    Martin's Garage LLC
My truck would not start. It had spark and some fuel smell from removed sparkplug while cranking engine over. Martins made arrangements to have it towed to their shop to look at it. Within a week they told me it was the fuel pump. The truck has 2 fuel tanks and only 1 worked prior to starting problem. While removing the tank they discovered it had a leak at the strap and was too rusty to bother patching. So a choice had to be made of replacing the front pump or the rear tank and pump. Upon checking the front tank they found a lot of rust inside the tank and would need replaced as well. They priced both tanks and the larger, rear tank was less expensive. So we opted to replace it and the pump. The next day they called to tell me the truck was ready to be picked up. They contacted me several times to keep me updated on the status and decisions to be made. With an appointment it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to get in since they have a good reputation for doing the job right in a reasonable time. So it pleased me to get it back within a week and a half without an appointment.

    Blue Mtn Car Care
I have used Blue Mountain Car Care for numerous things throughout the years as have all of my family. They recently performed our State Inspection for our Jetta. They were very professional and called to let us know things that needed to be done to pass the inspection and gave us an estimate so we knew what our cost would be. They were very flexible when we wanted to schedule our inspection and were able to get us in right away. The employees were all friendly and went out of their way to ensure we got quality care.

After buying a mini-van, we wanted to be sure that it didn't have any hidden problems before we took a long trip. We are "regulars" at Martin's Garage, so we asked them to check out the vehicle for us. On arrival to the office we were greeted warmly. The mechanic there readily agreed to test our vehicle. He took it on the road and declared it ready to go within a short time. They didn't charge us for this service, and we were able to go on our trip with assurance.

I was having transmission trouble and had my vehicle towed to Martin's Garage LLC. They have been known to be good for their automatic transmission service in the past. As usual with them, it was two weeks before they could even look at my vehicle. At first they replaced the valve body and thought that would fix it, however they found out that that did not fix the problem. They called me and said that they could go into the transmission and repair the parts that appear to be worn for $2000 or have a complete rebuild for $2800. With the complete rebuild, they would provide a 2 year, 24000 mile warranty. The general repair of worn parts would not allow for any warranty. I opted with the complete rebuild and my vehicle is running great.

Justin repaired my 97 Chev. Cavalier. There was something wrong with my timing chain. Justin diagnosed the problem and fixed me up. Unfortunately for me, the Cavalier has an interference engine and when the timing chain jumped the sprocket, all the valves were bent. He allowed me to take the head to my machine shop and have the head rebuilt and valves replaced. Justin also has done my safety inspections for the past 2 years.

    Top Notch Performance Plus
I had a 97 Chev. Venture.  The brake lines were rusted and one got a hole in it and the vehicle was not driveable.  Jason Ott came to my house and picked up my vehicle and towed it to his garage.  He replaced all brake lines.  While he was under there, he noticed that the fuel lines were rusted and leaking as well.  I had known that the vehicle has a small fuel leak.  Jason called me and notified me that the fuel lines were leaking and asked if he should replace them.  I agree and he took care of it.

Went great. CDC does good work. One of the few places where the techs research the services before they start. What shop will actually thank you for bringing in a service manual, and then use it when they need it? Not had a bad experience at CDC. Highly recommended.

This was not the last service, just the bill I had handy.  My husband uses CDC for all car and truck issues and is very happy with them.  They are very helpful and have even dropped the car off at our house when my husband stopped in with his truck to check on it.

Melvin's is a great place to get you car worked on. I have three vehicles that I take to him. You'll get solid work for a decent price. If you give him a price limit, he will call you if he thinks the repair will be more before he starts. You can usually make an appointment within a week. If you have a special circumstance, talk to him. He has always tried to work with me.

From the time I called C D C until we received the car back I was very impressed with the professionalism.  Since I live 50 miles away, I never went to the garage or met the people involved.  I was working over the phone trying to get my son back on the road.  I do some minor car repair myself and knew what was involved with replacing a head gasket.  I was impressed by the knowledge and level of professionalism when talking to C D C on the phone.  I was also impressed with the questions I was also impressed with the questions I was asked about the condition of the car and the repair history, these were asked to determined if it was worth repairing a 20 year old car.  After the questions they said t bring the car in.  Then after they looked at the car they agreed it was in good shape and the repair was worth while.
We dropped the car off on 4/20/12 and picked it up on 5/10/12.  It took so long to repair because the head bolt set for this car includes all but one special head bolt.  being 20 years old they had trouble locating the bolt they found it at a Toyota dealer out west.  Also it takes time for the machine shop to machine the heads and pressure test them.
Throughout the repair process I was kept updated on the progress.  I was also told as they found other items unrelated to the head gasket problem.  Things that they could fix cheaply since they already had it torn down so far, like the upper engine mount and the Oil housing leaking.  The housing only took a $9 O ring to repair.  They also found that there was a power-steering leak and tightened the hose clamps and were able to fix it for no cost.
My son picked up the car, and told me it not only ran better but smelled better.  They had steamed cleaned the engine and removed the old oil that had dripped onto the muffler and was causing the smell.
My son was also instructed that they provide a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty on the repair and that they wanted him to come back i 3-4 weeks so they could examine the car and insure there were no small leaks in the head gasket.
I am impressed that they would do such a follow-up.  If any thing shows up they will fix it under warranty and this will not only save them money it also saves any potential damage or unplanned down time on the car.
I was very pleased with their work and the comfort their follow-up gave me.  It is always hard when you have a child on a limited budget driving an old car and living away at school.  It is good to know I can trust C D C not only to fix the car, but do it at a reasonable price and with such professionalism and honesty.
a few days after picking up the car my son saw some light white smoke out the back.  He called the garage and they had him come in immediatey and the owner looked at the car and determined it was just some residual antifreeze in the muffler that was burning out since my son had taken the first ling drive with the car.
