    Thompson Electric
As always, it went great. They arrived a few minutes early to start the work. The two persons working on our home were both professional. They did a lot in 1-day's time and our home is now enjoying AC (as soon as it's warm enought).

    FALCO & SONS INC
We are thrilled with the results, especially the tile work. Renovations of the size are stressful and disruptive by nature. Butch is a contractor that takes as much stress off the homeowner as possible. One example: a long counter top (Butch was not involved in the choice or ordering at all)was delivered in three sections which meant that there would be two seams in very obvious places. We were shocked because this was not explained during the ordering process. Butch was present during delivery and saw our concern. He immediately took charge, made some calls and we now have a counter with one discrete seam, almost hidden by a cabinet. Butch and his team, especially Andrew and Patrick, are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

    KEEVILL CONSTRUCTION INC
John Keevill oversold his capacities and commitment. Our project was juggled into an overbooked schedule and a six-week job ran four months. The professional work we hired was performed erratically and, in some instances, poorly. I represented the owner (my son and daughter-in-law) and funded the project. I quickly authorized additional funding for scope increases (electrical service upgrades, enclosure for a new hall closet, drywall and painting for the living room, a new wood attic stair). John has been paid in full. My specific complaints are: A short workday from 9:00 to 3:30 and lack of urgency family had no bathroom; Lack of supervision (a key crew leader had a cardiac episode, no backup); Erratic scheduling, as other projects and customers and as John's summer vacation took precedence, his promised work crew did not appear many other days were also no-show; Keevill personally installed floor tiles (excellent), but the tub surround and shower stall's expensive decorative tiles were performed by his unsupervised crew and the result is uneven apprentice work - unsatisfactory; The shower threshold was left hollow (unsupported tile) and the glass door installer had to stop work until repairs were completed; Keevill installed a standard single panel closet door instead of the specified double door, and ignored my demands to correct it, going so far as to install standard hardware instead of the hardware we provided. I had to insist he return to correct the work; The living room was poorly painted, even allowing for existing rough edges; Punch list items included a big hole in the drywall (closet interior) and painting over unsanded or primed spackle - obviously Keevills eyes were closed; Surplus boxes of expensive tiles were not turned over to the homeowner and repeated requests (now demands) were dismissed. He has finally provided one box of tiles (one of three styles) after weeks of denying he had them. New fixtures and finishes were marginally protected from tools, resulting in minor scratches on shower seat. Prior to our hiring Keevill, his customer reference warned us to insist on timely completion. We now understand that John over-schedules and is careless about details in the closeout. Although, John solved several problems in the course of the job, most were of his own making. The completed project is acceptable: functional and attractive, but flawed. It is poor value for the price. John's initial assurances of quality and professionalism were not carried through to the end of the project.

    Rapushi Electric LLC
I called and immediately reached Enton. He offered to stop by my house later in the day to provide an estimate for this job. He arrived promptly (even a bit early), gave me a quote, and since it was a quick job I accepted and he did the work right then. I asked Enton to leave the 30A breaker in the panel but disconnect the wiring from the breaker so that I could remove the large cable running from the box to the dryer outlet. He also removed the dryer outlet. The job was done quickly, neatly, and professionally so I will definitely contact Rapushi Electric again for our next electrical service project.

    HESS CONTRACTORS
I feel so lucky to have hired Ken to remodel the guest bathroom and renovate the foyer. The job was absolutely perfect! Everyone who has seen my new bathroom loves it. The new foyer looks great. The work quality was just so amazing that I have nothing to complain.Ken is a true professional with great expertise, definitely the best contractor I have ever hired. Sean is such a nice guy and very polite. Both Ken and Sean have worked very hard. They went extra miles to do a superior job. They left the work area spotless clean every day. And they showed up on time every morning. A lot of people told me how stressful remodeling is. My remodeling experience with Hess Contractors has been quite pleasant. I'd like to consider hiring Ken for the future projects.

    BRAD BROWN ELECTRIC
Brad's Team arrived as scheduled, they kept our house clean and livable during the rewire.  Brad identified multiple issues with the existing wiring that was tied into the knob & tube and communicated the issue with me and asked for direction. Brad insured that all wiring that was installed was up to current NEC and IBC codes for residential construction.  Brad's team ensured that proper nail plates were installed (not installing these is a shortcut often taken by lesser contractors) and closed up holes with patching compound after I had a chance to inspect the work.  Over all Brad's team is very easy to work with and communicate effectively.  I will be hiring Brad again for future electrical work.

    Brandon Electric Inc
The owner (Jeff) is highly responsive and great at customer service. The initial appointment (with Michael) went very well. He was great at explaining the issues and what needed to be done, without being pushy. And the cost was better than the other quotes I got. This was the second time I did business with Brandon Electric, and I highly recommend them to all.

    Pace Electrical & Generator Services
Wanted to write this sooner but got busy. From the very first call Pace was very professional. Ken came to house and answered all questions and took all measurements. Then Corrine the true organizer of the group called and sent propsal over. Price was very competitive and helped answer any financial questions. In fact any questions I had Corrine answer even on the generator unit itself. She is very knowledge. Didn't have to wait long to have unit install and it was install on the day it was suppose to be with no problems. They had a little glitch finding something on their end but took care of it without any problems. Of course the reason I got a generator put in my house is the countless times in the last four years we have lost power for three to five days at a time. It's not like I live in a remote area but I am on a power grid with only 35 people so we are one of the last to be taken care. I can't tell you how secure I feel now that we have the generator. I have not had to use the generator yet , we have had bad weather but have missed it and been fortunate. I have no problem recommending Pace to do work they did a great job. .

    Rapushi Electric LLC
Mr. Enton Rapushi is a popular person for the Weatherstone community at Paoli, PA. I had an emergency issue as half of my house was out of power and called him on sunday. He came over within half an hour even though he was in the middle of something. I felt he is a man with great work ethics and seems to be a hard working guy. Apart from his work ethics, I like the way he diagnosed the issue within no time and fixed it right away. I sincerely recommend his services.

    Rapushi Electric LLC

We received a notice from our townhouse committee stating an aluminum ground wire that was anchored to the water service line had corroded in one of the units. The corrosion spread to the copper water line and it ruptured causing a water leak. We were advised to have our ground line inspected.

I called Rapushi Electric and spoke to Enton. He was aware of the situation and came out to inspect the wire within one hour. I also asked him to check the neighbors' homes on either side of mine and he agreed to that while he was here.

The good news for me was the aluminum ground wire in the house was not corroded and it was not touching the copper water line. It was also positioned correctly ( above the water shutoff valve). If it had been touching and needed to be replaced it would have been a lot of work and money. Since there is no basement in my house and the line ran through the ceiling or walls I would have had to have holes cut to be able to run a new ground wire. That would have resulted in patching and expense. We decided since there was no sign of corrosion we would take a wait and see approach. I would check the ground wire periodically to see if there was any sign of corrosion and take action at that time.

Enton also checked the ground wire outside and we discovered it was not hooked up to the ground rod at all. He connected it for me and wrapped it in tape to keep as much moisture from hitting the wire as possible to help keep it from corroding.

He did not charge me anything.

He could have very well told me the ground wire needed to be replaced resulting in a messy and expensive repair. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely call him again when I need an electrician.

P.S.: I also asked him to check the location of my electric stove outlet. I was concerned it was not positioned correctly. He was happy to check it for me. Thankfully it was.
