If I call, I get my referral, but the people are very polite onthe phone and still won't get rid of the letters asking me to take a generic drug (which if they looked at my records, it would say that I took it and it didn't work) when the name brand drug works for my condition.

Shortly after my procedure, someone from the office called to say that they would be sending orders for some blood tests.  I had a follow-up appt in a few weeks.  When the orders hadn't arrived in 2 weeks, I called the office to inquire.  I left a very detailed  message.  Left my cell # but someone called the next day on my home #, saying that if I had any questions, they'd be happy to answer them.  I called again but they were out to lunch.  I called again, and no one could find anything in my file about the orders.
The office staff were difficult to get hold of.  I always left my cell # and they always called my home #.
I was misdiagnosed from the beginning.  I kept getting worse.  I had lots of expensive tests that showed nothing.
Whenever I had a follow-up appointment, I saw the nurse-practitioner, not the doctor.  I have nothing against nurse-practitioner, but during this diagnostic period, I thought it was totally inappropriate for me to not see the doctor.
In July (my first appointment was in April), the nurse-practitioner told me that they wanted to repeat my colonoscopy because my doctor hadn't taken "random samples" throughout my colon, and they couldn't say for sure that I had colitis.  Meanwhile, my vomiting and diarrhea were getting worse and more frequent.  I told the nurse-practitioner that I would not pay for a repeat.  She told me not to worry, so we scheduled it for Thursday, July 25.  Two days before the repeat procedure, I spoke with the nurse-practitioner because I was having another bout.  She would not prescribe a steroid; rather, she said they were trying to determine whether it was an infectious process vs an inflammatory process.  Mind you, all the tests for infections had come back negative.  I called the office the next day (the day before the procedure) to make sure my insurance would pay.  The staff member said, "Oh, didn't you know?  Your procedure has been cancelled."  Thank God I called!  I was just ready to begin the prep (laxatives, etc.)
I wrote the office manager that day, recounting what I've said here and more.  That was over two weeks ago.  I have not heard a peep.  I would never recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. refused to even x ray my shoulder even after describing my systems. I was NOT able to lift my arm. Dr told me to see a spinal specialist. He told me it could NOT be Rotator Cuff tear if I did not have a "Injury". Rx me prednisione.I had to wait 2 more weeks to get in with a spinal specialist and then another week before mri to find out YES it was a rotator cuff tear.Incompetent. Will not go there again. Waisted my time, copay and insurance money!

    Professional Pharmacy
Professional Pharmacy is one of the few places offering a wide variety of durable medical equipment. The were helpful in selecting an appropriate model of cam boot (as well as in navigating the maze of insurance reimbursement) for the healing and recovery process of an Achilles tendon tear. They also aided in selection of appropriate bracing devices for rehabilitation.

I was last there a week and half ago. They are awesome. They are not cut up with their online stuff, but they don't overcharge me, which the last hospital did.

1st, the nurses were amazing! I've been into three different hospitals, they have been the best. The doctors need a better bedside manor.

The work was terrible. A defective stint was put into my heart. I am facing terminal health problems from the repercussions of the surgery.
