    Millennium Moving Co
They were on time. They were courteous..We were greeted with an introduction and hand-shake. Move into 2nd house had 5 steps and they feared it an unsafe move for them, so they left the piano in the garage and refunded me $100.00. We did hire our piano tuner and his son for $100.00 and they completed the move. Refund check was sent out promptly. Received it in 2 days. All in all it was a win-win situation and we appreciate the hard effort the movers did to try and get the piano down the stairs!

    Magic Sleeper
I knew I needed a new mattress but I didn't realize how bad it was.l didn't sleep in that room for the summer. Then I went on vacation and when I came back, I sleep on that old mattress for one night and could hardly get out of bed and stand up. So I asked the people at Magic Sleeper how you could tell whether you needed just a mattress or a whole set. The gentleman told me to put a broom across the box spring and if it wasn't flat then I needed a new box spring also. I told him it wasn't flat and said well check whether the bed slats are broken. I am sorry to have to say but I didn't have any bed slats. The gentleman told me to measure the frame and then to go to home depot and get 1 by 3's and see if that is what it needed. That helped but the bed was shot.
They sell the big name mattress but they also sell mattresses made by the Amish. The set was very reasonable and the Amish make an excellent product. I told him the quilting looked just like the last mattress I bought there. The one in my guest room, not the one I was replacing. He told me it was because his quilter was Amish and it is his family making the mattress.
His driver called before he came. They carried the box spring up to the room. He seen I had my bed skirt sitting there and go ahead put your bed-skirt on, we will take this old one down and get the new mattress. So agreeable.
Magic Sleeper could have just sold me a new bed set but he made sure I needed one. They did everything possible to be sure that there wasn't a detail that needed attention to that would solve the problem. That is what you call old fashion service. The price was good and the service was excellent!

    Transfauxmation Inc
They are awesome. I have used them a few times with great results. The painting they do is perfect. You cannot even tell they were there. Also with the refinishing, she can turn a piece of furniture some people would throw out and turned it into treasure. She has great attention to detail and just does excellent work. Dey does the furniture and has staff do the painting. The workers she sends out are very professional, clean, prompt, reliable, and show up on time. I purchased the paint for the room, but I left the furniture up to her. It has come back beautifully. I plan on using them again in the future.

    RHS Movers
We had an unanticipated need to have a piano moved from one side of town to another. Arrangements and the physical move had to happen in six days or less. I left a message for RH Movers on a Saturday afternoon. They did return my call early (8 AM) on Tuesday morning. However, I had already managed to make arrangements with another mover.

We had an unanticipated need to have a piano moved from one side of town to another.  Arrangements and the physical move had to happen in six days or less.  I left a message on a Saturday afternoon.  A lovely woman returned my call Monday at 9:30 to tell me that they would not be able to assist me until August 26th.  I appreciated the fact that they followed up with me even though they could not be of immediate assistance..

    Sanatoga Corporation Appliance Specialists
I wanted to compare prices with the big box stores in the area. Sanatoga's prices were similar, but the service was excellent, and cost of installation was lower than other stores, which was a big plus for me. They also knew about discounts, and provided me with the coupons to mail in, the amounts I would get back, and mailing instructions. Advice when you're buying appliances, always check the installation and haul away prices! I have purchased all my appliances at Sanatoga, and will continue to do so.

    Keim's Refinishing
The gentlemen at Keim's Refinishing were very upfront with the cost of the work we wanted done on the dresser. Also we were told the work we wanted done would exeed the worth of the piece however since it is a family heirloom we decide to have it fixed. I would definately have them take care of any furniture refinishing or repair needs in the future.

    Gerhard's Appliances
I have been very pleased with Gerhard's pricing, customer service and delivery.  Most recently, they did not stock the microwave I researched online, but were able to order it and it was priced less than I had anticipated.  I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, because every experience I've had has been good.

    B&N Piano
He was very good and he moved the piano from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. They were they when they said they were going to be. They kept the piano for two days so that if they had to deliver any more in this area they could get them all done and so it is cheaper. It was fine for us as we didn't need it right away. The price was really good and we checked around.

    Queen Appliance
The first thing to mention is that Queen Appliance is not just for "scratch and dent" items, but also sells brand new items, which is what I was looking for. I had some strict constraints on what I wanted, particularly for the stove. These involved features that I was seeking, and also limitations on space and configuration. In addition, I wanted appliances that looked good together, as well as bundled to give me the best price.

I dealt with Ed Richards, who is now a manager at their King of Prussia store. Ed spent a full month working with me to identify a suitable package (all Bosch), along with associated manufacturer rebates. The end result is that I am very happy with all of the appliances. If you know exactly what you want, you can probably find it elsewhere for a lower price. But if you want help in options and selecting the products, the price is well worth the value of the service they provide. The only problem was with the installation. I didn't like the way they were going to install the range hood, so I did it myself. And the dishwasher connection was installed with a slight leak. As soon as I notified Ed of this, he sent out a different person for the installation, who was a lot better. They apparently have some installation folks who are much better than others.

In addition to the above, Ed assisted with a few related items. There were five different rebates associated with the purchase. There were issues receiving a couple of them from the manufacturer. Ed followed up with the manufacturer to ensure I received one of them. For the other one, Queen Appliance made good on the rebate even though the manufacturer would not. Very reputable. Also, there was a problem with paint peeling from the stove knobs. Ed again followed up with the manufacturer's rep and he sent me a new set of knobs. It turns out that Bosch found a problem with their paint and finish, and sent me another set of knobs as well.

All in all, I feel that I received products and service that were well worth the money spent. Ed and the other employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. I'm happy I decided to buy from this business.
