Before they left, they had me sign a paper and they told me they only broke two panes of glass in the one hutch. They only pay .60 per lb. on damages. When I contacted them they didn't want to hear it.

Jim comes out really fast whenever you need him.  One time the furnace went out in the winter and he came right out.  It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 o’clock in the morning, he will come out.

I have a house in Syracuse but live in PA. Sean is managing the property for me. He listed my property and found a good tenant in a few weeks. Each month I get a check. I would highly recommend Sean.

Mr. Agosto answered right away and after I explained to him what had happened, he asked some questions to better understand the full scope of the problem and was able to come that day. We appreciated that he made the commitment to come to our home even though he was quite a few miles away finishing up another job. Since the blockage happened when I was in the middle of showering and I still had soap in my hair and all the other faucets seemed fine, I hopped in the shower downstairs when I noticed the basement floor drain bubbling up with water. Apparently, whoever did the previous plumbing hookup had no idea what a bad thing it was to hook up a basement floor drain the wrong way. So then Mr. Agosto came as promised, immediately handed me his business card and promptly got to work diagnosing the problem. He first looked at the sewer outlet and immediately figured out that it was a blockage, got the snake and quickly cleared it. I then showed him the toilet upstairs, the basement drain, and another odd sound coming from under the downstairs sink, which turned out to be the grinder motor. and he told me that it needs to be kept accessible because it was currently under the sink, which would one day need to be replaced.  I also showed him how my kitchen sink (when the water was turned on) made a thumping sound and the spray handle jumped around. He prioritized and took care of the toilet once the blockage was cleared, he saw that the whole toilet was rocking back and forth so when he went to reseal it (the seal had burst from water pressure buildup), he showed me how there was an inexpensive plastic flange that was split in two from overtightening and he had a extra flange in his truck (prepared for anything which we appreciated). He also noticed we had the wrong flapper in the tank. We have a,1.6 gallon tank but the flapper was for a much larger tank so we were wasting water and didn't even realize it. He had a spare proper flapper (again, prepared). I must say, Mr. Agosto was very astute, knowledgeable, and observant and also pleasant and easygoing. He was easy to talk to and has a lot of knowledge that he was willing to share with us novice homeowners :) He was not pushy whatsoever, he just made some suggestions about safety and the importance of having access panels to the fixtures (which the previous owner hadn't bother to do). Mr. Agosto did a great job and went above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased with his service and recommendations that we created a plumbing to do list and emailed it to him so we can have our house properly done. We would recommend him to anyone who wants great service, a guy who knows his stuff, and has fair prices.

Bryan was recommended to us by a contractor. He was very professional. His design suggestions and advice on the project were well worth the cost.  We were originally going with a different porch design, but Bryan suggested an alternative and it really ?made? the house.
His eye for detail is very valuable: things like thinking about a small overhang on the garage man door.  In addition his knowledge of
insulation methods, code requirements, and engineering are excellent.  It is rare to find a combination of engineering skill and an eye for design, but Bryan has both.

They measure you room and then they explain what your options are based on the area that you are trying to cool and heat. The first reason I chose him is because he advertises in the local paper, and then when he came out he gives basically free estimates and I liked the amount of time he spent to explain what my options were. He also left a brochure from Mitsubishi that you could look through and he explained what the different options of the units were. He doesn't push you to buy more expensive units; he just basically gives you the estimate and leaves it up to you to choose what you want to go ahead with.

It's not easy to find a place around here to do that type of work. The pool liner was also out of warranty and needed to be replaced. It's a pretty involved process; they have to come and take measurements of your pool. They have a mission that came with the owner and they measure the dimensions of the pool so that the new one would fit exactly. And then once they have the measurements, you pick out a style of the liner that you want and also the thickness of the liner and then they place the order. And when they get the new liner delivered, they come and install it. Once they received the new liner, which took about a week or two, they install it in one day. They come with a crew of people and they have to look at your pool; once they take the old liner out, there is a resurfacing that has to be done usually (I had a vinyl liner). And then there might be some places where there is a cavity that has to be filled in or smooth out an area, and once they do that with their resurfacing material, then they install the liner. Then you have to fill up the pool with water that day so they could spread out the liner so there are no wrinkles. They basically have the equipment and the knowledge to do it because it wasn't something that they did for the first time. The installers had experience installing the inground pool liners. After they completed the job, they cleaned up after themselves.

After reading exceptional reviews for Pocono Luxury, Inc. I decided to give them a call in regard to planned additions to a home we were looking to purchase. The home was in need of a second bath or even a water closet as there were none on the main floor. The only bathroom was in an unfinished basement. Odd and difficult to get to. The previous owner had built a nice two car garage with the intention of adding on to it, but sadly passed.
I called the number provided on a Tuesday and Dimitry answered within a couple of rings. I introduced myself and let him know I was a member of Angie's List and explained about the planned additions and whether any might be possible. Dimitry was very professional, easy to talk to and a good listener. He understood right away what we wanted. I said we needed to get permission from the previous owner's wife in order to look over the home and if we did, either Wednesday or sometime the following week would work for us, if that worked for him. He checked his schedule and said he could see the home Wednesday early afternoon or next week. He very reasonably requested that if we were able to do it Wednesday, to please call him by end of day Tuesday as time slots filled up quickly. If next week, to please call him within 48 to 72 hours.
We were able to go for Wednesday. Dimitry was punctual, friendly, and courteous. He gave us a business card/magnet (handy!). We all went inside the home and showed him what we were hoping to do to the home as far as additions, enclosing the patio, etc. He immediately saw what we meant by needing to add a bathroom. He looked at all areas of the home for a solution and found a good spot to add the bathroom. He had some great suggestions on how to maximize the space and provided excellent advice on all other aspects of the planned additions. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We now have a crystal clear idea of what is involved in making that humble home into a lovely retreat, all thanks to Dimitry.
He lived up to his reputation and all the excellent reviews on Angie's list. We would not hesitate for a second to use him for our contractor. We plan on getting more bids in but I have a feeling everone else will pale in comparison.
