Dave came out to our home at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Our heat had gone out and the company that we had called out previously was having difficulty diagnosing the problem. Dave spent the entire afternoon and evening. and found the solution to our heating issue. He took the time to go the parts supplier's warehouse about an hour away Friday evening and return to our home.and made the necessary repairs so that we could have heat that evening. He went above and beyond what he had to do to see that we had heat. We could not be happier with the service we received. We would highly recommend Brubaker Heating Cooling and Plumbing to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future for our heating and cooling needs.

We now have a warm and comfortable home.

Brubaker performed a standard service cleaning and checking on my oil burner furnace which is actually a boiler as it circulates hot water for heating the house. They also replaced the defective motor that turns the pump and fan.

I called Brubaker as a new customer since my furnace wasn't turning on and off consistently. I had to keep hitting the reset button. They were very polite and professional. They set up an appointment two weeks away but told me to be sure to call back if the furnace quit altogether. A few days later, the furnace quit completely. They worked me in and came out the next day to perform a standard service check. They found 3 separate things my previous service company missed: water expansion tank hadn't been drained in a long time leading to the blow-off valve venting hot water, duct work to the chimney hadn't been cleaned in a long time with about a gallon of soot being built up in the ductwork, and the motor was tightened incorrectly leading to binding. While Mike the technician was there the furnace performed flawlessly after he had finished. When I came home from work the furnace again wouldn't run even though it had run perfectly while Mike was there that day. I called them the next morning and they came back out right away and had to replace the motor. The furnace has been running great ever since. I interacted with three different people from Brubaker and each one of them was very polite, patient, and professional. They gave me an immediate response even though I was a new customer and I couldn't be more pleased with their performance. They're going in my contact list as the one and only service provider I'll use for heating, cooling and plumbing. I highly, highly recommend Brubaker Heating & Cooling.
