I went home and the next day the car seemed like it was sluggish. The next day I got up and I had the paper from the window with the details. I went and called the factory to see if there were any recalls. I gave them the VIN number and I felt good. He said there were no recalls and even said that I had a warranty because I was at 52,000 miles. He says I have a part for the air conditioner and the drivetrain and motor are good for 100k miles or until 2015. He then even said I have the converters on warranty. I went back that second day, I told them I went up a 10 - 20% incline and the car was hesitang. They said they would look at it and would need my financial records. When I went back the third day, they told me it would be 5 years and 385 a month. Another manager came out and asked what was wrong. I told him I was done, I couldn't handle the price. He said he would see what he could do. He said it would be 269 and some change per month and a 3 month warranty. I told him that I called the factory and that I was covered by warranty. He looked surprised and said that he would give me another 3 months. He said if anything goes wrong with the vehicle bring it back and he would fix it. I signed all the papers. I took it home and I was fine up until that monday. I was happy and everything was fine until the Monday before Memorial day. I went out and picked up my mom and the vehicle would not start. The only thing that happened was the lights came on and the needles on the dash went all the way to the right. I called my towing service and he jumped it. He said to take it down to the parts store because he wasn't sure what was wrong. The gentleman says that the battery is 3 years out and the system should be putting 14 out but it's only putting 13 out. He said the alternator is going. I felt good because I should have had the warranty on it. I called the place on Thursday and told them I had a problem with the vehicle. I told them the alternator was going and the battery was dying. The lady said the mechanic that I went to wasn't an authorized dealer to get the alternator looked at. I went to three different people and they all said the same thing. She said they would have to check it out too. I charged the battery fully and got out there. Anthony took me in the back and I told them my issues. The brakes were squealing also. I didn't have it two months and the light inside, the back door, the brakes, and the alternator were all failing. She took the information and told me to have a seat. I told her I had a 6 month warranty on it and she said she had to check into it. All I wanted was the alternator and the battery fixed. Michael came and got me, told me they would check out my vehicle, and told me that I DIDN'T HAVE A WARRANTY. I told him, that the sticker said I had 3 months. He told me I only had it on the power train on warranty. He asked if I had my paper. In the two months that I've owned the car they never gave me my paper work. I told him that he had all the other papers. I even asked 2x and they never gave them to me. He told me he'd give me a loaner. He said if it was the alternator he'd charge me $100 and I could come back in a few days. I was asking him why I even needed his warranty after I called the factory and they told me I had the warranty. I didn't get a phone call but I ended up calling them and following up. After a situation to find my handicap plate, I go back over there, he gives me what I asked him, he says he couldn't find my plaque. They couldn't give me my car because the mechanic had it. The girl told me I should come back on Monday. I found Anthony and he told me that he got the van ready for me. I go out, ask what they do, and Anthony says that he doesn't know. It turns out the light didn't get fixed and they didn't replace the alternator. It looks like they didn't even clean the battery. Anthony told me it was fixed, but it wasn't. Two weeks ago on Friday, I went to go out and start the car. I got the battery charged, left, came home, went on the computer, and out of dumb luck there was a message from Kelly asking how my vehicle was. I responded that I was sorry I ever bought this van from you. I told them that the next day I was going to get a new battery and get it checked. The car didn't start again. I went and got the battery charger, put it on, called my mechanic and he told me they were open the next day between 9 and 12. He gave me a battery and told me to come back in 2 days. He said there was a bad cell in the battery. That same day I get a call from Anthony asking what's wrong with the vehicle. I tell him it was the same thing. It kept dying. That is when Anthony came out and said the battery has a bad cell in it. I told him I spent $120 on a new battery and it was working better after I replaced it. Anthony was supposed to get back to me and it has been two weeks. I've heard nothing. When I called again, they said I don't have a warranty. I have been lied to by everyone.

I use the Palmerton location. They brought me back home since I had no way of getting back, then they picked me up when it was ready. They were helpful in sharing options and helping me decide.

Alan does offer a fair price but you get what you pay for. When Alan called me to  come pick-up my car I asked him how it looked his response was not bad not what you want to hear after you spent 900.00.  Was not happy with the way it looked . The sideview mirrors had creases in it  and eventually started to peel. The hood and bumper  had air bubbles and creases . The headlights pillars and luggage area came out the best. Alan did offer to fix  parts of the WRX that were bad and it was not a good experience. He removed the product from the hood but most of the glue was still on the car he wasn't sure how to remove . Picked-up my car removed the glue brought it back and he reinstalled the product on the hood and mirrors. It came out worse the second time . Alan does respond quick to your phone call but has alot of excuses like my car has to many curves and its black.Your suppose to be a professional and if you thought the job was to much of a challange you shouldn't  have taken it on. All this is after using his services for window tinting. I had 3 different cars' windows done by him and was very satisfied with his quality of work.

I did not get reimbursed by the dealer for having the 2 keys made or for the cost of fixing the brakes.  Tom, the owner? or owner's son, would not even talk to me but had Dino (mechanic/gopher?) return my call.
