ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ASilaThey replaced a section of iron pipe with PVC, did a flush test, snaked our drain to the city sewer, and replaced a valve in our master bath. Nice folks, and the work was done in about 4 hours. Would recommend.- Rhianna B.

ASilaI saw a special for an outdoor hose bib replacement. Mine was leaking so I took up the offer. Someone from Sila contacted me the following morning and I had an appointment scheduled for the following day. The tech arrived, assessed the situation, and had to go back to the shop for an additional part. All in the all the service time was around 2 hours. Its been 6 months or so and everything has been great so far.- Daniel K.

AChoice Home WarrantyChoice is a solid home warranty company. They are very responsive during claims, and they cover a fair amount of issues. As you would suspect, certain exclusions apply, but I feel like you get what you pay for with their pricing model. I pay for convenience because if something happens I can call them and know someone will be out soon to fix the issue.- Steven M.

AChoice Home WarrantyChoice was unable to find a contractor, but provided me the option of reimbursement by finding my own contractor. The process was pretty smooth, where I submit an estimate/diagnosis and they come back to me with any questions and then approved the repair with me paying the contractor and my reimbursement check mailed to me. I have not received the check yet, but from a previous repair on my refrigerator, I know the check does show up.- JP G.

ASilaI was having problems with my basement toilet. It kept clogging and when we snaked it ourselves we kept pulling out roots. But it was not getting better! So I called Sila and they sent Anthony out to take a look. He got the drain unclogged and sent a scope down the line to take a video. The video was amazing. I could see where the roots (really fine, but so many after time) could grow in between the joints and cause a serious clog. The toilet was also cracked from it sitting on an uneven concrete floor, so Anthony came back and installed a new one. The whole experience was new to me (1st time homeowner) but it was a good experience because Anthony and Kara and the plumbing team are totally professional, experienced and courteous. FI do not write customer reviews, but I am writing so that at least some of the future customers will get a sense of what they are getting into when you work with Grade A Plumping. I am writing this with utmost frustration and disappointment with the service I received from Grade A Plumping. I have a home warranty insurance with American Home Shield, and in the last week of December 2020, I put a service request for a faucet repair and water leak in the kitchen. A technician from Grade A Plumping was assigned, and he came the next day and after inspection said that the damaged part must be replaced. He placed an order for replacement, and I got the part only after 2 weeks. The technician came back on January 12th and this time told me that they got the wrong parts. He said that he is going to re-order the whole faucet to fix the damage. To be fair, the technician who came was very professional. Since I did not get any status update after 10 days, I called the Grade A Plumping office multiple times, many days, left messages, no response at all. I called AHS and they told me that Grade A Plumping has ordered the part to my house and I should get that very soon. Since I didn’t hear anything again for the next few days, I called Grade A Plumping on a daily basis and they never picked up the phone, I have called at least 10 times. Finally, I directly called the company that is supposed to send the faucet part and they said that they cannot see any new order for the faucet parts. I was told by AHS that faucet part has been ordered by Grade A Plumping and the issue will be resolved very soon but Grade A Plumping had not even placed an order for the damaged product. Now it is more than a month, and the damaged faucet is still not fixed, and water is still leaking. I am trying to get a new contractor to get the faucet damage fixed. Please do your research before requesting a service from Grade A Plumping, no wonder they have so many F ratings in Angies list. I did not choose these guys, but I had to deal with them as they were assigned to me.

ARoss answered my request via email promptly. I sent pictures of what I needed and he sent estimates almost immediately. His prices were reasonable and lower than other plumbers. He was on time, professional, neat and efficient. I was very pleased. The next day I realized I had another problem and called him again. My spigot was leaking into my hot water heater and he came out that afternoon and fixed it that day. His service is awesome and I would absolutely recommend him!

AIt went awesome. We were able to get a quote quickly when our AC died in June, and were able to schedule a new AC & heater promptly. They were clean, thoroughly explained what was covered, etc. My only wish, is the maintenance - you need to schedule that way in advance - months. I guess we need to have more people go into this line of work because it can take 3 months to get a service appointment

AGreat coordination and prompt for surveying the work to quote it, and then performing the work. Was well-prepared to address a surprise problem installing the new faucet. The faucet and humidifier valve installations were of high quality, the time it took was appropriate, and he was very considerate totally cleaning up when finished. ATechnician said water level was too high in toilet tank, so he lowered it to the proper level. This did not solve the problem, so the technician came back the next week and found the silicone seal had four swells bubbling around the seal. This caused water to seep past. Technician installed a new flush value seal kit, which solved the issue. I was only charged for the first visit, so I appreciate that the technician came back and resolved the issue the second time at no additional charge. Also on the first visit, the technician removed the hose from the outside faucet, along with taping and doping the threads on the faucet stem. He also provided a quote in case I wanted to replace this faucet. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided.
