    My mum was home for the job. She said Mike was very polite, well mannered and professional. Laid out a work sheet at the sun room and dining room area. Every time he left the house he took his booties off and upon returning to the house, put the booties back on, which is very much appreciated. Furniture that was moved to do the work was returned to their original location after work was completed. Area was cleaned up before he left. Quality of work is good. Time taken with installation. Clean professional work performed. Thank you Mike!

    The counter top replacement went well and the original workmen did a good job (This was on Dec. 28th). To match the grout color on the old tile, we used grout which was left over from the original job. That ran out before they were finished and they had to look for more. They also didn't seal around the sink. This was left for 5 weeks despite periodic calls to them and assurances from them. They finally set an appointment and missed it twice. The man who came out after 5 weeks used the wrong grout (in the wrong color) and it had cracks the next day when it dried. He also sealed the sink.He said the sink didn't need clips that the original man thought it did. After I saw the cracks in the grout. I called to have them at least put on more grout and they missed two appointments. The owner finally came and finished the job satisfactorily. The finished job looks good.

    Todd and his helper were technically and professionally very competent.  Wish I had known it was going to be up to me to prepare the site for the new AC unit outdoors.  This was a replacement of existing unit, so it would have been ideal to install a stone or gravel base to level the ground and a solid base for the plastic tray which was used under the new unit.  The only opportunity to do this would have been in the interval between when the old unit was disconnected and before the new one was installed.

    They showed up within the expected time and where able to inform us where we have problems.  We knew we had issues with our thermostat and that was confirmed by the technician.  The tech was polite and was able to confirm the thermostat issue, we had no problem with him.  Our current model thermostat has been recently discontinued but he thought there may be 1 or 2 in stock at their warehouse.  He put a call in to have the office contact me to (a) confirm there was one available (b) work out a price (c) discuss the possibility of upgrading the thermostat.  He did his job and said I should receive a call within 2 days.
    After 3 days I received no call so I called them and discussed the issue with the person answering the phone.  She said she would confirm what was available and then would contact me within 2 days.  It's now around a month and I have not heard back.  
    A new thermostat for our system is a pretty expensive item and I suppose if they want me to fall through the cracks then my business is not that important to them.
    Initial service was all fine, but the follow up for a good sale was pathetic.

    When I called Perry's to request service, I left a brief description of the problem along with model number of my GE gas dryer.  It took a few days to hear back from him, and this was not a problem for me.  When he called back we set a date and time.  He arrived on schedule and listened carefully to my problem description and then got to work.  He checked the dryer, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty igniter, which he had on hand.  He also noticed that one of the bearings needed replacing and fixed that too which probably saved me a future call.  Parts were very reasonable.   He vacuumed inside and around the unit, then tested everything.  I also asked him to check the fill level on my washing machine, which checked out to be fine.   Perry is very professional and capable.  I was very happy I could get my dryer repaired.
