AE-Z Hauling & ServicesEric and Zachary have come to my parents' house twice and done all kinds of tasks for them that my parents couldn't easily do themselves (clearing out their packed-full attic, deep cleaning the basement, trimming hedges, cleaning tile floors in the master bedroom [and removing and putting back all the furniture to do so], hauling truckloads of stuff away...) and they'll be back soon to clean and seal all the grout on the house's first floor. They're a godsend--super efficient, easy to deal with, up for anything, and very reasonably priced. Hard workers who take pride in performing tasks thoroughly and perfectly and who go above and beyond. Highly recommended.- Carolyn T.

FHandyman ServiceTo my surprise, he brought along several additional workmen. They seemed young and unskilled in comparison. He would occasionally stay on site to supervise, but would often leave quite early. My medication seemed to disappear, one of the workers was on probation and not allowed to drive, and the pricing was far off from what was quoted. I agreed to $25 an hour for himself, not all these extra workmen. He would also charge extra to drive down to the hardware store, when I had one a block away within walking distance. The man just seemed off and I no longer felt comfortable with him in my home. They left quite a mess as well.him to end the project and will never work with them again in the future.- PEGGY S.

AResponsive and dependable. When we called the phone number the voicemail was full, but then we texted and had great communication with Nichole throughout the whole transaction. The driver let us know exactly when he would arrive, both at pick-up and drop off, and he was very capable and professional. It was a smooth, excellent experience and we would use this service again. We really appreciated that there was one consistent contact person, the other companies we explored had multiple employees to talk to in the process of getting quotes and information.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!
