Contractor met with us at length to discuss the scope of the project.  Sent copy of printed scope and worked from that document.  Very clearly spelled out.  Contractor was available by phone and email and promptly returned communication.  Workers were very professional and also worked off of the scope of work.  We were asked repeatedly if we were happy with the results of the work at various stages.  If we expressed any concern, the issue was discussed and corrected.  Contractor worked with propane supplier to manage needs for fireplace install.    At completion everything looked great.

Bernie arrived as promised with two other guys and a huge ladder to tackle our lighting projects in our family room and foyer both of which have 18ft ceilings. The ceiling fan we had ordered came with the wrong down rod but Bernie and his crew were able to use some of their own materials to make the installation work which was much appreciated. Bernie worked with me to determine the best placement for our foyer chandelier and we could not be happier with the results. DeLellis was efficient and professional and we will definitely use them again!

    JOB Design & Construction, Inc
I was referred to J.O.B.  From the first meeting I liked them.  I had no idea what I could and could not do to make the 2 spaces one.  the came in listened to what I said and wanted and came up with ideas I never would have thought of.  Walls came down, heaters came out of walls and my electrical was a joke.  I needed to keep my fridge plugged in and they worked around that.  I had cats and each day when the guys left they  let my cats out of where I had them.  I think I had the cleanest possible construction zone on the planet.  Each day they cleaned everything up and put it all in a corner, which they did on their own, not because I asked.  They taped off the areas with I lived in with plastic to keep the dust to a minimum.  On weekends the pulled the plastic back so I would move around easier..  I promised I would not make changes, they laughed when I said it and of course I did.  They guys that worked on my kitchen were super nice, friendly and professional.  While they were not the cheapest price I received, the others did not offer my the ideas and options J.O.B. did. They offered suggestions, helped my make decisions and let me get lot of the products on my own, (dishwasher, range hood, countertops, ceiling fans, switches, outlets and cabinet handles).  They did not tell me I had to go thru them for anything.  They gave me suggestions when I asked.  They said the job would take at minimum of 4 weeks, it took 5, I thought it would take at least 6..  There were an area or 2 I wish they would have done differently, like they had to put a piece of wood in one area and they did it in 2 pieces and I think it should have been 1.  They had to come back to fix some things I do not think they should have missed, like glue not cleaned up on joints, nail holes not filled in, large gap at the top of a spice drawer.  But these were minor and quickly corrected.  I would have 2 suggestions - the first, which I am not sure anyone does, was make a complete list of everything use, the color, who supplied it and where it came from, not just for them but to give to the customer at the end of the job.  I wanted to get some caulk grout, I had original bought the grout, but I was not sure what color it was to match it.  The other is when the work was complete, someone that did not work on the job should come and inspect the job  completely.
I love John O'Boyle and everyone on his team that I had any connect with were wonderful.  Would use them again in a heartbeat

    Schumacher Contracting
I was contacted by Schumacher Contracting within days of sending an email after finding them on Angies List.  After contact they were out within days to look at the damage, take photo's and measurements.  I explained what I wanted to have done and T J provided a preliminary quote within days.   Obviously due to the bad winter, I was not going to start the work until Spring and they were fine with that.   This was my first Homeowners Claim ever, it was a horrible experience as far as working with my mortgage company, they held all the funds and would only release a portion, I found it to be embarrassing to expect a contractor to come out and start all this work and not have the money available to start payment, but T J was so understanding, explaining he deals with the mortgage companies all the time and he understands the process and not to worry.   T J was very professional and patient because of course, being a woman, I had to change my mind halfway through the build as to something I wanted different, T J was very accommodating.  I now have a beautiful covered porch to enjoy quiet day and nights on.  I would absolutely use Schumacher Contracting in the future.

    Sarafinas Home Repair
We asked Brad to do two separate and distinct bodies of work for us.  First, he repaired drywall seams in our two-story stairwell and laundry room that the builder did a lousy job installing.  Second, he installed ceiling electrical boxes wired to switches and ceiling fans with overhead lighting in each of the bedrooms and the family room.  The job lasted three days, the last one being a Saturday, to accommodate our schedule.  Brad did a great job and was very professional throughout.  He is a nice guy with a great personality and knows his stuff.  He explained different pieces to me along the way and answered all of my questions.  He also did a great job putting up with our two dogs that wanted to bark, sniff and lick him every time he came into the house.  We highly recommend him and plan to use him in the future as the need arises.

    John Walters
The services were performed in both my house and my daughter's house a mile away. Initially two ceiling fans were to be installed and the rooms painted. The painting of the crown molding in two rooms was added to the list as was a problem with a toilet and the outside installation of two lights. John and his colleage are super workers. They get the job done beautifully and clean up when they're done - can't beat it! I would highly recommend John to anyone. He is fairly priced and you most definitely get your money's worth. Thanks John!

    Generation 3 Electric & HVAC
aaThey arrived on time. They placed little booties on their feet. Additional, place a tarp down on the floor. They were polite, clean and professional. The ceiling where the fan was to place was made out ofconcrete material. However that did not deter them. They just drilled right through the ceiling in orderto mount the fan's switch housing using the necessary screws provided in the box.  When they weredone they tested the fan in all three speeds clockwise and counter clockwise. Mike took my coupon and informedthe copy is going wireless and will be sending me the final invoice in my email.  I did not have to pay anythingbecause as mentioned previously I purchased via the "Angie List Deals " in advance for $99.00. I gavethem both cold bottled water and wished them a Happy Memorial Day. It took approximately one hour from startto finish.
