Alberto fit us in on short notice after my usual landscaping company cancelled! He did an amazing job and everything looked beautiful for my daughters college graduation. Lara landscaping is now our permanent go to landscaping company!

    D'Antonio Landscape Contracting
Our experience with DAntonio Landscaping was very good. I initially contacted Nick through Facebook and within days we were meeting to scope out the work. We relied on his extensive expertise to plan the project. He worked with us to ensure we stayed within our budget requirements. And when we had questions or doubts about sizing, materials, timelines, etc. he met with us in person or via phone pretty much at a moments notice. We will work with Nick DAntonio again for sure.

    Kingdom Landscaping est 2012
EXCELLENT SERVICE HERE. I have been in a horrible interaction with failed and incomplete services from past landscaping companies. KINGDOM Reggie and Tedra ADMIN were prompt, accurate and reliable, I got my yard cleared and can now progress to thenext phase. I would recommend them for any outside yard services and will be rehiring for future services.. Thanks again for the great work and professionalism.

I had Shearon Mulch my beds this spring. The three men that came to do the job worked efficiently and were very neat. They left no mulch on my lawn and clean up my driveway such that you would never know that their truck was ever parked there. (A mulch service I used in the past left my driveway a mess.) The depth of the very good quality mulch they applied was even more than I expected. (Again I was disappointed with with a previous company I had used in the past.) The supervisor (Aaron Coleman) was very easy to deal with. He promptly and courteously answered my questions and gave me good, free advice regarding my beds, etc.

They never responded to me. I don't know why they are in Angie's list. I expect as a professional courtesy that they would at least reply that they are booked or not interested. Nothing. No communication whatsoever.

    Chip Chop n' Grind
They were amazing! They worked with me to come up with a solution that I could afford and the work was impeccable. Not a single weed dared to stick its head up when they were done. And, they cleared everything away when they were done! I would recommend Chip, chop and Grind to anyone needing landscape services!

Adam and team did an amazing job and were all very professional. The large silver maple tree they removed was sandwiched between our house andour pool. Every cut they made was thought out carefully to ensure no damage occurredto our house or pool.We loved the fact that they climbed the treeinstead of using a crane. Not only did that save damage to our lawn but also keepstheir carbon footprint small. They left the manageable pieces for us to use asfirewood and everything else was removed from the property. Before they leftour property everything was cleaned up amazingly well. We are completelysatisfied with their work and will definitely use them in the future and also recommendthem to family and friends.

1st day (Wed), 2 people spend 2 hours removing furniture/structures and storing it in garage, then left for the day
2nd day, 2 people spend 2.5 hours pulling up and removing floating laminate floor in all 3 room (laminate was not glued down), then left
-during this time, worker noted that he didn't do tile, so may or may not be one of the workers going forward
3rd day, no one came due to funeral in family (legit, no issues with this)
4th day (Mon),worker who didn't do tile and another worker are there. I check in every few hours, since this is the first day actual work would be done.
    - I start out by reminding them that I want a staggered pattern in the laundry room. This came as news to both of them although I had stated it on multiple ocassions and it was even specified in the contract
    -  by 12 noon, they lay 3 tiles  in the laundry room so that when you look at the floor from the entry, the grout lines are all facing the entry. They asked me to check the pattern, and I said that theg rout lines should be going the other way so that when you look at the pattern from the entry, the grout lines are running horizontally. they told me no problems they would redo.
-I checked periodically and the 2nd worker was constantly out on the patio on the phone, sometimes sitting down
-I got a call from the 1 worker who had previously been there and who had told me he had never tiled before. He said that the slate tiles were different thicknesses and they were having problems installing it as a result. We discussed at length. I asked the worker who was always on the phone (his name was Tommy) if he had ever laid slate tile before and he said he had done several tile jobs but not slate. I noted that i did not want to be the experiment.
-At 3 pm, I popped in because I had grown completely uncomfortable with both the progress and the level of experience in both workers and asked them to stop work. At that time, a total of 5 tiles had been laid in the laundry room. They called Joe (the owner) and he was set to call me back to talk to me after 330. Meantime they pulled up the 5 tiles and scraped off the thinset. The tile cutter remained here until I received the refund for the work not completed
    - Joe called me back at 330, I explained what happened and said I was uncomfortable continuing work. We parted amicably with an agreement to refund me the initial deposit minus work completed. I sent him an email detailing out what I considered a more than fair assessment of the work done, which included labor cost for 2 people/1 day each, dump fee for flooring, and 1 bag of thinset that had been opened. In total, I had paid $3500 up front, and was expecting about $3000 back. He said that he'd have the check to me by end of week
-End of week came and I texted Joe to let him know that I had not received the check. Joe said he'd have it to me the following . Thursday
-Thursday mail came. No check. I texted Joe to see if he was going to drop off the check. He said he'd be in philly by 4445 and take a picture of the check, drop it in the mail the next day. Now Joe lives about 10  minutes from me, so there is no way it should take more than a day for the check to arrive at my house. If he mailed on Friday now (not thursday, as I was promised), it should arrive by Saturday.Thursday night, no picture of the check in the mail. Friday, no check. Saturday comes, no check. If need be, that check could have been dropped off at any time.
Sunday, i sent a text basically saying that I was tired of being told the check was in the mail and, that if the check didn't arrive by 530 Monday night, I was going to start posting my truthful and detailed account on multiple online sites (such as Angie's List). I got a text back asking me how I dared to threaten him and he had time and money to make sure that i regretted it. I texted back and said that maybe the difference was that he had time and money, because to me, $3K was a lot of money. Monday arrived, no check in the mail. Obviously that was yet another 'check in the mail' scam. I texted him last night, saying that I didn't want involve a third party and hoped we could just settled this. I received no answer. Unfortunately, there are consequences. and these were clearly laid out. I'm sorry it's come to this. Had I received a refund and not been lied to multiple times about the money paid in good faith being "in the mail," we could have settled this.
As a point of fact, the contractors who took over when he left completed tiling both the laundry room and bathroom in a single day, which is what I had expected. I have pictures of the state of the job when they left.

Torres and one other person came a day early to beat the bad weather that was due. The yard looks great and they did everything I asked and more.  I have used this company in the past for fall leaf cleanup and they did a great job then as well.  I plan to use them in the future.  It's nice to be able to have work done at a fair price and know it will get done.
