  • She is an excellent surgeon. She did an excellent job. She is very caring, professional, and thorough. She is just a really good doctor. She is super. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this provider again.

  • My experience with Dr. McQuone has always good been as she is very qualified and has great bedside manner. She has always given me good treatment and genuinely cares about my well being. The only negative thing I have to say about Dr. McQuone is that there is some times a long wait when you have an appointment which only happens occasionally.

  • .I went to see Dr. Shelly J. McQuone she is the surgeon that did my sinus surgery. She's very professional and also personable, she gives me all the time that I need and even write out my instructions for me. The Dr. makes herself available for me to call her on the phone and never makes me feel rushed. The office staff is very friendly. I will continue to use her.

  • The polyps were removed as far as I can tell, which is hard to tell since you can't see, but somehow a pocket in my left nostril was formed which held mucous, that every few days the mucous would harden and I would blow my nose and this chunk the size of a quarter would come out. Even to this day, 5 years later I'm still blowing out this chunk although not nearly as often and it's not as big. This is not normal. My right nostril is still restricted and it appears he did nothing to address this problem. In fact, I'm scheduled for surgery on March 26, 2010, to get this corrected by another doctor. He also caused a sinus infection during multiple post-op visits by not washing his hands before making cotton swabs by hand using loose cotton and a instrument that you can wrap cotton on the end. I asked him why he didn't ever wash his hands before seeing me and he said that if he washes his hand before every patient his skin on his hand gets dry and chapped. He also told me that he was thinking about retiring! I think it's about time he did. He was a nice enough doctor, but the outcome from the surgery was far from satisfactory. Plus no doctor should give a patient a nosocomial infection and use the excuse of chapped hands.

  • He was super friendly and certainly knowledgeable. He did seem to have a sense of humor, but was not super friendly a little more business like. The office is very big, I almost got lost leaving, and I had to wait a while to get an appointment.

  • He is extremly freindly and easy to talk to. Takes the time to explain the treatments.
