ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! I would hire them over and over again and will always use them go forward.- Linda B.

ABella Brothers Construction IncI decided to use Bella Brothers for our bathroom projects based on the very positive recommendation of a friend who hired the company to do her kitchen renovation, and am very pleased with the results. From meeting with the company's designer to choose the bathroom layouts, fixtures and paint colors, to working with a project manager and the renovation crew, all facets of the projects went extremely well—communication and the overall quality and efficiency of the work was consistently excellent. Honestly, I can't think of any negative aspect of working with them, and would certainly do so again and recommend their services to others.- Thomas L.

ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCI give NexGen an A+++. From start to finish the installers knew what they were doing, they were clean, and professional. The office personnel I worked with were great, down to earth and again professional. My salesman was the best. He can in with several choices in my price range and worked with me to put together a package the made my wallet and house happy! There was no high pressure sales pitch , just a good product at a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about NexGen, they went above and beyond on my project. Truth!- Ken W.

ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCIt took a few months to get all the product in but after that, the project went swiftly. Jesse and Greg were very responsive to our needs and concerns and came up with a beautiful design. The installers, Franklin and Marlon were very professional and detail oriented. We are very pleased with the finished project.- James S.

ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCJesse was our point of contact. He was attentive and flexible. In a few cases we made changes mid stream and he was very accommodating. Their crews did great work. In particular, the roofing crew was exceptional. They made short work of our 20 square oddly shaped roof. The windows and siding guys were very good as well. They handled a more complex Front picture window install easily. All in all I’ve recommended them to friends and family and while I Hope I never need to do this work again, if I did, I would certainly give Jesse a call again- Joseph G.

ABasic Basement CoMet with salesman Dan, very nice and personable. He was not pushy in the least and was very knowledgeable. Gail in main office is the coordinator for all facets of the job. Could not ask for a better communicator. She was on top of our job from permits to completion. These guys are very efficient. They have different crews for all the trades required and they’re good. Overall we are very pleased with our basement. And, because of Gail’s communication and their efficiency and price, we look forward to using this company for our kitchen.- Brian K.

ALuxury Home ImprovementsI feel sorry for amyone that had an opportunity to work with this family owned, local business, and wind up using someone else. Ive had an amazing experience with Jay, his brother Serge and the crew that worked on my home for 3 weeks. They have worked closely with my designer and painted the entire home. We also found out that they do carpemtry too and had them do the ceiling trays in the great room. I will be recomending them to all of my family. Terrific job LHI!- Erika K.

FAs I was finishing my transaction at a hardware store, this dude put his things on the register while I was still being helped, and then cursed me out when my gift card needed to be manually entered by the cashier. He then told the manager who offered to take him in “ya coulda done that 10 minutes ago”. British accent, real pleasant guy. Shouldn’t wear your company’s merchandise if you’re gonna be a jerk.

AWe had partial stucco remediation work done 15 years ago. It was a nightmare a the time. Our whole development had moisture issues. At that time, remediation protocol did not require existing windows to be removed from walls to be flashed properly. Last year, some windows showed signs of rot. Figured we better have a moisture inspection done. It revealed moisture issues on other elevations where windows & stucco appeared fine. Here we go again. I reached out to 2-3 stucco contractors and several window contractors. The main question that arose while getting estimates was, Who does what work? Specifically flashing and caulking replacement windows? Window guys say that's part of the stucco system. Stucco guys say flashing is part of the window installation. If something isn't done properly, what is the impact of who installed what on the respective warranties? One window manufacturer referred me to Ai Restoration. Coincidentally, I saw they were doing work in a neighboring development, and subsequently learned they did work in my development previously. Ai Restoration provides a complete remediation SYSTEM to repair damaged walls, remove existing windows, flash them properly, install Hydro-Gap water resistant barrier, install drip edging at doors, deck, along roof lines and at foundation, reinstall existing or replacement windows, finish the exterior in either stucco or James Hardie Plank siding, install kick-out flashing where needed, then caulk & seal every opening. The next question was, how many windows do we replace? Just the ones that are rotting? Those and adjacent ones? All the windows in stucco walls? To best utilize their system, we had to remediate all stucco exteriors, so we replaced all windows on those walls. Next question: put on new stucco or replace with James Hardie cement plank siding? We never liked the "look" of "siding", but James Hardie plank siding is attractive. It has a wood texture reminiscent of traditional, colonial wood siding, is available in several factory colors, or can be primed at the factory for painting after installation, and can be complimented with Azec composite trim. James Hardie factory finishes are warranted for 20 years. It added about 15% to the cost of the project. However, stucco has gotten a terrible reputation over the last 20 years. A realtor friend recommended spending the extra money and installing the James Hardie siding to make selling the home easier when the time comes. Ai's estimate to replace stucco was much more than another stucco contractor's. It did not include the cost of the replacement windows, but did include labor to remove the old ones, repair & flash the openings, install drip caps/ pans and install replacement windows or replace existing units. It also included painting of the new siding and trim. We had two minor issues. Removing the electric panel to the A/C units at the beginning of work caused a short and I had to call the heating contractor. Ai credited us the cost of that repair. Also, some outdoor landscape lights were broken during construction. The provided a credit for that cost as well. We spent way more than we would have liked, but we were very pleased with the results. All of Ai's workers and subcontractors were friendly, conscientious, attentive to detail. They worked hard each day & week to ensure the project progressed as quickly as possible.

AWe were so overwhelmed after experiencing an electrical fire and water damage to our home. Someone suggested to us to hire a public adjuster. It was the best advice we received. We searched around and decided after reviews to hire Funari Public Adjuster. They took charge of our claim and used their experiences and expertise to get our home livable again. Then the impossible happened, the pandemic, need I say more. Chris Funari went the extra mile, during the pandemic, as well as Joe Funari, Lauren and many others behind the scene. Even through all this, the Funari’s made sure that all communications to us, our insurance company, home inspectors were arranged. What a relief! The best thing we did was to hire the Funari Public Adjusters.
