    Dr.Doris Maurer
She is very good. She takes her time to listen to me. She doesn't rush me in and out. Seeing that I work at the Reading Health System, she had told me that if I had any problems, I can come up after 5 o'clock when all the patients have gone. I can come up and talk to her and let her know if she needs to change my medication or if anything else is going on with me. She is very nice. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns and she tells me that if I have any problems to call her and let her know what else she can do for me. She is very good. I really like her a lot. She is terrific! She is kind, she listens, and she is not pushing in and out with her patients. If I have a problem, she calls me. If I need the medication, I can call and the secretary will say she will talk to the doctor and will get back to me. She went over all the medications that we had tried. I'm on the best medication that she can provide for me. She is easy to talk to. It is nice and pleasant going to her office. I work there and I know some of the girls I am seeing in the hallway so when I go up there, they are all very nice and pleasant to any of the patients. While I sit there in the waiting room and I see the patients go up, the people behind the counter reception try to help all the patients with everything. The nurses are very nice when I come in. They would weigh me and take my height and everything, and my blood pressure. They are very nice in that place. The office is clean. The girl that cleans it does a good job. They might be a little slow like some doctors are because they take time to listen so maybe they fall behind. Sometimes they are not exactly on my time, but if I am there for 15 minutes after my time, I am supposed to go up to the counter and tell them that it had been after my time and I'm just checking to see what's holding off the doctor. Everybody there is definitely so nice and friendly. Some of the patients that come are Spanish. There is a girl there working that is Spanish so if they need a translation, she is right there too. That is very helpful. Their communication is good. Sometimes I come home at 1:30 at night and I take my medication, I don't really know how long it takes me to fall asleep, but now I am not getting awake every 2 or 3 hours like I was before. I can sleep 6-7 hours straight through the medication she has me on now. I think my medication is working good now. She had finally gotten me on my 1 dose and the medication helps me with my mood swings, and I have been doing really good about being not depressed. My medication is really good for me. Their billing and administration is good. I would definitely recommend her.

    Kenhorst Family Medical Center
Appointment was nearly on time.  Office nurse was friendly and efficient.  Doctor (Hanna) was typically hurried.  He reviewed my blood test results and noted everything was fine and offered no guidance for my other ailments i.e back pain,  edema, diabetic neuropathy. This has been typical for my last several appointments.  Time with the doctor was about 5-6 minutes. This was also typical.
I have provided a previous review.  The service seems to be diminishing.  The practice is only ~1/2 mile from our home and the family has used their services for years but we may be looking for a better care provider.

He does spend time with his patients. It does get him into trouble so we have to wait to see him. I can get in to see a doctor very easily in an emergency.  I have been going to him for about 7 years or so. I am over all very happy with him.

    Berks Family Practice
What I like is the ease of appointment scheduling, the ability to get in to be seen and out of there quickly, and the competence of their physicians. I do not get a bill. I pay my co-pay and I never see a bill after that. I have been using them for twenty years and I will continue.

    Berks Family Practice
We have been Berks Family Practice's patient for 30 something years. They're very reliable source of being able to schedule appointments. They're very thorough. Communication is good. They explain everything thoroughly like your diagnosis. They're very effective and reliable. If you have a problem with a medication or something they are very quick to react to that. They show a lot of concern for you.

    Family Medicine Associates of Wyomissing
The physician spent a great deal of time with me an provided very helpful information. She described ways in which I can get control of my healthcare plan and obtain labwork at a reasonable price. In addition she calmed my nerves when she indicated that health screenings often provide inaccurate results due to the environments in which they are conducted. Subsequent lab results, that were obtained with her assistance at a reasonable cost, indicated that everything was well within normal limits. I felt as thought she was my partner in health, listened attentively, and acted appropriately. I was very happy with this interaction. This is very representative of all my interactions with the healthcare providers at this practice.

Reading Hospital Medical Group is a large medical provider network. The last time I used them was for physicals exam. I had a good experience with them. The office environment was good and the staff was friendly.

I have been going there for about three years after I found them through my insurance provider. When I go, I usually see a Physician's Assistant. I will continue to go to Family Medicine Associates of Wyomissing.

    Southern Berks Family Medicine
We were very satisfied with their services. The doctor is very prompt, thorough, staff is wonderful. They are just excellent. They are very accommodating. We really like them. I have also used the physician's assistant in that office and they are all very great. We have never found a doctor in our fifty years as prompt as he is and all of them.

They are very nice, they take you back to a room quickly and if you have paperwork you need filled out, like a physical for school, they will tell you what time to come in but you do not have to make a real appointment to see them. If you do not have insurance they charge you a lot less so you can afford to go, and they do not give you a shorter service or anything else. They save appointments for sick people, like if you call and say I am too sick to go to work they will get you in sometime that day. They are just really good.
