out of a tight spot where obstacles were in the way. However, once on the test drive he seemed completely disinterested in my wife and I as customers. He did not talk much about the vehicle or appear to be interested in and quot;sellingand quot; it. After our test drive Bryan shared about the vehicle and showed me the engine, to my surprise, it was a v8 HEMI, which is not what I requested to see. I was told that it didn't make sense to get a V6 Overland model because it was too heavy for the engine. I was also told that the gas mileage was only a few gallons difference and if I wasn't going to get a V8 because of a few gallons, I shouldn't be shopping for a Cherokee. I test drove a V6 model and when we returned Bryan asked me what my next steps were and I said, I'd like to see the numbers re: payment. He stopped and said, and quot;Are you buying my car today?and quot; I was taken aback as I didn't know I had to decide to buy the car before seeing what payments look like and I was not going to be pressured into saying and quot;yesand quot;. He then told me that he did not get paid by the hour. The basic message I was getting was, commit to buying my car because I don't want to waste my time running numbers if you're not going to purchase it today. After sitting at his desk and waiting for him to return for 15 minutes, he comes back and says, and quot;If you were buying this car, we would work with you on the numbers, but . . . (as he hands be his business card) call me when you're ready to buy.and quot; I was shocked . . . we were asked to sit at his desk and he apparently decided we were not important enough to spend the extra 10 minutes to see what payments would look like for us. I was flabbergasted and my wife and I were both offended. Bryan told us he was gone for such a long time because his manager told him to see another customer. So we left Barbera's dealership. This is by far the worst buying experience I've ever had. Bryan was a bit disrespectful after our test drive and he also gave bad information regarding the V6 versus V8 models. To tell a customer that you don't get paid by the hour is ridiculous . . . We went to Reedman-Toll dealership in Langhorne and we were treated with MUCH more respect and dignity. Having said that, we will be picking up our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately, Bryan's attitude and lack of customer service lost this sale for Barbera. I hope someone reads this and actually addresses the issue. I very rarely write these and quot;reviewsand quot; but what happened yesterday was unacceptable for someone who is in the business of working with customers.

  • This was an out-of state SUV purchase. Dealer had a 100% rating on over 2000 items.
    Car dealer purchase paper work was ready when I arrived. Documents were signed & I left in my SUV in 30 from arrival. SUV was as described & as  presented in the internet photographs. I drove it home from PA. This weekend I will start a detail mechanical examination of the SUV. At this point, everything appears to be as described.
