    They seemed shady to me and a couple things put me off... first I made it clear that I wanted a specific product used. I was told they had it; halfway through the process he told me they don't sell the product but insisted they have something similar that was just as good. After making it clear I wanted to use the product I selected, 'it's not a problem they could definitely get it'. Then when the quote came, they refused to warranty their work because I wasn't using their product. When looking at my room he said they would need to charge me an additional fee because it was under 300 sq ft. I asked how much the fee would be, and he responded it was probably $50-$100 depending on how much their installers charged him. I then asked if they subcontracted the work (since the installers were charging them a fee) and he said absolutely not they use their own employees to install..... odd. He confirmed my email address (which contains my first name) in order to send me the invoice. He said that someone would need to respond to that email and insinuated that I as a woman might not be able to handle that! As a single woman I'm able to pay for my mortgage, hold a corporate professional job, and make decisions on my house renovations - but I might have difficulty responding to his email? NO THANK YOU, I'll go with a less sexist company!!

    TJ did a wonderful job on our Master bathroom remodeling project. He was very helpful with the design, material selection and construction phases of the project. He helped keep the project within budget, was detail oriented and was communicative throughout the effort. We would recommend TJ to others for their home projects.

    I paid $35 for a service person to come and measure for flooring. That was the only part that went right. I was told that in a few days time after the measurements were submitted someone would call to discuss my project. That was 7/14 and it's now 8/9! Is it too much to expect prompt responses?! I'm sick of chasing people down. I shouldn't have to?! I paid you $35 to measure and start my project. I want my money back! If Lowes respected me as a potential client then you would have followed through and taken that next step. I paid you, to have me drop my busy schedule to chase you down! #fail

    I'm writing this review a year after having the work completed, but always felt bad that I didn't write one for these guys! In the summer of 2015 I had severe water damage to my home resulting in needing to completely gut and rebuild the lower level of my townhome. I walked in to Majestic Flooring one afternoon and Chrissy was fantastic in helping me to select the right flooring for my home. I always have a hard time with these decisions and what she helped me to pick is gorgeous and goes perfectly with my carpet and furniture, I get so many complements on the floor! Ted came a few days later to do measurements and give me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised at the price compared to two other places that I had checked for the same floor. Although they were booked for about a month, after seeing my situation he called me within a few days as they had a cancellation and got me in within the week. Ted and his installation crew were prompt, professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. When I had a minor issue with one area of the floor, they took my concerns seriously and were out quickly to fix it. Dealing with Majestic Flooring was a bright spot in a very overwhelming situation, and I would definitely recommend them!

    Ultimately, we got a great carpet that is dark enough and durable enough to stand up to our pets. It was installed quickly and the installers took the time to secure some of the floor boards that were discovered as loose once the old carpet was removed. For both appointments, the folks from the company arrived on time and ready to go.
    The only downside was the lackluster communication. No one explained their process to us so, unlike every other contractor we've worked with recently, the first visit to our house wasn't a sales call. It was a simple, three minute visit to measure the area to be carpeted. After that, the gentlemen dropped off two samples from one brand. I really wish they'd just told us, at any point, that it would have been best if we visited their showroom to checkout different samples and different brands.
    That pattern continued when it came to scheduling the day of service. We were asked, via email, if we were available at a given time. We responded yes and then never received any confirmation. The next time we heard from the company was when the installers arrived.

    Martin who is in charge of their flooring department was nothing but professional. I had the tile done first in the master bathroom  and then a few months later had the carpet replaced in the master bedroom and walk in closet. Each time was hassle free, and they went above and beyond my expectations! When I had the carpet replaced, they moved all of my furniture and put it back and they even nailed down loose floor boards and stretched the carpet in the hallway outside of my room. I would absolutely recommend!

    The original job started July of 2013. It was completed in a timely manner.  Unfortunately, there was a defect with my floor. Majestic came out and inspected my floor. They determined that there was clearly a milling problem and that my floor should be replaced. Of  course the owners had to go through the proper channels with the manufacturer to get the floor replaced at the manufacturer's cost. This process took months. I was offered a new floor the following March by Majestic while they still had not received a satisfactory answer from the manufacturer of the floor. However, the owners stood by the product that they sold me and replaced my floor. They would have replaced it in the Spring, but it took my a long time to decide on the type of wood that I wanted. The owners, Chrissy and Ted Sabol were patient and extremely helpful. My new floor was installed and the workmanship was perfect. The floor looks and functions exactly like I had hoped. I would recommend Majestic to friends and family

    Awesome.  I have hired TJ for a few odd jobs over the years.  When it came time to remodel my office, I definitely wanted a bid from TJ's company.  I can tell you that he is honest, easy to work with, and does what he says.  He has the ability to solve problems that crop up and will always follow through.  I have heard many horror stories of contractors that never show up.  That was never an issue with TJ.  I am very happy with how my office turned out.

    Great experience from sales people to installers. Sales person helped us pick the right carpet. Called and promptly set up installation date. Installers were on time and did a great job with installation and clean up.

    Great service from the time I called to get an estimate to the final walk thru after the tile was installed. Front office was very nice and spent the time to answer all of our questions. They helped us pick the tile and made recommendations on grout color and care of the tile. The estimator was friendly, on time and very knowledgable. They kept us informed of the status of our order and promptly scheduled the installation when the tile came in. The installers were on time and very professional. It took them three full days to install and the lead installer made sure we were happy with the end result. They left the work area clean and removed all debris. Very good experience. We are also having carpet installed and will definitely use My Dads Carpet when we redo our kitchen floor
