  • .I have 4 vehicles. I have to schedule an appointment today to have one of my vehicles serviced for the 60,000 mile check-up. They do a great job of helping me keep track of the service on my vehicles. I buy all my vehicles from them. They're the best dealership in the country as far as I know. I bought 5 vehicles from them in the last two years, but over the last 20 years, I bought probably 10 vehicles from them, since 1998, I've been buying vehicles from them. I would grade them A+ for every category! They wash my car when they do work on it. They also offer, if I want, they'll give me a loaner car. Normally I don't get one, but sometimes I need one because if everyone is using the cars, I won't have an extra, but they will give me a loaner car, without question, if I ask for it. That's one vendor that I deal with that I have no worries at all about how they're going to treat me. They service all of my automobiles. They even service the ***** that my daughter bought because the ***** dealership did a horrible job servicing her and Colonial took the car and for a lot less money that I spent between them and one other vendor and they got everything right and the car was like brand new after that. It was a 4 year old car and it had 60,000 miles on it. They gave it back to me and it was like a brand new car. They had to take care of the tires, the tires weren't right, they had two different size tires with tread. It wasn't a dealership. This was a repair shop. They had to balance them, they had to put new tires on, they had to do something else mechanically that wasn't right. They fixed that. The front axle, there was something right, and there was an issue with the brakes that wasn't right. They took care of all that and it was like $600.

  • I feel good customer service should extend beyond the sale. To compete with national corporations, generating customers for life, goes a long way in the long run. I am writing this review to share my experience. After contacting Brian's, I learned that towing is covered through our insurance company. The insurance company contacted a different vendor even after I asked that they assign Brian's. Here's the MOST EXCELLENT PART at 630 pm on a Wednesday night Brian's just called to confirm that my car issue did get resolved. That was great customer service without the sale !! Who do you think just made a customer for life?

  • I brought my 2008 Honda Fit in to have brake pads, I provided, installed. Mark informed me after inspecting my old pads, I did not have to replace them as of yet. I was happy he told me this. This was evidence of his trustworthiness. Other mechanics I have dealt with in the past have done repairs that were not needed. I will use chalength again and recommend him. I have had other work done here in the past, as well as other members of my family.

  • I am not very pleased with them. They do an adequate job but, they're to costly. I would love Angie's List to recommend an agency that would be able to take care of me in a much more reasonable way. I thought the price was too high. They do a superior job.

  • I have been there before and was very pleased. The same goes for this time. I trust this garage 100%. I fully expected to wait approx. 3 hours for the job to be done but was finished in 1-1/2. The whole place is Clean. The people are all friendly and take the time to chat a few minutes while you wait. Refreshments are provided.  The job or any other questions you have are 'fully' explained all the way down to how tread moves on a tire.  I could go on and on.  I Love This Place!

  • I just wanted to say that Belmont's Garage is 5 star in my book! I finally have somewhere to take my SUV where I won't feel like I'm getting ripped off.  Things are explained and you can even take the old part with you if you want it. I arrived expecting the usual Garage atmosphere but was pleasantly surprised when family members chatted with me while I was waiting.  A nice clean place with  friendly people.  My vehicle was taken at the scheduled appointment time and there were snacks and beverages while I waited.        In and out!  This Garage is a Keeper!

    Thanks Belmont's Garage.

  • The mechanic inspected the vehicle and told me that the exhaust was leaking and noisy and also the break rotors had some spots damaged by rust and eat out break pads.
I had not heard any noise specific to the hole in the exhaust when driving and could not see a hole, but I had to trust the mechanic.
He said that the exhaust could not be welded and needed to be replaced entirely from the catalytic converter back.
I normally keep the cars long and have heard this statement many times. Mostly I was able to negotiate and have it welded. Not this time.
As for the breaks, they have been on the car for years (my wife is retired and does not drive her car much) and though the rotors may have been eating the pads for a while there was quite a bit left. Not sure about the safety concern.
Well, I took the time off from work to bring the car to the shops and the inspection was due so I decided to pay and get the stickers. I had moved from out of state and the mandatory state inspection by the private business was new to me so I felt I paid for the lesson.
What actually triggered this review is that a few months later I took the car to another shop to check the parking break and the mechanic there told me that break lines were rusted out and could burst at any time. Indeed, I could  see the thick layer of flaky rust on those thin tubes. So the SAFETY inspection performed by CREIGHTON'S did not deserve it's name.

  • This was my first time for Hamilton Honda Service. When I pulled up I was met by a person whom took my milage and gave me a ticket for the vehicle and told me to se Pat the service writer.  I asked if I was assigned a service writer like other dealers and was told no which I like because if my service writer was busy you had to wait for them. Here you got the next availabe writer. Pat was very friendly and wrote up my car. he then showed me to a food canteen where you can get free coffee, tea, etc. Or you canbuy danish etc. Yes they have a lady behind the counter to help you. I was impressed with this. When you get your drink you can sit in that room on a high table with chairs or to room #1 which is the quite room which has 4 computers to work on or just plain quite to read or go to room #2 a large room with a big screen TV or room #3 anothyer large room with another large screen TV and they have a kids room. Again I was impressed how clean and well orginized this was. Well within 15 minutes Dave the Service dept Manager met with me and told me that my headlight lense had to be replaced and that I should go see My sales person Humberto. I saw him and he took the light to the used car manager and was told to replace the light. Again I was impressed I thought I was going to have to fight for on. Humberto walked me back to Dave and told him it was OK to replace the lense. Dave said OK and again within 15 minutes my car was done. He told me no charge and that my car was washed and waiting for me. Wow, I was so impressed with this dealership..I live in a large city and we would never get this service with a smile. I must say from day one looking for a car to yesterday expierence everyone at this dealership from sales person, Finance person, used car manager now service writer, service depart manager and parts department are all professional and courtest. I will defently come back to this dealership.

  • Steve explained that the front breaks have to be replaced to pass the state inspection. The work was done promptly and the breaks work fine. The shop provides nationwide warranty. I got 10% discount as a new customer. The staff was very friendly . On the phone they warned me about the road construction and suggested an alternative way to get to the shop. The appointment took longer than I expected because of the breaks work and Steve offered me using the shop's WI FI to do my work online. Will use this shop again.
