    They were very friendly, punctual and honest.  They told me that they would do the work if I wanted them to, but given the nature of the problem that I had, it was likely that the repairs would not last and that, ultimately, I would be sorry that I spent the money.  I appreciate their honesty and integrity and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

    It went great. First you must know I have to be one of the most particular people when it comes to cars and body work. I look at every little detail and most people in this business do not meet my expectations, in fact I went in with the thought that there is no way this truck will be like new again, and I should just sell it. At the first visit they explained every bit of detail in regard to the work but also took care of all the insurance communication and paperwork. With all the question I had most shops I visited had become frustrated with me, these folks did not. The repair also took less time than orginally expected. Upon picking up the truck I examined every little detail, I tried to find an issue. Best part is they let me do that without feeling rushed. All the employees that worked on my truck came out to explain what their part in it was. They showed so much appreciation for the work and how particular I am with my vehicles. They were also sure to make me feel comfortable about coming back if any issue arose. I will always use their service when needed.

    It went very well. They were very communicative during the whole process and did a great job matching the paint and detailing the car before I picked it up.  They ran into an issue getting one part  for the door wiring (Kia's fault...not theirs) and the representative called around looking for a temporary part to use so that I could get my car back before my rental period expired.  She then said they'd install the new part once it came in so that I wouldn't have to pay extra for my rental car.  Thankfully the part came in at the last minute, but I did appreciate her efforts to save me money out of pocket.  This was paid for through my insurance company.

    I trust him with my auto repairs. I think that auto repair is a big deal. I don't feel like he is going to take me to the cleaners. He does good work. The downside is that he doesn't always get done when he says he is going to.

    He let me know that evening that he had diagnosed the problem and was looking for a used part for me, since a brand-new one was $280.00 (the car is 13 years old, so it made more sense to go that route).  He got the part in about 2 days later, for $95.00, and had the car ready to go that evening. Thanks to his going the extra mile to find the used part, I spent less overall than it would have cost just for the new part.  Rick always takes great care of our cars, with prompt and professional service.

    Rick was very personable and accommodating. He gave me an estimate and broke it down into separate parts so we could decide if we wanted to do just the skirt and bumper and paint later, or do it all. We decided to have it all done. He worked with us to find a convenient time to bring the car in for the work, let us know about how long they would need to keep it, and offered us a loaner car. He kept me updated as the work progressed, including a couple of surprises that caused the price to go up (not his fault- the skirt required more labor than originally anticipated due to the way it is positioned on this particular car). He called me as soon as the job was complete and gave me the final price. We picked it up the next day and were very pleased with the work.

    IN THE END THEY GENERALLY DID VERY GOOD WORK, BUT I HAD TO GO BACK TO HAVE THE HOOD SET CORRECTLY (IT WAS OUT OF ALIGNMENT WHEN I FIRST PICKED IT UP). THEY ALSO TRIGGERED A ENGINE SERVICE LIGHT (APPARENTLY TYPICAL WITH FRONT END ACCIDENTS ON BMWS) WHICH THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR. MANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WEREN'T WORKING EITHER (DOOR LOCKS, POWER WINDOWS, MIRRORS, ETC.) WHICH THEY HAD DISCONNECTED TO DO THE WORK. AFTER 2 TRIPS IT WAS ALL DONE, BUT THEY ARE OTHERWISE VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY SPECIALIZE IN HIGH END GERMAN CARS, AS YOU CAN TELL FROM THEIR PARKING LOT WHICH IS LITTERED WITH BROKEN AUDIS, PORSCHES, BMWS AND BENZES.
