    The actual service went very well however there was no real "waiting room" or place to comfortably sit and wait while service being performed. Extremely small and rather dirty waiting area.  I won't return for this reason. However service was perform without problem.

    I would not recommend them to my friends. I had used them before to get all four tires changed on my car. I think I had it done over a year ago and I just recently had it checked out again. My car was completely out of alignment like I am going to need a new tires soon because it was never aligned after I got the tires put on. Also, we bought those cute little things you put on your tires where you can check your air pressure and put them on the car, and it would not come off. So, a $5 pair of dice ended up costing me over a hundred dollars because had to have the whole tire replaced. He was just like that happens all the time. Then, why are they selling those products in their store? We had no idea. It would not come off. So basically, they had to break off the valve stem and then I had to get a new tire or had it replaced. I would never use them again. They have always been nice and professional. Just when you walk in and talk to the person and he is scheduling your appointment and he is getting your stuff done, they are very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The job that was done after that was not a very professional job because they did not do their job right. The price of the service was moderate. Looking back at what I paid and what I got for what I paid, I did not know I was paying for not a good job.

    Very good! (Pun intended...). This is the second time we used Goods since we moved to the area a few months ago, and we were very pleased both times. Definitely recommend to others, and we will use them again as well.

    Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers
    I purchased tires less than a year ago at Jack Williams. At the time I had the car aligned and the tires balanced. I followed their recommended tire rotation schedule and rotated them at the milage the sticker on the window said. Well I have completely worn through the times in less than one year. (I had just had the tires rotated and balanced, and the steering wheel shook once you got to highway speeds.) The following weekend, I took the car in for a re-balance of the tires. Again the car had the same problem.
    I then took my car the following week to another mechanic to have the problem looked at. I was informed that my tires were shot, and there was no secondary tread left in the center of the tire. (the Mechanic said that this looked like over inflation.) Jack williams were the ones to inflate the tires during each rotation. I asked the new if new tires would fix my steering wheel shake and he was certain it would do so. Well after the new tires were placed on my car, the steering wheel shake is fixed. The interesting thing is, I had a wheel alignment done with the new tires, and the Mechanic said almost all the dimensions of the alignment were out of spec. I had just had the car aligned back in April and it is now September, so this should not have been the case. (I also have not hit anything or driven over any large pot holes or anything of that nature.) The only explanation for this is either an incompetent employee, broken equipment, or incorrect specifications for my car.
    The biggest issue is that their tires did not last even half of the expected life of the tires. They also rotated and balanced, and then re-balanced my tires and did not alert me to the completely worn out tires. (I noticed them a few weeks prior, but thought that the tires must be less treaded than most, because I hadn't driven on them very long.)
    I would not recommend Jack Williams to anyone that I encounter. I would also ask anyone considering using them in the future to skip the head ache of working with them and find a better mechanic.

    Kreitzer's had my car done the same day, gave me a loaner car to get my business done and all I had to do was replace the gas I used.  I've had my car there before and always found the work to be fast, efficient and done right.  They are literally the best repair shop I've ever had (and we've had several before this).

    I did call ahead to understand the company policy for bringing my own oil (manufacturer's specifications) - which is permitted. They changed the oil and filter. They checked the air pressure on all the tired - and properly adjusted the pressure. The technician informed me of the issues associated with over/under inflation, to boot. Very professional. All the exterior lights were checked. Wipers and fluid levels were checked. The technicians communicated amongst themselves very professionally - and safety was evident. The shop was clean. The technicians were all in clean uniforms, well groomed, and looked and behavied in a highly professional manner.
    The shop location is well-maintained: trimmed lawn, well-painted curbing, clean building and parking lot, clean windows, zero visible trash, ZERO junk cars or detractions.
    I have been a customer of this particular Valvoline Instant Oil Chnage location for over ten years. Some of the tehcnicians have been at that location for OVER ten years. I had a less-than-satisfying oil change on my same vehicle at a DEALERSHIP within the past 10,000 miles. The dealership was not nearly as professional, clean, courteous, nor accurate at the team at VOIC-Hershey.
    I had a conversation with the Manager at VOIC-Hershey an told him what I thought about the service at VOIC-Hershey, how well it compared to the dealership, and WHY I continue to be a loyal VOIC-Hershey customer.
    Sometimes you CAN get very good quality-service-and-value all at the same time. NICE JOB!.

    I bought a used Expedition with 135,000 miles and was told by the seller the linkage was tightened prior to sale. This was done to mask a transmission problem. Within a few weeks, the transmission was slipping and shifting "hard".
    I called Scott's and described the problem. The truck was dropped off the next evening and by lunch the next day, the problem was diagnosed, tested and repaired.
    The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and did not try to pad the repair.
    If anyone really cares about the long term function and reliability of their transmission, they will take their vehicle to Scott.
    They are true experts in their field.

    Yost Auto Service Inc
    I cannot recommend Yost highly enough. Russ, the owner, has instilled in his employees a sense of fairness, professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness. Once I was frustrated that I had to return to Yost when a problem was not fixed the first time. - But, the problem was very difficult to detect (a "check engine" light was intermittently coming on because of a frayed wiring harness). The second time I took the vehicle to Yost, a group of mechanics spent several hours manually walking though the vehicle's electrical system (because the diagnostic equipment was not helpful in this case) and found the frayed harness - and I was not charged for the labor the second time. - I realized that had I taken the vehicle to almost any other garage, the wiring harness problem would not have been found, and the labor cost certainly would not have been written-off. - Yost is a good garage!

    We have been taking our car there for service since we bought it 10 years ago. When the transmission died, they suggested that we replace it with a rebuilt one. The transmission has worked fine for the past 5000 miles.
