    I've been training with Sam at Gym Starz for a few months now. I only get to go once or twice a week, but I've noticed a lot of changes since I started. I feel stronger and lighter on my feet, and I have a lot more energy throughout the day. The workouts are always challenging and I never know what to expect going in. He is always finding new ways to push my body that I would never be able to think of on my own.

    As I've gotten older I have had issues from time to time with my lower back. There is no quick fix when things go awry but I went to see Dr. Londer when I put my back out recently. She has been wonderful to work with. Her treatments are effective and the stretching and strengthening regimen she put me on were very effective in promoting the healing of my back. I am still seeing her bi-weekly. Have found someone I really trust!!!

    Doctor (O'Connor) was not present at pre-op appointment. Pre-op laxatives were too weak and doctor's directions advised me to take laxatives too late. At the time of colonoscopy my system was not empty, and I was told that the procedure would have to be repeated at another time. "Doctor" O'Connor was abusive and sent me home with active diarrhea. The insurance company paid him, of course, and I had to repeat the whole ordeal. I'll die before he works on me again.

    Not good at all. Initially, the doctor did not explain very well the procedures, cost and timing required for my husband. Dr. Saracino was nice but very curt. Although Dr. Saracino was in network with our insurance, he wanted money upfront, did not explain that the insurance only covers spine manipulation (which is one code that he charges for) and no other work. He worked on my husband's calves up to his hip, but did not address his feet which we originally went in to see him for. He said my husband would require a 10-visit plan. The doctor never mentioned about needing x-rays just started working on him without a proper analysis. By the ninth visit, my husband was still in pain with his feet, and when I confronted the doctor he stated my husband required "a lot of work". I mentioned the work he was conducing was not helping, and he told me "Your husband told me he was feeling relief in his feet". When I confronted my husband he told me this was not true. Needless to say, my husband was still experiencing a great deal of pain in his feet and we both realized this was the wrong doctor. My the ninth visit we stopped going since he was in so much pain he could not put on his socks and shoes on. My husband and I both feel this was a 'money-grab', and wanted to share this with anyone looking to go to get chiropractic care. Please research and be careful and check with your insurance as to what is covered. We are out of the money with no results.

    I enjoyed my visit and learned a lot about the spine and how so many things can affect how you are feeling, both physically and mentally. I thought that the adjustment went well and I would love to try this in the future. I just cannot find the time to fit in the number of sessions it would require to really start to feel long-term benefits. I'm working on making that happen, but it may be a few more months before I can do so. The delay ahs nothing to do with the great service that this team provided.

    I called them and they scheduled my appointment for the following day! They arrived on time, they were courteous and professional and they cleaned up before leaving. They accepted my credit card. Though I thought the cost was a little steep, I was desperate to get the work done as soon as possible.

    I left the practice after going there for 15 yrs. Took the rest of my family with me. Dr. Carp did not sense that my problem was needed to investigate. Hence I left the practice and when asked , I will let others know my experience.

    Unfortunately it seems this practice has grown too large and their customer service has gone down hill or maybe it was just Dr Alan Berger - Several years ago I had a surgery performed at this practice everything was wonderful - I returned for a ear issue - After waiting in 40 minutes past my scheduled time I was finally seen - Dr Berger blew through the room wouldn't look me in the face or take the time to listen to my issues and symptoms - He was more concerned about pencil whipping his paperwork and insulting my family practitioner so he could collect his fees and move onto the next patient who at this point was probably an hour behind their scheduled visit - While upset with my first visit I reluctantly scheduled the required follow up.  4 weeks later it seems Dr Berger's customer service skills took another turn for the worse - Now after waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes past my scheduled visit, paying an additional $50 copay for the required follow up, Dr Berger graciously blessed me with 45 seconds of his time - He refused to let me speak, look me in the eyes or listen to a single thing I had to say when describing my symptoms since we last met ( isn't t that the point of a follow up) - Again pencil whip some papers, collect your money and move on.  The tipping point for me was when Dr Berger insulated me by laughing over me while I was trying to describe my conditions.  I walked out and will never return to Berger Henry ENT.  The staff was amazing and I am sure the other doctors in the practice may be excellent but my recommendation is only visit this practice if you have an extra hour of waiting time to waste as Dr Bergers time seems to be more important than any of the 10 peoples time I was sitting with in the waiting room.  I would also request a disclaimer to never see Dr Berger and I use the term Dr lightly.  Dr Berger you should be ashamed of your customer service and reconsider how you treat patients after you step down from your pedestal and realize your patients are what keep you in business.

    The services I have received are far better than any other Therapist I have seen!!! At the onset of treatment you may feel little discomfort but in a few hours and the days following treatment, you'll feel like a million bucks!!! I would not go to any other Therapist as I have in the past and found Synergy to be the best of the best!!!

    Dr Sheeran is the best ever oral surgeon I have ever seen. I did not feel a thing. Susan his assistant was great as well. Tiffany and the rest of the staff are really nice as well. if you need an oral surgeon i would highly recommend him.
