AMillennium Moving CoWonderful experience and wonderful employees. Would definitely use Millenium again. Worked with Anthony and Kathy by phone to set up my move to the next town over. I was sick with Covid, at that time so Anthony did a virtual walk through and gave me an estimate for $1300-1500. This was half the cost of the other estimates I received. I have a lot of stuff including antiques and figured I would be paying on the higher end of the estimate. In the end, I ended up paying around $1700 dollars as they unexpectedly had to bring in a second truck and 2 extra men. I moved on January 9, 2021 which was a Saturday. They were very flexible and accommodated my need to move on a Weekend. The movers arrived on time and were at my house at 8am on the button. They got right to work and worked hard the entire time. There was no slacking off. They took great care of my belongings and carefully wrapped my antique furniture and glass display cases. Everything arrived in great condition. From the moment they come out to give an estimate right through completion of the move itself they were professional, polite, courteous, neat, thorough, careful and hard working. AMillennium Moving CoTimeline was followed to the letter and every thing was moved with care - nothing broken or damaged. Everything placed exactly where we wanted it. Ver impressive! Northeastern Movers moved me like a breeze. They were in and out very quickly, they moved my belongings with care and they delivered on time. There were no damages at all. I seriously mean it. F1) The crew moves very slowly, takes breaks, and stands around watching each other work, increasing the total time of the move. Then they charge you for the "extra" time that was not part of the original quote. 2) The crew arrives much later than the appointment time. If they do not finish by the time they said they would, they will insist that you pay anyway even though they have not finished. You then need to argue with their "manager" to negotiate when and how much it will it cost to finish. 3) The crew will refuse to re-assemble some of the furniture and make the customer do it themselves. 4) The crew will claim that they are finished and try to leave quickly while the customer examines the house. I discovered significant damage to my walls and ceilings, as well as furniture that was not re-assembled (they faked it by laying pieces on top of each other but not actually connecting them). They also damaged furniture by drilling holes in it where they did not belong. I ran out to catch them and they insisted that they were not going to do any more work and I needed to pay anyway. 5) The crew does not wear facemasks appropriately to protect from covid. 6) To fix the damage they caused, their "manager" will send an unlicensed repair person who does his best, but takes 4-5 multi-hour appointments during which the customer needs to take off of work to be home and ensure the job is done correctly. They do not compensate the customer for their time. 7) The crew will leave trash all over your home. They also urinated on my floor. 8) For all of these issues, the "manager" accused me of being at fault because I chose not to purchase their insurance.

AFirst and foremost we were looking for someone trustworthy, with strong character and a consistent reputation for quality service ... and that's exactly what we got. We met with Ben, the owner, about a month before our move. We immediately sensed that he was a true professional. He provided an estimate and we confirmed move dates with him -- one day to pack and load the truck, one day to travel to NC and deliver everything on the third day. Given the pandemic, we were concerned that something would fall through, but it all went like clockwork. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We did a little cost comparison to determine that Ben's costs were fair. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Great Valley Moving and would most highly recommend them.

CNothing was damaged. Wrapped well. Complained about moving furniture to second floor and how heavy some pieces were. I explained one piece was very large and heavy. At end they charged extra $150 because of a heavy piece of furniture.
