ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ABella Brothers Construction IncI decided to use Bella Brothers for our bathroom projects based on the very positive recommendation of a friend who hired the company to do her kitchen renovation, and am very pleased with the results. From meeting with the company's designer to choose the bathroom layouts, fixtures and paint colors, to working with a project manager and the renovation crew, all facets of the projects went extremely well—communication and the overall quality and efficiency of the work was consistently excellent. ABasic Basement CoWe used Totally Basments to finish our basement this past fall. While it did take a little longer than the originally estimated time of 6 weeks, the basement was completed in a professional manner and all work completed went above our expectations. Every employee showed up at the expected day and time as planned. The teams were very knowledgeable about their specialties and our main contact Bob helped us every step of the way. Thinking each decision through was a breeze because of his experience and knowledge about the business. And his input was very helpful based off of his other customer’s experiences. Gail was also extremely helpful in scheduling/organizing all of the components and keeping our project moving along. ADMC CONSTRUCTIONI can't say enough good things about DMC Contractors and the work they did at our home. They started early every day, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, stuck with the project continuously from start to finish and the work they did is simply beautiful. We were having a home sauna built and even though FXW had limited experience with constructing saunas we worked together to make sure the design and installation were done just right. The team worked with us closely and we now have a beautiful in home sauna and personal gym. The guys are excellent craftsman and always polite and clean. That is an important factor when they are in your house for weeks. I highly recommend FXW Builder inc. You cannot go wrong with their work.- Regina P.

FI met with 6 companies for estimates on my roofing project and not only was Master's the most sales-pitchy, ingenuine meeting I've had but they also quoted me at THREE TIMES the amount that any other company did. They will waste about 30 minutes of your time showing you a presentation on a tablet about why it makes sense they're about to over charge the **** out of you. When I was shocked by the figure of their estimate, the salesman staged a call to a coworker who could "crunch some numbers" and just like that my figure was brought down by $8,000, making it still DOUBLE every other estimate. Disgusting.

FThis company is beyond unprofessional. Chris Burton who gave me an initial quote was persistent with signing us up as customers. I told him that we were contemplating to possibly list our home and if it made sense to get all windows replaced. Fast forward a year later into Covid-19, we decided to go ahead with the window replacements and when we thought it would be safe. I reached out to Chris Burton and his response was “NO” in a email. No other explanations just “NO”. So I reached out the the company to complain about how unprofessional Chris Burton was. I explained that different response could have helped the situation by simply stating that he appreciated our business but would recommend a different company because it was out of his timeframe. His job title is a salesperson and honestly if a customer is not ready to move on an estimate it is up to the customer decide when it’s best. Come one week into my initial complaint, NO ONE had returned a courtesy call... the receptionist hung up on me after I told her that I would put in this review about the company and the lack of communication as a potential customer. Fast forward ten minutes later, the owner called and told me that he tried reaching out to me but did not leave any messages. He also told me that I was lying and threatening that I was going to get his receptionist and Chris fired. I am disgusted that this is the experience that I received from such a “highly recommended quality company”. If you are a customer that like exceptional customer service... I would not recommend this company. Just imagine what follow up customer support would be like if there were any future issues with your purchase!?!?
