Justin came to our house to go over the options as per our need. No pressure. A few days later he and a fellow worker came and about 8 or 9 hours later they had the old stuff down, the new up and the area cleaned of debris. Justin then demonstrated the new door for us. The crew arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They were very friendly and did a great job adjusting the door, spring and chain on the garage. It sounds like new. When asked about installing an outside keypad to open the garage door without the remote, he asked a series of questions and recommended that I didn't really need one! DSad to say, but it seems like it’s amateur hour at this company currently. I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with them in the past, however my recent attempt at working with Jelly’s couldn’t of been more unfulfilling. It wasn’t their actual labor, I’m sure that is still fine...it was the scheduling part of it that was so frustrating. After being told 4 different times over a span of 3 weeks that somebody would be servicing my home...nobody ever showed up. I was also asked to text with the scheduler and the response time was also very subpar as sometimes it took multiple days to hear something back. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere.

AChris promptly called me back. He had me do a couple of things while we were on the phone to make certain a breaker wasn’t tripped. After it was determined a breaker was not the problem, Chris made an appointment for two days later. This was not a problem that needed immediate attention. I was pleased that I did not have to wait long for an appointment. Chris arrived on time and quickly determined the problems. He was able to fix both the lamppost and porch light by taking apart both fixtures and fixing the problems. He even went so far as to go to Lowe’s to get the parts that he needed. He quickly returned and fixed both lights! I truly believe that most other electricians would have told me that both lights needed to be replaced. Instead, Chris took the time to take the lights apart and put them back together after fixing both lights. He saved us so much money, by being willing to fix our lights. Having us buy new lights, would have meant a second service call to put the new lights in. I would definitely recommend Chris and Rodden Electric! I will call him again when a problem arises. I was extremely pleased with the service.
