AFrancis X White Builders IncAnother excellent job by FXW Builder! We have had work done by them in the past and have always had our expectations exceeded. This project was no exception. We were having a home sauna built and even though FXW had limited experience with constructing saunas we worked together to make sure the design and installation were done just right. The team worked with us closely and we now have a beautiful in home sauna and personal gym. The guys are excellent craftsman and always polite and clean. That is an important factor when they are in your house for weeks. I highly recommend FXW Builder inc. You cannot go wrong with their work.- Regina P.

ADMC CONSTRUCTIONWorking with DMC construction was a dream. We had no idea where to start with a project this large and Dominic and Matt walked us through each step. They guided us through the blue prints and the permit process. They coordinated all aspects of the building. Their workmanship is nothing short of perfection. During construction, we were given suggestions to improve the layout of the interior that we never thought of and it made such a difference. The finishes on each room are only found with high end construction. We are ecstatic with the results. We plan on booking DMC on future remodels to the main house. The entire project was all handled during COVID delays in materials and they still finished on their projected timeline. DMC Construction is a five star business!- Vince C.

AHousing Solutions, Inc.Excellent work by Neal and his crew! We hired Housing Solutions, Inc. 2 years ago for a complete bathroom remodeling and some drywall repair. We did not hesitate to contact him again. This most recent bathroom repair, unexpectedly, became much more involved due some unknown, structural issues behind the walls. They handled expertly, fairly, neatly and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend this group!- Tim G.

AFunari Public AdjustersWe are first time homeowners and had a clogged pipe that resulted in water damage in the basement and damage to our roof from a storm within a few month period. We've never had to file a claim before or deal with this level of damage, and I didn't know where to start (do I call the insurance company, how do I navigate the process?). A friend who had worked with Funari in the past recommended them to me. I'm so glad they did! They did all the work, talked me through the process, and handed me a check at the end. They showed up on time and were professional everyday. If any unforeseen costs came up (which is usually inevitable) Dave would walk me through my options and allow me to make the final decision before moving forward. AFrancis X White Builders IncThis was more than just a routine roof replacement as there was damage to the roof trusses that needed to be addressed. Contractor provided a detailed repair plan which was validated by a professional engineer. Contractor also provided a detailed work schedule. Work was completed as planned. There were no surprises. Work crew was professional and courteous. Clean up was impeccable. Quality of work appears to be top notch. I would highly recommend Francis White for any home contruction / repair /remodeliing work. No BS, no games - just good quality work at a fair price. I might have been able to find someone a bit cheaper, but I would not have gotten a better value.- Walter K.

AReiter Roofing IncI would recommend Reiter Roofing to anyone in the area looking for a new roof or vinyl siding replacement. They did an excellent job on our row home in South Philly. Steve and Evan are very professional, they came out for a free estimate which was more than fair compared to some other quotes we had received. The entire job was completed in 3 days. FWe contacted Legacy Construction for an estimate back in December 2020. We had a few phone meetings, and even drafted up everything we were looking to have done to our home. Measurements were included. Gary came out on site to talk with us and see everything. I just received an email Feb 2021 stating that they cannot accommodate us. I would not recommend this company. I felt that Gary was insightful, but he also didn't seemed to be focused on what we wanted done for the work we were asking for, and we did our research. He even asked us to demo more after his visit and send him pictures (pictures he would never use apparently). Our email requests for a status on the quote went unanswered. Legacy eventually emailed me saying they declined the estimate request after 2 MONTHS. It was such a waste of time. They wasted 2 months of our time and could not even give us an estimate, even after multiple phone conferences and an onsite visit. Do not bother.

AAll Star started to work on the floor immediately. The team of crafts persons were very personable and courteous. They worked confidently and incredibly fast, which made me feel at ease. I felt a level of comfort and trust with the team that allowed me to leave the house unattended while they worked. I was surprised to see that they also fixed joists in other parts of the house that they felt were in need of repair. In addition they built a closet, spackled and taped the bedroom walls. They even painted the entire room, leaving it in brand new looking condition. All of these extras came surprisingly at no additional charge. Such service speaks to a level of pride and commitment All Star has to making a job look spectacular and beyond any intended expectations. All Star finished the project ahead of schedule and within budget.

ABenner & Sons were amazing to work with. They were very professional, punctual, and kind throughout the time they worked in our home. I was so pleased with the job they did! We had them paint basically our entire downstairs, along with a lot of tedious trim, and the result was fantastic. In our dining room, there was a half wall that had a sort of plaster design, which they sanded down and painted over. Sanding would normally leave a lot of dust, but when I would get home from work, I couldn't even tell! They laid plastic and drop cloths down where necessary to keep our place clean and dust-free. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a room transformation!
