I have been using them for 5 years. It has been very satisfactory. I've been happy with the end product. Not only the personal service but the end product. The service also. I don't know if I can really make an evaluation on that because I haven't shopped anywhere else.

    Moon, Dr. Marla

My family have been patients of Dr. Moon for over 20 years - she is thorough, communicates extremely well, treated my 4-year-old son as well as she treated my 84-year-old father-in-law, and is just wonderful in general!  I trust her implicitly.

On 12/22/14 I experienced some vision problems and called the office.  I was then scheduled to see another doctor in the practice within 2 hours.  Phenomenal service!  The doctor performed a thorough exam and explained what he was doing and seeing.  I could not have asked for better service.

On 12/23/14 I saw Dr. Moon for my annual appointment - in addition to the annual exam she too looked into the vision problems I had experienced.  Once again, an outstanding experience.

She is just an excellent eye doctor. The staff is all good at their job, very professional and very confident in their work. Their equipment is state of the art for eye examinations. They're very very thorough with everything they do there. They have a staff that's very good as far as helping you pick out some frames and lenses and for everything else. It's a complete package there.

I've been a patient here since my childhood. Dr Carlin is very good and takes his time with you. The process is slow and I would allow at least 1-1/2 hours from start to finish . There is usually a wait time in the reception area before your name is called. After the technician performs the preliminary tests, you will be taken to another waiting area before being escorted into an exam room. Dr Carlin know his stuff. I feel he does a good exam and explains everything well. He is very mild mannered and friendly. The billing is slow and sometimes my insurance payments don't get credited properly.

They are excellent and everything is great. Their customer service is wonderful. They handle everything professionally. Their availability is very good. They are very professional. They have a very welcoming lobby. Their office environment is very comfortable and accommodating for family as well as professionals. Their communication skills are very good because they use emails, paper mail as well as phone calls. Their bills and administration is really good. They take care of the billing and answer my question if have any; they are really good.

Dr. Moon is exceptionally well informed on relevant research, is very thorough, and excellent at explanations. I never feel rushed. In addition, her staff takes retinal photographs each time I visit, which I feel is important for someone of my age and situation.

Did not have to wait very long at all. Staff was friendly; checkout was painless. Dr. Moon is very devoted to her profession and to her patients. This appointment went well with no surprises. The follow-up check is reassuring after this kind of eye incident as one ages and more and more medical issues appear!

The staff and the doctor were very friendly and helpful, but we did have to wait quite a long time in the waiting room, and there was a long wait between when the photo was taken and when the doctor came in to talk to us. She was very clear about what the freckle was and what we should do to monitor it from now on. Everything seemed fine when we left the appointment, and they said they would bill our medical insurance for the fees.
About 3 months later, we got a bill for the entire cost of the exam and the photograph. Apparently our medical insurance doesn't cover this sort of thing, and the receptionists hadn't bothered to check that before we did all this. I would warn you to be careful to make sure you are covered by insurance, because we ended up having to pay about $300.

I called to make an appointment, and they could fit me in the next day. I didn't have to wait long at all when I arrived, and the exam went very quickly. This is probably because my prescription hadn't changed. The optometrist was thorough, she just didn't waste my time. I was in and out and had my renewed prescription, along with a free and quot;starter kitand quot; consisting of a case and a small bottle of solution. Everything was covered by my Penn State graduate student insurance.
The one downside is that the contact lenses there are rather expensive. But I just took my prescription over to Target and bought them there instead.

The appointment and exam was very thorough and efficient. Two different assistants performed the different eye tests and gave eye drops. Then Dr. Fiore examines the patient(me). They were all very good and took their time and explained all the procedures.
Doctor was very good at explaining what he found during the exam.
