    Live in OH, but was out in the Robinson/Sewickly area running errands. My LO fell asleep in the car, so I took a short ride while he napped. While driving, one of my struts broke, so I pulled off at Ray's (I had just driven by it moments before). Not only were they professional and kind, but they had my vehicle in and out in about an hour and a half (replaced both struts per my request). All staff I encountered were very polite and friendly, all repair costs were explained to me up front and just the fact that they made room for my vehicle in their busy schedule so that I could get back home and not have to call for a ride made it a wonderful experience! I would definitely come back here for other repairs for sure!

    Dustin and Linda responded quickly to our request for a quote and their quote was quite reasonable. They showed up on time to do the work, and the work was done quickly and well. It was a pleasure dealing with Dustin and Linda and we would highly recommend Supertint to anyone who needs to have protective film installed or reinstalled on their windows. Great provider!

    I get my car there. They inspect it for free. You pay for your oil change. They have always been good. They are awesome. Great service department. They are quick. Some are so bad, but they are awesome.

    It went well. The only reason I didn't rate the price higher is that I believe that it is commensurate with other shops. I am always comfortable taking our cars to Herky as I know that it will be done well and that he will not recommend extra work that doesn't need to be done.

    My car was 4 years old and they put regular oil instead of synthetic oil. It broke down. They took care of the tow and the repair. I could have given them a bill for the rental car but I did not. The last time I picked up my car. There were greasy finger prints all over it. It was inspected and the windshield was a mess.

    Their technicians performed an induction cleaning, repaired a headlamp. The inspection of the parking brake shoes was $141.25 since the rear rotors had to be removed. They then said $375.52 was needed for parking brake shoes and hardware and $395.90 for rear pads and rotors. I declined this service. 
    I provided three remotes fobs and one key to be programed. One I had just purchased from the service department. i was told that they could not program any more keys into my car's memory than the existing three. I then asked for a refund on the fourth key and was told "That is between you and the parts department." When I protested saying that they should responsible for selling me a part that can actually be programmed." I was told  "You are one of those people who feel they are entitled to everything!" I didn't know whether to be angry or just laugh. I went to the parts department and they graciously said that I was told the wrong thing. I had to make another appointment in order to have the keys programmed, which was done properly. I could not help but fill out there survey with an unfavorable opinion. When I returned to have a new steering rack installed, nearly $1000.00 worth of work, I was told that they couldn't get the power steering lines off my pump.  Two new lines would be about $350.00 each. I said forget it. "Take my car off the lift." Then I received a call that one line did come off and that another could be bought as an aftermarket part for only $142.00.  I agreed for them to proceed. By then, they claimed, they could not finish the work and requested I return another day. I scheduled the appointment and then missed it due to a sudden illness and, upon further reflection, elected to go elsewhere.
    submitted an unfavorable survey to Chrysler. All I can say is that I have had very good service, information, and help from the parts department for many years, even when it was Mick's. I have personnally met the owner and found her to be a sincere and gracious business woman. I can only conclude that there are some incompetent people (I will not mention any names) who did a poor job, and then decided "to teach me a lesson" when I submitted an unfavorable survey. I believe the whole exchange on two $350.00 power steering pump lines to be a manufactured problem, and making me come back on another day (this happened the past two visits) is also either part of the scheme or the result of this dishonest behavior. I will add that these are the facts and my speculation, I'm sure they have their own side of this. I only wish you could here the tone of the service manager that would call me late in the afternoon with the good new bad news stories. It was hard to take. I have never written this long a review on ANY web site, but it needs to be reported.

    Being new to PA I needed to find a reliable auto mechanic that would inspect my cars honestly and at a reasonable price.  I was fortunate to locate an auto repair facility, through Angie's list, that did just that.  On two consecutive days I took first one and then the next day the other car in for a PA inspection at Herky Miller.  All services were performed professionally and also in a friendly manner.  While waiting for my cars to be completed I could not help but note that each patron who entered Herky Miller was treated in the same positive manner and all seemed quite pleased with the service they received.  I will definitely return.

    We previously had Herky's perform an oil change on our 2008 Nissan Rogue. Herky's team does a thorough inspection of the vehicle, even during routine maintenance, and found that one of the axles was cracked. Herky personally explained the issue and we scheduled a time to get it repaired. They originally quoted 90 minutes to complete but got it done in about 30 minutes because he had multiple guys work on the repair. I greatly appreciated this, as I had to bring my child with me to the appointment. It was great to be able to get in and out with little wait time.
