Excellent. The inspector arrived on schedule and was very nice. I followed him through the entire inspection and asked any questions that came to mind. He was very knowledgeable. I would use these guys again for my next home inspection.

Great service! Kevin came the same day I called. He explained clearly what my problems were and ordered faucet parts to be sent to me directly. He returned as soon as I received the parts, fixed the kitchen faucet and repaired the leak in the basement pipe. Kevin knows his business very well and cares about customer service. He's definitely on my contact list. Thanks, Kevin.

I called the number it went through to Roto-Rooter. The customer service rep didn't even know who Brian was. Said if I left my name and number "somebody" would call me back. I didn't want somebody I wanted Brian. Hours posted were until 5:00 pm and it was 4:46 pm. This was a poor representation of Roto-Rooter ad Brians' business!

I had trouble lighting the pilot for my natural gas furnace so I called the gas company to come out and look at it. The gas company technician told me exactly which parts needed to be replaced. I called two HVAC contractors, the second being PICA HVAC. The first one I called was not very accommodating over the phone but the woman I spoke with from PICA HVAC (Abby) told me that someone would be able to come to my house within two hours! Steve, the PICA technician, showed up within an hour and was able to replace both faulty parts while also instructing me proper routine maintenance techniques. He offered their services for future issues including plumbing which I will CERTAINLY take advantage of if necessary. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about PICA HVAC, their staff or their service. Truly top-notch, customer-friendly and cost-competitive.

Work in bathroom and kitchen in tenant side went well. Installation of kitchen cabinet did not go well. Handles put on crooked, marked and damaged corner of one door under sink, end caps of counters were never finished and have fallen off.  Two weeks after, it was necessary to have them return for leaks under both of the double sinks.  Leak occurred on Saturday evening and they came to repair it on Monday evening so we had two days without access too my kitchen sink.  It was the weekend before Thanksgiving and we were preparing to have our family dinner on Sunday.  As a result, we had to move everything including the dinner to my son's house,

                                                         Letter of Appreciation

Last month, two gentlemen came to our home to do some plumbing repair work. They were from the Mike Meredick?s M & M Company. We explained our problems. They reviewed the areas and informed us what was necessary for the job. We had four separate areas of concern. They left for 10 or 15 minutes to purchase parts and in less than 2 hours the task was completed. They let us know what was needed, why it was required, how long it should take, and approximately how much it should cost. They did a fantastic job. We understand the work was done a month ago but the job they did still speaks for itself. We are so happy to have contacted this company. These men are a reflection of a company that has been doing business for a long time. Thank you!

it went ok, took about 4 hours, he didn't remove the old wet dirt, left if in a pile for me to get rid of when the weather warms up, there was a lot of snow outside, and also did not take the old pipe with him, but left it in my yard to dispose of, but he told me he would do this ahead of time.
he also took a look at my gas furnace on his own and told me it was in good condition.

We originally planned to have Home Depot do the installation. I decided to get a bid from these guys who came in a couple hundred lower. As the project got rolling I realized far more important than the price was the quality I was getting. Unlike Home Depot's plan, Able Hands laid the flooring with a minimum number of transitions so the flooring flows well between rooms and into closets, etc. They very carefully cut down all 8 doors and rehung them (which Home D would have charged extra for.). They moved all the appliances, including the dishwasher to get the flooring down, again H D would have charged extra. They are just extremely conscientious and detail oriented in their workmanship. They actually care about the quality of the end result.

Apart from their technical skills they are also great to work with on a personal level. They really listen and try to accommodate. They're punctual (for the most part) and work very clean, vacuuming and tidying when they're done. (They even brought the garbage bins around.)

In addition to the floors, they've also done various other small jobs: light fixtures, toilets, faucet, garbage disposal, appliance installation. they've brought the same attention to detail to each job and we'll definitely use them again.

All Jobs provided an estimate for the project in advance, and indicated that the cost of the project would not exceed that estimate - and it did not, even though as with all construction projects, there were surprises.  They indicated the project would take 3 to 4 weeks, and it did take about 4 weeks.  They dealt with the plumbing supply  and tile companies that we ordered from including moving and staging all materials.
This is the second project that All Jobs has performed in our home, but this was much more complex than the first job  - replacing old paneled wallpaper covered walls with sheet rock, painting living room, DR, hallway and removing old baseboard heating registers.
These guys pay attention to detail, offer good advice, use drop cloths everywhere and clean up after each day's work (something my wife loved.)  Most importantly, all four of the workers on this project were friendly, courteous and professional and we have no reservations about them working in our home when we cannot be there.  We've been using the new bathroom for three weeks now, and there is not a single detail that we would change.  The craftmanship is excellent, and the plumbing and lighting work perfectly.
