    Einstein Medical Center Montgomery
They are very friendly and polite and punctual. It is a new hospital and the office environment is outstanding. I have used their out-patient diagnosis. They try as much as possible to accommodate more serious conditions.

    Doctor's Best Immediate Medical Care
Office was great. Went straight to room. Very attentive, happy, kind and concerned staff. Had x-ray to confirm pneumonia. They called antibiotics in to pharmacy so I would not have to wait for it to be filled. Highly recommend.

    Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
This was a very intensive surgery. It was six and one half hours from start to finish. The doctors and nurses took great care to explain everything. The first room my husband was in was very quiet except for an older woman who was experiencing sundowner's syndrome. The second room was nearer the nurses station and was noisier , especially in the evening. When he needed to go to rehab facility, the social worker was very helpful.

    Paoli Hospital
Kudos to Dr Callback (spelling?). Pardon me for putting this off so long. My brother was brought in by ambulance on 11/13/11 and literally bleeding to death. Dr Callback stopped the bleeding, saved his life, and sent him to Jefferson University Hospital (Philadelphia) by helicopter within 2 hrs. I was RELIEVED that Dr Callback kept my sister and I well informed (about every 20 min) of what was happening in the ER, diagnosis, prognosis, etc. Thank you.

    Jefferson Hospital
I was in intensive care for four days and in a step down unit for three days. Then for another four days I was in a regular unit. I was then transferred to a rehabilitation center. I also had my spinal fusion done there. It was done very well. It was an eight and half hour operation. So, when there is anything major that is where is go. I would suggest anyone needing specialty help to ho there.

    Montgomery Hospital
Before I had the procedure I was told by three separate staff members that there would be no copay and none was collected. All over the hospital there are signs saying that copays are due at the time of service. Because of all of this I felt confident there was no co-pay. About three months later I suddenly got a bill for $550 for a copay! I called and complained. After much discussion, and what I thought was a favorable resolution based on more discussion with their billing department, I didn't get any more bills for well over a year. Now, about a year and several months later, they started billing me again, and threatening a bill collection agency if I didn't pay up. I was told that there are "a lot of notes" in my file, yet they also said none of them document anything I gave said They also say there was some other matter altogether that caused this huge billing delay, and it had nothing to do with my complaining. I've had to start paying them. I had had a favorable opinion of their hospital staff, (although the Women's Breast center has now moved to Phoenixville Hospital and that was my major experience there) but administratively speaking I would not trust them. If you need to go there and there are any financial issues, talk to your insurance company as well as the hospital staff and get absolutely everything in writing, signed and dated by some staff member. And don't rely on them to give you correct financial information. When I asked if they often bill people for copays even years after the procedure the head of billing told me that it does happen to others.

    Take Care Clinic
We are always in and out quickly and the nurses are all wonderful.  it's really convenient to get the prescriptiosn filled right away too.  They also give you a print out synopsis of the visit and they can send it to your regular GP too.  Highly recommend.

    King of Prussia Family Medicine
She's wonderful! We prefer her to any of the doctor's. She's so smart and sensible. She's a great diagnostician. She's everything that you would ever want in a physician. I never get the feeling that she's in a hurry. She couldn't be better. The quality of help in her office is getting better. I can usually get an appointment with her within a day or two of calling. Her bedside manner is excellent.

They give good care and the hospital is very clean. The nurses and the doctors are very attentive. They don?t keep you there any longer than necessary. They are always available. They communicate to the point and do not beat around the bush.
