CRED HOT CARPET CLEANINGNevin arrived (on time) to provide and estimate for shampooing of 7 rooms. 3 of the 7 rooms were dated warn carpet and 4 rooms were newer and in good condition with no significant stains. Nevin provided an original price-apparently based solely on square footage-of $729.00. I told Nevin that was more than I expected to pay and he reduced the price to $700 but offered no additional reduction/discount. Because of the Covid 19 concerns I was not present in the house for the cleaning and agreed to have Nevin text me when complete. Before I left, Nevin told me he would be done in 2 and 1/2 hours. I was shocked that a job that only took 2 and 1/2 hours (and used few materials except cleaning soap and deodorizer) should cost $700. However, I did not argue bc I was between a rock and hard place with a family that needed to move into a clean home in the midst of the Covid-19 concerns. Nevin texted me that the job was complete at just under 2 hours an 20 minutes. I inspected the carpets, and the 3 dated rooms appeared cleaner and somewhat brighter and the other 4 rooms also looked acceptable. I did agree to the quoted price, but I believe that I was taken advantage of under unusual cover-19 scare. I texted Nevin to let him know that I felt the price was unfair and that i felt that I had been taken advantage of. His position was that bc I agreed to the price and that because he believes his process is better than his competetors that my concern was not valid. Anyone who uses this business should judge for themselves whether $700 is fair compensation for 2 hours and 20 minutes of carpet cleaning. And you should inquire as to specific process and the time involved before you agree to the price.- Steve R.

ARED HOT CARPET CLEANINGNevin was great! I am a shoes off at the door person, so I didn't think my carpets were that bad (especially my upstairs), but after he was finished the difference was remarkable. I have always been a cat owner so there were several spots on my light beige carpet that I couldn't get clean, but he was able to do so. My carpets are 14 years old and they look brand new. He was quick but thorough and explaining everything. I highly recommend his services and won't hesitate to call him again.- Deb H.

They did a really fantastic job - cleaned upstairs and downstairs windows inside and out, removed and cleaned all screens, and cleaners sills and surrounds. Very reasonably priced, easy to schedule and great communication. All were extremely professional and courteous. We were getting our deck stained that same day (our fault - change of schedule due to weather) and they came back to do our adjacent windows on a subsequent day at no additional charge. FIt never went. I scheduled three separate times. Each time they cancelled and rescheduled at the last moment. The excuse was there was no one available. Did they not know this the day before the cleaning was to happen? They did not consult me when they rescheduled even though I explained again and again that I had many appointments and would have to schedule around those appointments. I have been billed for the first cleaning and for the service. I was informed that I would get the money back for the service. However, the first, the second, and the third cleaning never happened and there has been no mention of returning my payment for the first cleaning. Very unreliable and totally unprofessional!

AAfter the circuit breaker panel in our garage failed and caught on fire, I contacted Dave Pringle to assess the damage. He was able to start on the project the following day and kept me updated on the progress he made, explaining various codes and how the components worked in the system when I had questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly in all our conversations. Dave went above and beyond to ensure our house was once again safe and functioning as it was prior to the fire. For the quality of his work and reasonable prices he charged, I would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work you may have. AThe two gentlemen arrived quite punctually and were very thorough. The furnace chimney did not require sweeping, nor did my fireplace, but they were able to take a look at the fireplace and advised me not to use it until it had been properly outfitted (it's an older fireplace, so this was not a surprise!) Instead of just completing the basic inspection and leaving, they also examined my dryer vent and took a look at my ductwork to see if it needed cleaning - and upon seeing I have some rather difficult to work with ducts, recommended another company because they felt they'd do the better job! Great to work with, punctual, honest folks, and fairly priced. What more can you ask from service people?
