Could not have been happier with the work done. 2 guys who did the work were pleasant and and answered any questions you had. AJ Francis Company LLCJ. Francis did a mudroom addition and deck for us, and the quality of the work and materials was great. The crew was professional and polite, and adapted easily and quickly to some unanticipated issues discovered and some requested adjustments from us. They also had strong safety measures in place so that the project could be done amidst the Covid pandemic. The project management team was also very communicative, so we knew what had been completed, when issues arose, and what was planned to be done in the coming week. While the overall project cost ended up higher than expected, due in part to additional work we requested along the way, the work quality and the materials are top of the line so are worth the added cost.- SUSAN H.

Unfortunately, we had experienced a weather event and quickly had to do our homework, read reviews, and we began to call roofing contractors. Pittsabana provided the most prompt, clear-cut estimate for our new roof; there were no hidden costs and no guess work. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship and quality of materials surpassed what was offered to us by their competitors for the price. The Pittsabana team is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and meticulous about the project itself. The work was done extremely well and the planning that led up to it was seamless. We were so impressed by Pittsabana that we had them replace our soffit, fascia, and gutters as well. What began as a headache and an unanticipated project turned out to be a wonderful update and a facelift for our home. Craig is a very professional sales representative. What he said, he did. Which is worth 5 stars in itself. The crew, Dennis and T.C. are superior craftsman that pay attention to the smallest details of their work. They both strove to insure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. Also, both were a pleasure to have at our home. I wanted to extend a portion of our front porch. My wife said, "NO! Dennis and T.C. did such a great job and it looks so nice, I don't want anyone touching it and ruining their work". It doesn't get any better than that! Bernie, Aaron and Joel, the company project managers, visited our home multiple times to answer any questions or concerns. When the job was complete, they came again to inspect the quality of the work and to make sure we were happy with the completed job.
