Steve was very responsive throughout the entire process. He cared to ask about every detail we could consider when making decisions. The project was completed on schedule and we’re very happy with the final result!

We could not be more pleased with the exceptional work provided by Butch and his crew. They are true masters at their craft. The tiling and design work they did was meticulous and flawless. They were punctual everyday and cleaned up neatly before they left for day. I would not hesitate recommending them for any type of remodeling work for your home or business. If you can imagine it, Falco & Sons can create it.

TJ did a wonderful job on our Master bathroom remodeling project. He was very helpful with the design, material selection and construction phases of the project. He helped keep the project within budget, was detail oriented and was communicative throughout the effort. We would recommend TJ to others for their home projects.

Shopped online, both big box chains, and Alderfer’s showroom. Paid more with Alderfer’s but helpful insight and having them come out to measure before ordering was worth it. Installation was on time and professionally done. Spoke with 6 people (office & installers) during the process & each one was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in me being completely satisfied with my choices and options.

TJ came highly recommended, and our friends were right. He was great to work with, and we love our new master bath. What we liked: - He is honest, trustworthy, and straightforward in all aspects of the job. - He does masterful work, with great attention to detail. - He told us who to talk to when picking out cabinets, countertops, bath fixtures, tile, etc., and this network of professionals was also very helpful. - He handled all of the ordering, payments, and deliveries with the suppliers; We received copies of the invoices, and only had to pay Schumacher Contracting. - We had a clear and accurate estimate up front of what the costs would be. - Once he started our job, he didn't begin another until we were finished. - He was highly responsive; we communicated frequently with text messages and pictures. - He was very neat, and cleaned up each day at the end. We honestly couldn't be more pleased with the job. This is the way working with contractors is supposed to be. There are additional pictures on Schumacher Contracting's website if you'd like to see more. Look for Terry and Nancy's Master Bath.

Horrible!! Paul Bradley, the general contractor and owner gave me what I believed was a reasonable quote and time frame to complete the project. The end result went 1 month and $20,000 over budget. Time management and coordination of subcontractors was awful. Very few days was anyone working more than 4 hrs and there were many days that no work was done at all. During demolition 3 wireless remote controllers for my zoned heating/ac system were thrown away and debris fell through the floor and damaged part of my furnace. No effort was made to clean up the debris in the basement that was left after the demo and electrical/plumbing rough-in. The plumber cut the condensate line from the AC unit and left it leaking all over the floor. I had to get my own HVAC company involved for the repairs since his HVAC person was unfamiliar with the system. The drywall subcontractor was just one person and it took him 2 weeks to complete the drywall. The end result was completely unacceptable. Every seam on the ceiling was visible and many spots on the walls had the tape showing through. There were sections where existing wall met new wall that were not blended or finished with a skim coat. My neighbor who does commercial construction spent an entire day fixing the ceiling seams for me. I had to spackle and sand many spots on the walls myself. The drywaller left the job a mess every day with empty water bottles and trash from his lunch on the floor. There was a very long delay in getting the field measurement for the flooring, determining how best to level the existing subfloor, and whether or not the material I had chosen would even install correctly. There was a significant extra cost to level the subfloor and I was told by Paul that what I had chosen was going to be fine. The actual flooring installer was the one who told me I would not be happy with the end result of the floating floor I had chosen, because even with the added plywood/leveling the subfloor was still too uneven. Thankfully he was honest with me. I selected a glued-down type flooring material and had to wait for it to be ordered. The floor is still noticeably uneven. Paul installed my kitchen cabinets and when the appliances were delivered the refrigerator didn't fit in the opening, even though he told me what dimensions the refrigerator needed to be. He insisted that it was framed correctly but when he came to the house admitted that the opening wasn't square and he needed to fix it. His solution was to jam the fridge in the existing opening instead of detaching the pantry cabinet and move it over. I will be hard pressed to ever get the refrigerator out of that space. He was completely unprofessional. I came home early from work while he was there one day. The house smelled like cigarette smoke and the windows were open even though the air conditioner was on. I found cigarette butts in my back and front yard (no one in my house smokes). My concrete front steps were to be demolished and repoured. I was told this was to be done by a subcontractor and I needed to pay in advance for this, which I did, however the work was not done as requested. A make-shift form was propped up using salvaged boards and bagged concrete mix was used to simply re-face the existing steps. He ran out of bagged concrete mix so finished this in 2 days, allowing me to take photos. The end result is very bad. I questioned Paul as to why the job was done this way and why I was still being charged for a complete demo/repour. He told me the demo was attempted but couldn't be done because the stairs were tied into the foundation (not true) and there was a risk of damaging the adjacent wall of my neighbor's flower bed. I guess he never heard of a concrete saw?? When I pointed this out to him he insisted the cost was the same. I withheld the amount I paid in advance from his final payment. Paul argued this with me and said I still had to pay the full amount, however when I told him I had photos and was not paying for work that wasn't completed he backed off. It is clear that he deliberately lied to me and overcharged me, and was angry when I challenged him on this. There is a list of things that are not satisfactorily completed, and sadly, I will have to fix them myself, as I will NEVER contact him again. I have no tolerance for dishonesty. Clearly he felt he could take advantage of me. How could a single mom know anything about construction, right? I would just believe his lies and hand over my money, right? WRONG. I'm not that kind of girl. STEER CLEAR OF WESTBROOK CONSTRUCTION AND PAUL BRADLEY.

From start to finish, I could not have been happier with how the entire process went.  Bruce's team executed the demolition of our home quickly, which paved the way for completely redoing all the infrastructure.  All new plumbing, electric, and the installation of new ductowork throughout the entire house including a new HVAC system.  Next was the bathrooms and the kitchen and custom open staircase from the basement all the way to the 3rd floor.  My wife and I have been living in the house for 2 months now and could not be happier with how everything turned out.  We got everything we were asking for; solid old bones and a modern, but rustic complete remodel.  I think that I have said "Thank You" a million times, but for good measure, Thanks Again Bruce!!!  Bruce proved that there is no project too big and no problem too hard to overcome.  Highly recommended.

Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He is straightforward and honest about prices and time frames. He will soon be working on knocking out a wall in our kitchen/dinning room area and create a counter top. We hopefully plan on remodeling our down stairs powder room too, at which time we will once again call Brian.

The company didn't show up when scheduled. Had to make 2nd appointment after finding out I couldn't get my money back per Angie's List policy. When the person came out he created 2 options for each room. A more practical option and a upscale option. The bathroom rendering was fine but the things I said and where I wanted things placed were not represented in the remodeling of the kitchen. We went to their showroom to find out a price range and our options. The showroom and the presentation were totally unorganized. The contractor person who knew the pricing wasn't there and they had to send pricing to us later by e-mail. We didn't do anything with either the kitchen or bathroom but if we would we wouldn't use this company.

I purchased a deal from them, I don't recall the exact price. Scheduling was easy, work agreed upon was completed as discussed, and the bathroom was left clean. Very satisfied, and would use again in the future.
