ABella Brothers Construction IncWe hired Bella Brothers for a full first floor renovation. We had an original kitchen, metal cabinets and in less than 3 weeks, I now have my dream house with a modern kitchen, open floor plan and LPV flooring throughout. From the initial meeting to the very end of the project, every single interaction was respectful and friendly. They provided us with a designer who helped us choose every last detail. In their showroom, they had many samples for us to pick from (counters, tiles, flooring, cabinets etc.) and were able to show us the flooring layout on a screen. We were assigned a project manager who was our main contact, who kept in regular touch with us throughout the project. He came to the house to meet us and go over the project before it began. He made sure to maintain regular communication with us. All of their employees were always on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, from the day the job started to the end was less than 3 weeks. This included demolition of walls, moving beams, moving plumbing, moving gas lines, adding new flooring, new cabinets, etc. As far as craftsmanship, they just cannot be beat. All of the work was top notch, detailed, while keeping the house immaculate. I would recommend them over any contractor.- Alice A.

AAffordable Weaver PaintingThe two painters were prompt and courteous. They repaired several ceiling studs that had broken through from when the roof was replaced as part of the quoted price (I didn't realize they would fix that and it made a huge difference). The paint job was beautiful and they were finished ahead of schedule. I was so pleased with the price, the quality of the work and their professionalism. AAffordable Weaver PaintingI very highly recommend Affordable Weaver Painting. This is the second time we hired them. Our first job was painting the entire exterior of our carriage house. This job was for interior painting and I was very pleased. The crew was dependable, professional, tidy, and hardworking (finished a day early!). We were very happy with the expert quality of the work, the attention to details, and the positive attitude of all the crew, especially the foreman Jose. Many of those on the crew have worked for Wayne Weaver for many years which is a testament to the his effective business model—-Wayne is fair with his customers and fair with his staff. ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! AAffordable Weaver PaintingHighly recommend Affordable Weaver Painting. I contacted 5 companies to have some painting done in 4 rooms, 2 small hallways, and a small stairway. I knew what colors and brand of paint we wanted. I received 5 estimates. Affordable Weaver’s price was in the middle range so their price was fair. The estimate was also the final cost. Job completed in 2 days. Three employees showed up on time both days and other than an hour lunch break each day I did not see them stop working the entire time. They repaired some minor flaws in the walls, were efficient, neat, and polite. Finished result looks great.- Thomas C.

AFor the past eight years I have used Pro Painters Plus LLC for all of my interior painting, drywall repair/nail pop repair and caulk repair needs. Pro Painters Plus has always done an outstanding job. The paintwork has consistently adhered to a very high quality standard and was completed in a meticulous manner with great attention to detail. The painters did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of each workday and all of the furniture that was moved in order to complete the paintwork was carefully returned to its original location. In addition, the painters have arrived right on schedule. I have always been quoted what I believe to be a more than fair price for the excellent quality of workmanship provided. For me, Pro Painters Plus is the best interior/exterior painting company on this side of the galaxy. Five stars all the way around!

AJason at JMG Contractors was pure class. We hired him to get my parents house ready for sale which is a truly emotional thing for anyone selling a home that has been in the family for 20 years. We knew this would be a big job and knew we didn't want to use a solid stain on this cedar siding. I asked is there anyway to bring the cedar back? Jason did the research and said yes it is called sand blasting. I said lets try it. He got to it, rented the gear and started blasting the house and the results are amazing. They worked tirelessly in extreme heat during covid and took all the precautions. In the end it looks better than I could ever have imagined. The video and results are truly amazing. We had some issues with other things with the house and he tackled everything we threw at him swiftly and professionally. He is worth every penny and guess what he was extremely reasonable on price and timeline. I know how hard this outside project was especially since the house is around 6500sqf. He was always reachable and that is hard to find these days with many contractors. The work is beautiful and I am so glad I hired JMG Contractors. They can do general contracting from kitchens to baths to decks and blasting cedar back to new. Don't think twice about calling them and getting a job done right.

AMy experience with Picasso Painting was excellent in all aspects of working with them. The owner, Rob Cook, was extremely reliable and professional - in his communications, scheduling, and workmanship. He’s a perfectionist, which in this line of work is an especially great trait. He and his team take great pride in everything they do - from the prep work including protecting everything in the area they are working and thoroughly preparing surfaces before any painting occurs all the way through to the final results and leaving the home the way they found it (or better!) I also liked that I could talk to Rob about my ideas for colors and he would help me with decisions as much as I wanted. And when the initial color I picked for one room wasn’t an ideal choice he called me to suggest I come look at it before he continued as he thought I wouldn’t be happy. He was right and I was appreciative he did that instead of just continuing on since I had said it was the color I wanted. We changed colors with his help and the new selection was so much better to coordinate with our new carpeting and what I was really initially trying for. I initially hired Picasso to paint just 2 rooms with cathedral ceilings before we moved into our new house and we planned to do the rest - but once we saw how spectacular the results were we knew we needed the rest of the home to look equally as good and so we hired them to complete many other rooms! Picasso Painting has a busy and full calendar these days but they are worth the wait!!
