AB&R Precision ContractingBrandon and his crew did an excellent job on the replacement of the shingles for our house and garage. He arrived on time and worked carefully, with attention to details. Everyday he cleaned and cleared any debris created throughout the day. He kept us informed of any areas of concern and consulted with us. Brandon and his crew were very professional, hard-working, precise, prompt and worked easily with us. ARemodelers WorkshopThey were very upfront with their pricing, which was appreciated. They were timely and called it they weren't able to make it. The only negative is that 1 of the individual workers was rather sloppy. He had previously painted my kitchen, which had to be redone. Other than that, everyone was quite pleasant and professional to work with. The work had turned out beautifully. They called me whenever a small hiccup came up to talk me through it. ADAB Exterior Cleaning SolutionsCalled two days before the work for an estimate. Provider showed up on time, and gave us an honest evaluation of the work that should be performed. I scheduled the work for two days later. Again the contractor showed up as promised and did an excellent job. Courteous, professional and did exactly what he promised. AExpert Home RepairExpert Home Improvement is a flexible company and we got to know about them through where my wife works. They have a lot of contractors and they introduced us to the guy that owned the company. We got a great deal compared to the other bids that we got. The quality of their work was great and their professionalism was very good. They were responsive, as they answered all the questions and also called me back when needed. AMihalko’s General ContractingWayne came and performed the estimate and he was the only contractor that responded to us. He stated he will be to our place at 1 pm and he was there by 12:45 pm. Jeff was the site supervisor and he came to monitor the work every day and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was completed so far. AAfter the circuit breaker panel in our garage failed and caught on fire, I contacted Dave Pringle to assess the damage. He was able to start on the project the following day and kept me updated on the progress he made, explaining various codes and how the components worked in the system when I had questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly in all our conversations. Dave went above and beyond to ensure our house was once again safe and functioning as it was prior to the fire. For the quality of his work and reasonable prices he charged, I would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work you may have. AOutstanding craftsmanship. Very difficult install on one of the roofs. Was able to install a long 2 pitch variance area, without having to seam the metal with a joint. Very pleased with their work and care of cleanup from jobs. Will be hiring in spring for siding work.
