    Perry was awesome! He was one of the only people I called to return my call in a timely manner and come out to see me the next day. He had to order a part for my dryer and as soon as it came in, he came right over and fixed it. He was prompt, professional and got the job done. He was very fairly priced as well. Would definitely use again!

    They were okay but not very responsive. He did what he said he would do but just communication. I will probably not use him. It was a big deal. He called me and let know 4-5 days he will be there but he did not follow up. The unit was not worth fixing and I had to replace it.

    Kyle Freed showed up. His demeanor is very unprofessional. After he gave his "opinion" of newer appliances and how they aren't any good, basically bashing all my brands, etc. He said I needed a new ice maker. He took the fee upfront. I provided the new LG ice maker in the box as he recommended. He "installed" it. It never worked. I called and called, he said I needed to wait a few more days. Then, it started leaking. Soaking the fridge and freezer below. Refused to fix or refund me. Very bad business. Said he would only refund me if I could "find another repairman" who could fix it. I did. An LG service provider came out. Showed me the bad installation. The water line wasn't connected! It's now working.  Second repairman fixed it with no problem. Kyle Freed should not be in business. He will rip you off!

    Perry was very prompt with his return call and was able to schedule me right away.  He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and made a recommendation to replace (as that would be about the same price as having him order and install a new motor).  I appreciated his honesty and quick work.  I will definitely call on him again, and I recommend him to anyone.

    Lynman Electric returned my voicemail within an hour of calling and Scott came out to look at my refrigerator (which had stopped working) the same morning that I called. Service was pleasant, professional and punctual. It turned our our compressor was broken (so a new fridge was a better option than the hefty cost to replace - Scott himself recommended this route as well). In turn, he even took a percentrage off his service call fee, since he couldn't fix the fridge. I would recommend Lynman Electric 100% and will definitely be calling them the next time I'm in need of an appliance repair.

    Perry's voice message warned that he may not more than a day during peak business since he is a sole proprietor. However, we left a detailed message as his message encouraged to indicate we had turned off the water to the refrigerator and it was still leaking occasionally. Whether it was the message or non-peak business, Perry returned our message the same day.

    We set up an appointment and he arrived within the promised window. He indicated that this is a familiar problem with Kitchen-Aid refrigerators and that simply replacing a valve should solve the problem. Before beginning, however, he did a thorough inspection of the unit inside and out to make sure that nothing else might be contributing. As promised the valve fixed the problem.

    He had to remove the complete lower freezer drawer to replace the valve. The drawer sealed tight when he left. Though the seal of the drawer continued to be tight, over the next few days we noticed that it was slightly out of alignment by the way it closed. We called Perry and he promptly returned and fixed the alignment at no charge.

    Perry works carefully, cleans when he leaves, answers all questions and provides guidance on maintenance, if you are interested. We consider Perry and quot;a findand quot; and have shared his name with friends and relatives.

    We also had him return in July for a problem with our stand-alone freezer that he handled with equal professionalism (not included in above cost).
