    The eye "doctor" was about the most unprofessional person working at Americas Best that I met. When I asked about my result she said there fine. She told me I had dry eyes - I asked about treatment options and told her what drops I used she said that I should just use them. She had no other suggestions. When she performed the exam she I told her the settings that she pick look more blurry to read the chart then when I had NO glasses on and she told me that's as good as it could get. And she try on more setting. Which was somewhat better. So I ordered my glasses and the girl helped pick out two cute pairs. To bad she enter the script wrong into the computer. So when my glasses final came in everything was messed up. And the same contacts I tried did not work well. So I complained to the manager who apologized and said that he'd be more than happy to set me up with another appointment with a different doctor. Completely different experience and without saying the other doctor was wrong she did say that the prescription was incorrect. She got me set with a new script and they reorder the glasses and she had me trying another contact that would have to be special ordered. The girl was going to have to call and get a price on the contacts. They called me and I told them to order the contacts and paid for them over the phone. About week later I get a call that everything is in. When I show up my sunglasses were correct however what was supposed to be my regular pair had tinted sunglass lenses too. Oh yeah and you wanted us to order the contacts- that's why I paid for them. Oh looks like no one bothered to summit the order but they had no problems taking the payment. This time the girl at the desks tells me that the manager that was try to help me no longer works for them and would I like to speak to the current manager on duty- yes please. So after no apologies or compensation of any kind he assures me that he will personally handle everything and my order will be correct. They called about a week later my contacts and glass were in they were correct and now I will NEVER be going back??If this is way they consider service they should change their name to Americas Worst. In all it was almost a month and a half to get everything straightened out. The price may seem like a great deal but the hassle isn't worth my time or headache.

    I have said after several appts. I rarely waited more than 10 minutes-I felt this was satisfactory as sometimes I am that late and she is treating people's eyes! I will be getting one cataract removed soon by her and feel completely comfortable. As she has done 4 people I know satisfactorally! I am not worried!
    Totally surprised at her rating. More people need to send in reviews!

    I've started to build a relationship with them. They are really nice, thorough and super friendly. They have an eye glass place right in there. If they take our insurance we can take our eye glasses right there. We can get our eye exam there and if we need glasses we can order them right there too, which is really good. It is an all in one type of service. The office is beautiful, very clean, super congenial and very friendly.

    We were able to get an immediate appointment. After checking in we were taken back immediately. The exam was very thorough - with every step being explained to my daughter as we went. She was very comfortable. The office staff did an excellent job answering all my questions regarding cost - and even did a follow up call when they were able to if d some discounts available to us

    This was my first time at this optometrist. I had new insurance and it was close to work. I was able to get an appt very quickly. Brian (?) the optician and Dr. DeAngelis were both very warm and friendly. The eye exam was thorough and Dr DeAngelis took my medical history.
    The eyeglass frame choices are more limited than one would find in a Pearle or LensCrafters but they are a better selection of frames. Normally, I struggle to find one pair that will look OK on me. Here, I found three (that hasn't happened in the 35 years I've worn glasses). Prices are comparable to what I paid under insurance at the chains.
    I was in a number of times after I got my glasses to have them adjusted because they weren't sitting quite right on my face. Brian was very patient with each adjustment. The last time I went in for an adjustment, he spent a good deal of time examining the glasses and discovered that one lens frame was ever-so-slightly larger than the other. That was causing the frames to always look just a smidge crooked. He had them replaced as defective at no charge. Not everyone would have taken the time to get to the bottom of this small but irritating problem.
    I was so pleased with my experience that my husband and 10-yr old also had exams done there. My daughter needed glasses for reading in school and both the optometrist and optician took a lot of time to make sure the exam and glasses fitting went smoothly.

    We like that his practice is well established. They have a good team and the interns, residents and other support people were quite easy to work with. The one drawback is that this is a person who has a large practice and does not spend as much time as some other providers.

    The optometrist was very nice and explained everything that would occur during the exam. I was nervous about the glaucoma pressure test because I'm really skittish about anything touching my eyes. She explained the drops she gave me would numb the surface and I would not feel anything. She was right and there was no discomfort at all.
    The practice has a nice variety of frames. Normally, I struggle to find one pair that look fine at Pearle or LensCrafters and often have to go to a couple of places to find suitable frames. Here, I found 3 that I looked really good in. While they may not stock as many frame as a big chain like Pearle , it's a very good product mix.

    I found them by driving by.  It's good service with a small town atmosphere.  They caught some conditions that needed specialist work.  They caught it early and were able to get the problem fixed because they caught it early.
