ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! AR M Banning RoofingOver the years of owning homes all over the world, we had opportunities to work with a lot of wonderful and professional people. Recently, we had another great experience working with R.M Banning Roof. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole process including setting up the appointment. Mr. Daniel Diaz was assigned to work with us and we absolutely couldn't have asked for a better and a more professional person. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and completely competent. His approach to the job was really impressive despite his youth. Daniel was so sensitive to the rushed nature of our needs including having to rush back to our house because we needed additional work done. He was incredibly accommodating despite his tight schedule, and worked into the night to provide us with the inspection report we needed. I was floored when I received the report on the same day he conducted the inspection at 11 at night! AApex Roofing & ExteriorsInitial impression was very good - Bill Eyre was quick to respond to my request for a quote, very thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained my options, answered my questions, and followed up several times when my HOA approval took longer than expected. The day of the replacement went smoothly. Winter, the crew foreman, was hands on and very helpful. The team was efficient, well organized, and did an amazing job cleaning up. All in all a positive experience!!- Aurora D.

AManfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting, LLCWent with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!- Beth B.

ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCJesse was our point of contact. He was attentive and flexible. In a few cases we made changes mid stream and he was very accommodating. Their crews did great work. In particular, the roofing crew was exceptional. They made short work of our 20 square oddly shaped roof. The windows and siding guys were very good as well. They handled a more complex Front picture window install easily. All in all I’ve recommended them to friends and family and while I Hope I never need to do this work again, if I did, I would certainly give Jesse a call again- Joseph G.

AHomecraft IncI have been a customer of Homecraft for 20 years. During that time, they have replaced the windows, exterior doors and now the roof, gutters and gutter guards on my house. Every job has been started and completed when promised. Workmanship has been excellent. I trust them to do the job right the first time, every time. Clean-up after each job is terrific. After this roofing job, the crew spent hours picking up nails and debris all around my house, so that when they departed, my landscaping, walkways and driveway were all as clean and neat as they had been before Homecraft arrived on the first day of the job.- George K.

AIn Oct. 2020 I had a new roof put on my home which was followed up in Nov. with some capping of fascia boards and gables. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul and Maizie Major. Good communication is a high priority for me and communication was excellent before, during and after the jobs were completed. I am very pleased with my new roof and capping. Everyone involved was very professional and I appreciated the quality of the Certainteed Roofing Shingle as well as the no mess equipment that he uses. I would definitely recommend them.

FThe estimator who came to my home had a condescending attitude that demonstrated he really did not want to take on this small job. Although I showed him exactly where the leak is on the roof and offered to show him the same spot in the attic, he insisted I would need to pay $450 to have a technician evaluate the situation and then provide an estimate. He obviously did not want my business for this made absolutely no sense to me being a retired professional engineer. The integrity of this organization is such that I could not recommend them to anyone.

AWe had the shingles replaced on our roof due to hail damage. We were very happy with the quality of the work performed. The owner of the company, Kevin Hall, did all he could to make certain that we were happy and satisfied. Extra care was taken to insure that our trees, shrubs, and roses were not damaged as they were against the house. The cleanup was great as well! No left over nails, shingles, etc. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing work performed.
